After Installing Adobe Muse CC Trial, I Get an Error: 5 when attempting to launch. How do i fix this?

Hi,
I've just downloaded the trial version of Adobe Muse CC to my desktop. I'm using Windows 7. When trying to launch the app, I get asked to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Muse which i have done but still receive an Error:5.
How can i fix this?
