After installing BAM there are no existing ADC Data Object

I am trying to install the Oracle Bam 10.1.3.1 and each time I am doing the install all services are up and runing, but when i am trying to define a report i get an error Data Object was deleted.
I saw the error and load the CustomParameters to the table via th ICommand exe, but :
1. it seems that the ADC install was failed (part of it). How can I fix it
2. Where can i find the xml files of the data objects so i will be able to load it manually?

Hi;
I had the same issue. Prior of uninstalling BAM10.1.3.1, i had only export orabam and orasagent schema. Then I install BAM10.1.3.3 into the development server where it has the same hostname and IP.
I then import back the original orabam and orasagent schema.
When i open BAM Studio, it lists all my original data objects. However when i click into any one of those, an error appear saying the data object does not exist. How can i overcome this issue?

It is possible that anti-virus software is corrupting downloaded files or is interfering otherwise.

Hi all,
Is there any way for me to know when there are no references to an object without using finalize()?
I want to pool created objects when it is safe to do so.
finalize() won't work since it is called only once for every object instance.

If you are trying to establish an object pool by placing the objects back in the pool when there are no references to the object, then I am afraid you are out of luck.
If there were no references, then you would not have a "handle" on the object to be able to manipulate it in any way (like putting it back in the pool).
If you are talking about something else, then the classes in java.lang.ref.*, might be of use.
If you are really trying to pool objects, then you should have some sort of "close" method in the objects that is called when they are no longer needed and can be returned to the pool.

Decompile the VOImpl and AmImpl class files and keep the .java files in myprojects folder under appropriate package structure and try.

I tried upgrading to MountaIN lION HOWEVER i WASNT ABLE TO Install. I then tried reinstallling Snow leopard but once again it will not let me install stating there are errors on the disc. I have run disc repair on disc utility but it wont allow me

So you are trying to reinstall Snow Leopard?
In order to do that, you need to erase your hard drive - you cannot go back to an earlier system without erasing. Make sure you back up your files first. Then insert the Snow Leopard install disk, and restart while holding down the C key. If that does not work, insert the install disk, go to System Preferences > Startup Disk and highlight the install disk > click on restart.
Once you are booted into the install disk, go past the language selection and then to Utilities in the menu bar. Use Disk Utility to repair the drive (just in case), erase it and then install. After that, eject the disk and update to the latest 10.6.8.

Missing services after installing BAM 10.1.3

I have installed BAM 10.1.3 on my laptop under Windows XP. My database is OracleXE.
Eveything seemed to have worked. But for some reason I only have one Oracle BAM service (Oracle BAM Enterprise Link Data Flow Service). All the other services are not present. When I try to access the BAM console I get server errors...
Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Can you try reinstalling Oracle BAM again ? (donot uninstall old install) Use the same directory names. My 1st guess -is that user pressed finished after EL installation .... and stopped the installation from completion.
During installation -it shows the log file for install -pl verify this log file also for any problems etc. And let us know.
And to double checck- your dos %PATH% variable should have c:\oraclebam\oracleclientforbam as the 1st parameter

Cannot install yesod: There are files missing in ...

I'd like to install Yesod. According to this page, you need to do "cabal install Cabal cabal-install yesod".

Anybody knows how to figure this out?
BTW, I know that Yesod is available in AUR, but there are many dependencies and I don't want to install them manually.

Hmm I just tried using yaourt, and apparently there are broken dependencies here and there, so I can't build it

I even uninstalled ghc, and re-installed it again. The same errors still occur.
Anyway, I think I'll wait for a while, untill all the dependencies are updated.

We have activated HUM and WM for one of our Finished Goods Store.
Finished Goods will come from PP directly to that location.
As we have HUM, hence no Transfer Requirements(TR) are created.
Transfer Orders are created directly and immediately as soon as
Handling Units are confirmed from PP.
Transfer Orders are per HU, i.e. for one Handling Unit we will have one
TO created. And there are pallets, one pallet equals one Handling Unit.
1 Pallet = 1HU = 1 TO.
This gives many of open Transfer Orders at a given time.
Is There transaction for Mass confirmation of Open Transfer Orders?
The transaction for confirming Group is available, but then the Group
cannot be created of Transfer Orders.
Please suggest stpes if - we want to confirm Transfer Orders in Mass.

After down load there are add all over the place, firefox is unusable.

my firefox got invaded by triviot or something like that so i uninstalled it and then downloaded it fresh. the download had more problems 1. wes is in the search box under fireball opening screen. now this is in the line where the site you are using goes. Could you:
(1) Visit the Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program and click the "Installed on" column heading to group by date. I suspect you will find unwanted and probably undisclosed bundle items (AKA garbage) that snuck in with some free software. Remove what you can.
(2) Scan using some of the effective free cleanup programs listed in our support article: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware]].
Note: don't remove places.sqlite or bookmarks-2014....json files that the cleaning programs may recognize as having history or bookmarks of bad sites because this could clear all your bookmarks.
(3) Start Firefox back up again and check for any lingering problem extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then you can disable all nonessential or unrecognized extensions.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
(4) Finally, to reset your home page, search service, and new tab page to their defaults, you can use this one-click solution: [https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/searchreset/]. If you prefer to do that by hand, we can post the steps.

VssNullProver stopped after installing Update Rollup 3 for System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 R2

I recently installed Update Rollup 3 for System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 R2.
As part of the update I updated all DPM Agents, including the ones on our Hyper-V Servers (which are part of a cluster). I also rebooted every DPM Protected Servers. After reboot all Hyper-V Servers raise a warning that the VssNullProvider service has stopped.
Backup seems to work properly. I can start the VssNullProvider service manually. But after the next backup the service it is stopped again. Exactly the same issue occurs on our test Hyper-V Cluster. All our Hyper-V Servers run Windows Server 2012 R2 and
we use System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2012 R2.
Something is not ok with Update Rollup 3. Any suggestions?

LocalStorage reach maximum size while there are only 800 Kb data in it.

I met an localStorage exception when I call API "localStorage.setItem()" 
we are developing a web site, we used host like aaaa.bb.com the case is : 
the local storage has about 560KB Data in localstorage and then I want to set an item into localStorage, the size of the new item is 301KB 
then the browser throw exception, the content of the exception is as follows: 
 
The way I used to test the size of localStorage is: JSON.stringify(localStorage).length 
 
"Persistent Storage maximum size reached" code:"1014" nsresult: "0x80530f6(NS_ERROR_DOM_QUOTA_REACHED)" 
I tested this function in other machines and in chrome, this exception will not occur, I want to know why this exception occurs on the machine, if there is any settings in firefox? or if there is any relationship with the cache size?

the root cause is found.
the reason is that aaa.domain.com and bbb.domain.com, the two sub domain will share the same space of localStorage because they are under the same top level domain domain.com.
aaa.domain.com reach maximum size when there is only 500KB data in localStorage because there is already 4.5MB data in localStorage of bbb.domain.com.

Inserting Information into Existing Custom Data Object Using API?

I have setup a Custom Object and I have the ID for this object. All we're wanting to insert in this object is First Name, Last Name, Email. I have that information in code-form and I have both the BULK API and REST api at our disposal. We are having issues figuring out the API call we want to execute to insert this information into this Custom Object.
