After installing IOS8.2 to my Ipone and Ipad, I lost many of my photos from my Ipad. I still have them on my phone and need to transfer them. How do I do it?

What happened to my photos on my Ipad after IOS8? They're still on my Iphone, but I can't seem to access them on my ipad now!!!!

Be careful, when you connect the iPhone to your mac, unless you have saved the photos. Synced photos may easily be accidentally deleted by syncing again. And do not enable iCloud Photo Library (Beta), that will erase synced photos as well. Synced Photos are not included in the device backups.
Set your iTunes Preferences to "Devices > Prevent iPos, iPhones, iPads from syncing automatically". Otherwise iTunes may launch and sync your iPhone with an empty iPhoto library the moment you connect it.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to sync the synced photos back. Apple recommends to mail them back, but that would be a lot of clicking (iTunes: Syncing photos - Apple Support). You could also share them to a Shared Album, but a third party app like TD recommended, will be better.

Im having problems importing from my iPhotos, i just bought photoshop elements 13 and mac book at the same time and am on a bit of a learning curve, i noticed that on all tutorials there were People and Media tabs which i cannot see, all i can see is elive, Quick, Guided and Expert, can anyone please help?

Elements consists of two separate but interrelated programs: the editor, where you work on your photos, and the organizer, which you can use to organize them. You are looking in the editor. To see the organizer, click the organizer button in the welcome screen or at the bottom of the editor.
Now, do you want to keep your photos in iphoto or in the organizer? That's a choice you must make, sooner or later. The organizer does include a get photos from>iphoto command, but that will copy all the photos in your iphoto library to a new location and make organizer databases for the copies. Is that what you want to do, or do you want to use iphoto to organize your photos, in which case you would not use the PSE organizer?

My iPhoto needs updating but it wont accept my apple id and because of this i cant send photos from my ipad to my mac... what to do?

I only have one apple ID and it wont accept it to update my iphoto and imovie. I am really struggling now that i want to back my photos using icloud.

If it does not accept the ID/password, then that means the apps were purchased using another iTunes account. Apps purchased at the App Store are forever tied to the ID that was used when buying them.
BTW iCloud is not a storage service like Dropbox, it's mainly for syncing data and for iOS device backups. It will include photos in the camera roll during an iOS backup to iCloud, but that is not storage in the usual sense.

Will Image capture (in your applications foldr) see them and bring to disk? If so then once they are safely off the memory card and on disk use the camera's format command to reformat the memory card

Here is the info I found on error 3194:
Error 1004, 1013, 1638, 3014, 3194: These errors may be the result of the connection to gs.apple.com being redirected or blocked. Follow these steps to resolve these errors:
Install the latest version of iTunes.
Check security software and ensure that communication to gs.apple.com is allowed. Follow these stepsfor assistance with security software.
Check the hosts file. The restore will fail if there is an active entry to redirect gs.apple.com. Follow theadvanced iTunes Store troubleshooting steps to edit the hosts file or revert to a default hosts file. See "Blocked by configuration: (Mac OS X/Windows) > Rebuild network information."
Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.

I need help! I installed icloud on my computer, uploaded photos, my computer crashed and now my ipad runs slow b/c there are too many photos. Is there a way to delete photos from my ipad (right now, I can click on the photos but not delete)?

What options do I have? Will purchasing more storage help? Can I change control from my PC to my ipad if I can't use my computer anymore?

You can import your photos and videos in the Camera Roll on your iPad to your work computer using you usb cable, then delete them from your iPad by following the directions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. If you also have photo stream photos that are not in your camera roll that you want to save, save them to your camera roll so they can be imported too. To do this, open your My Photo Stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. After importing them you can delete them from your iPad if you want by tapping Edit again, tapping the photos, then tapping Delete.
Once they are on your work computer, you can transfer them to a USB memory stick if you cannot leave them there.
Any photos on your iPad that were synced from your computer can be salvaged by using an app like PhotoSync to transfer them to your work computer over wifi. (They can't be saved to the camera roll and imported with your usb cable like photos in the camera roll.) Deleting these photos from your iPad will require using iTunes. Once you have your own computer again and can install iTunes, you can delete these remaining photos by creating an empty folder on your computer, then selecting this folder to sync to your iPad on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing.

Hi i need some help. after installing ios8 on my 5c it gave me no signal and searching status appeared. Prior to that ive encountered problem installing IOS8 when installation is ready and done. the itunes icon and plug in cabble appeared on the screen and gave me no access on my phone. When i connect it to itunes, notifications says i need to update and restore my phone. i restored my phone thrice on the loop but nothing happened, so i find another solution just to get back my access on the phone without using itunes. i found out that the itunes plug in on the screen is a bug that needs to fix. After fixing my issue the itunes icon disappeared and installation of ios8 continue. Now i already have the IOS8 with some glitches and hang up but gives me no signal on it. My datas are still there and recovered.

After installing iOS8 on my Iphone5 battery life went really down and phone was getting really slow. All this happened within two days. Battery died with hours, until now it is showing only apple logo which is flashing while charging. Without charger plugged its totally dead, nothing on screen what so ever. Somehow I think iOS8 just killed my battery or it was some other kind of coincidence. No warranty also.
Does anyone know how to proceed with this iphone now? Cannot connect to Itunes. When it started to act wierd I managed to do back up and factory reset to my phone, but it didnt helped.
Does new battery can be solution? I could replace battery myself, but buying new battery without fix would be even bigger damage to my wallet.

Visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider or an Apple Store and let them check the battery. If you replace the battery yourself, Apple will not service the phone anymore after that, even if you are willing to pay for it.

ios8 for my iphone 5 = crashes, hot phone, restarts, dropped calls, funny looking fuzzy 'senior picture screen' with frost on the perimeter..... Just opening 'message' for texts takes 3-4 seconds to load, where previously, it was milliseconds latency speeds. I think they pressed this OS beyond the reasonable functional limit of the hardware (phones), especially with the older phones and/or phones with less memory.
It's like an athlete on steroids, the bones can't handle the force of the muscles and something is gonna BREAK!
When did we ever come to think that $400 phones would become 2-4 year disposable items and revere at the glory of it all! And whether we realize it or not, it's being shoved down our throats.
Just fix the OS please so my phone can work for me as it has in the past.
For the $$ being paid out, we shouldn't have to reset, restart, restore......
