After installing Lightroom 5.71 it's running only in the taskmanager

Hello,
i'm currently having a problem with Lightroom 5.71 /Windows 7 / 64bit. After starting the program it is only being showed in the taskbar and taskmanager. There is no error indicated by the program.
I had no issues with the previous version 5.70.
Thank you in advance.

How many monitors are connected to your system....and how many monitors does your Operating System THINK are connected to your system.
If it shows as active both in the Task Manager and on the Taskbar, it's possible that it's opening onto a second assigned monitor. Right-click on a blank area of the Desktop, select Screen Resolution....how many active monitors are showing (highlighted in blue)?
