After installing Mountain Lion, WiFi problems
I installed Mountain Lion on my mac mini and have been having intermittent WiFi problems ever since. It seems to be getting worse, connection is now being dropped several times an hour as opposed to several times a day. I have tried all the suggestions that have been put forth with no luck. My iPhone can use the WiFi with no problems. What I have found that seems to work everytime is to go into the Network system preferences, turn WiFi off, and then immediately turn it back on. I am using the most recent Apple Airport Extreme. I urge Apple to fix this bug quickly.
Don't know what to tell you, but I also have an AEBS-Gen5 with a MBP Retina and Mac Mini using WiFi. Both are running Mountain Lion and I don't have any WiFi connection issues. Two iPhones in the household use WiFi with no issues along with a printer and 2 Windows 7 laptops.
First thing I would try is to shutdown all computers connected to the AEBS. Then power off the AEBS and finally the cable/DSL modem. Then reverse the order and power on the cable modem, wait for all the lights to be solid, power on the AEBS, wait for the light to show solid green; then power up a computer that uses WiFi.
If the above doesn't work, you might try repairing permissions via Disk Utility. If that doesn't help maybe a PRAM reset would work.

After installing Mountain Lion doesn't external hard drives mount or stay mounted.
I have tried resetting my Mac's PRAM but the problem still remains.
Even USB memory sticks are unmounted efter a few seconds.
Anybody else with this major problem?I have the same problem, although mine has not been solved by ESET update, finder settings, PRAM & SMC resets or anything else.
Don't get it, my external hard drive still works on both my housemates computers - one macbook pro (with snow leopard) and one dell, just not on mine with mountain lion.
Any ideas for me guys? -

BTW on my MBPro (late 2009 with max RAM) Mountain Lion runs very well with no slowing down. -

Bluetooth inactive after installing mountain lion - your computer restarted because of a problem

I read up on forums, and I think my reboot error is due to my bluetooth that is inactive, which happened after installing Mountain Lion
My Bluetooth worked before under Snow Leopard
I have deleted the file under library to no avail
I have rebooted with cmd option P R to no avail
I have repaired permissions and this is the only message that pops up, and bluetooth still does not work after reboot.

After installing Mountain Lion on my Mac Book Pro, I can no longer access two shared drives. Diagostics cannot solve the problem. I am using Parallels to run Qucikbooks ERP on these shared drives. How do I get my Mac to see these drives and access them?

I have the same problem... but when i connect my MacBook Pro late 2009 on my cousin internet the facebook page works normaly. but when i reconnect in my wifi it stops to work again... and it only hapens with macbook pro, On my iPad, iPhone and PC the facebook page works properly. And another thing, when my counsins bring their Macbooks to my network, it stops to enter on facebook too... I already reset my router config everything and facebook dont work with anything with mountain lion... My router is a linksys wag200n and the problem started when i install mountain lion. After installing Mountain Lion, I tried to scan from my Canon MX870 and received the message: "MP Navigator EX quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. A report will be sent to Apple," This problem happened right after I installed Mountain Lion. I then downloaded Canon's upgraded software and drivers for the MX 870 and the problem was resolved. Now one month later, the problem has returned.

You should still use Image Capture IMHO. If it was my gear, that's what I would do. No need to worry about software upgrades. -
After installing Mountain Lion, iMessages and Facetime does not work. When I try to sign-in I get a message that says: The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later. After 4 calls to apple and 8 and a half hours on the phone. The apple people does not how to solve the problem. The last thing they told me is that they will send the problem to their engineers and I will hear from them. unfortunately they have not contact me.
During the phone calls I tried putting the date and time in automatic, changing the username and password, I even tried using somebody elses username and password. Please help, facetime is my tool to telecomute, and it is hurting my job.I had the same problem and found the solution here:

After installing Mountain Lion on my 17" MBP G-RAID mini connected via Tempo SATA Edge ExpressCard34 is no longer recognized. I restored icon and access by removing 34 card and substituting FW800 for eSATA. Any fix for the higher speed connection? TIA
Looks like the Silicon Image drivers were moved to the incompatible software folder during install/upgrade.
Downloaded latest drivers, errored out of install claiming that the drivers were from an unknown author!!!
Emailed their tech support this evening describing problem. -

I give up. I just cannot see my exchange inbox in Mail after installing Mountain Lion. My mail is not being deleted. Its still in my inbox I just can't see it. I've tried everything suggested on the forums and nothing is working for me.
My productivity has completely stalled and I really need to move to an email client that is going to work seamlessly with Mountain Lion.

Ethernet connection issues after installing Mountain Lion
After installing Mountain Lion I can't get my iMac to connect by ethernet. It says that no cable is connected. The cable/connection is fine. When I plug in my MacBook Pro running Lion, the ethernet connects just fine.
same exact problem. in fact, my iMac24 (2009) worked flawlessly until I installed the latest update to Mountain Lion. I then checked my MBAir (2011) and it too has a problem when using the USB/Ethernet adapter. Neither can get an ethernet connection. I deleted my network preferences and rebooted my machine, played around with my Ethernet switch and even reboot my gateway/router. I've never had to do any of this to my network until Mountain Lion. Wireless is the only thing that continues to work on both machines.

This is my problem too:
All of my local mailboxes (On my Mac) disappeared from the sidebar. However, I do not have the 'triangle' on the Inbox that I can turn to reveal the list of mailboxes -- that disappeared too (and nothing happens when I hover over "Inbox"). I do know that the mailboxes are still there, somewhere, because when I go to create a New Mailbox, I can navigate to "On My Mac" and the entire mailbox list shows up there in the dropdown. How do I get them back onto my sidebar if the option to do that is no longer on the "Inbox" icon? -
