After installing premiere pro title presets how do I open them?

So I downloaded the title presets available in premiere pro, but I don't remember how to get to them?

Hi,
After installing the title templates,
Go to title-based on template and you will be able to see the title templates.
Thank You
Arjun

  • After installing, premiere pro 2.0 will not open

I have adobe premiere pro 2.0. I wanted to use it on my new asus laptop. However it told me I needed to activate it but since premiere pro 2.0 is so old the website had told me to download the one with a new serial number to which I did. Now after installing, the programs begins to open but doesn't, what should I do?

The one with the new serial number is CS2.
Is this where you downloaded it from?

  • How to Install Premiere Pro Title Templates Properly

    Hi everyone.
I know this might seem like second nature to the PC iniated but I just don't have a clue how to install... well anything on a PC. I've found the content I need to install here:
    http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/library-functional-content-missing.html
Yep I know there are instructions but I've used a mac my whole life and I just don't understand this:
1.Extract the contents of the download file to a convinient location
2.Run the .exe file to create install folders for the Encore and Adobe Premiere functional installers.
    3. Navigate to the folder for the content you want to instal and execute the installer
Can someone just talk me through how to do it. After clicking on the Windows download link I get the option to 'Open with WinRAR archiver' (I don't know what this is) or 'save file'. First things first which do I choose?
    All the best

Get the CS6 installation file and when you run it on the separate machine choose to install only the programs you wish it to have.

  • How do you re-install Premiere Pro CC?

How can I re-install Premiere Pro cc? I had to restore my computer to a point before installation. Now CC downloader says I've already downloaded it.

    Hey,
Had the same issue. First shut down Creative Cloud. Next navigate to the folder
    C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
where <your user> is your user name. Delete the opm.db database file and restart the system. When you log in to creative cloud, it will index what you have and dont have installed and you should be able to reinstall it.
Have you done the control panel - uninstall first for PP CC?

  • Using the Premiere Pro Title Designer

I keep seeing lots of discussions about the limitations of the Premiere Pro Title Designer.
It seemed like a good idea to point out some of the good things about it, just to get it out there for people new to Premiere Pro, or people who have not used the Title Designer much.
Just to get a couple of things out of the way, there is a problem with the way it handles partial transparency of Photoshop files and other images with an alpha channel, and no, you still can't animate individual parts of the title without making more titles to do the job. But you can put a logo from Photoshop on its own layer, and you can animate individual titles.
That said, have you looked lately at the ease in which you can create interesting fonts and shapes? Faster and easier in a title than in Photoshop or After Effects.
Something like this for example. I would not know where to begin to make this in After Effects or Photoshop or Illustrator.
And even more interesting is that the same exact font style can be applied to a shape. Like this:
    Or this:
You can imagine how great it would look if I actually had any artistic ability!
Every time you do something to a font, you can save it as a new style in order to use it again later. In the same project, or a new one a year from now. You can group styles into libraries, you can replace the ones that came with Premiere Pro, (and get them back with a simple reset). You save the styles you use on shapes as a style.
For over a decade I have had Tim Kolb's free font styles and some templates on my web site here: http://www.stevengotz.com/title_styles.html
They are free. Have you been using them? If not, why not? And recently he has been putting more free styles on his own web site along with regularly releasing new, free, templates on his BLOG site at http://style4type.blogspot.com/
All I am saying is that if you have not looked at using the Title Designer lately, then perhaps you might want to take another look. Especially now that with Premiere Pro CC, it is so easy to make unique copies of existing titles without fear of overwriting the original.
Don't have CC? No sweat. These work with all versions of Premiere Pro as far as I can tell. (Please let me know if you discover otherwise.) The Title Designer has not changed much. Unfortunately. But it is still quite usable and I hate to see people go out and buy titling programs just to do something they could do for free in Premiere Pro.

Well, I have often wished we could animate the source text like we can in After Effects. Or wished we could have the great font style capability in After Effects that we have in Premiere Pro.
    I just can't get both.
That is why I came up with the way to create many titles from one, using a Microsoft Word macro, but I can only get it to work in English, or, rather, I can't get it to work with non-ASCII characters.
The method that was found to do it with Adobe InDesign is great, but no font styles there either.
The magic that Tim makes with his font syles and backgrounds is just too strong a reason to work completely in Premiere Pro. So making a new title from another is the only way for me to to much of what I want to do. But once I get past a couple of dozen titles or so, I use the macro.

  • I've installed Premiere Pro, but can't start the program.

I have a subscription to creative cloud, and I've installed Premiere Pro CS6 but the app isn't clickable so therefore I can't even open the program.
How do I troubleshoot this to get the program to work?

Thanks for your consideration. I apologize for being so vague. I'll try again.
After installing the creative cloud desktop app on my computer,
Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1 32 bit
AMD Phenom II X6 3.20 GHz
    8 GB RAM
I click on the little creative cloud icon at the bottom,
When the popup of my apps appears, I see Premiere Pro has been installed.
I can click (the hand icon appears in place of the regular pointer arrow) on the Illustrator CC icon and the program starts and I can create something.
If I hover over the Premiere Pro CS6 icon, My pointer does not change into the hand icon (which means something underneath is clickable) and I am not able to start the program.
I though there may have been a problem in the installation so I tried uninstalling all apps, then uninstalling the creative cloud desktop app, and just reinstalling Premiere Pro. This did not work. Then I installed Illustrator so see if any other programs would work.
My next step it to try re-installing my operating system.
Thanks for considering and reading this post!

  • Installed Premiere Pro CS4 but video display does not work?

I just got my copy of CS$. After installing Premiere I found two things that seem very wrong:
    1) video display does not work, not even the little playback viewer next to improted film clips located on the project / sequence window. Audio works fine.
    2) the UI is way too slow for my big beefy system.
My pc is a dual boot Vista-32 and XP system with 4GB of memory installed and nvidia geforce 280 graphics board with plenty of GPU power. The CS4 is installed on the Vista-32 partition. My windows XP partition on the same PC with Premiere CS2 works great and real fast.
Any ideas how to solve this CS4 install issue?
    Ron

I would like to thank Dan, Hunt, and Haram:
The problem is now very clear to me. The problem only shows up with video footage imported into PP CS4 encoded with "MS Video 1" codec. So this seems to be a bug. The codec is very clearly called out and supported within various menues but video with this codec just will not play in any monitor or preview window. In addition the entire product looks horrible with respect to performance while PP CS4 trys its best to play the video. Audio will start playing after about 30 seconds. And once in awhile part of video shows up at the wrong magnification before blanking out again.
My suggestion to the Adobe team: fix the bug and add some sample footage to the next release so new installations can test their systems with known footage.

  • I had to re-install Premiere Pro CS5 and now video are files acting funny...

Hello. I had to reformat my system drive and did a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and then I did an anytime upgrade to Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I then re-installed Premiere Pro CS5. Here's the problem. When I open any of my projects that I worked on BEFORE I re-installed Premiere (when I was using Windows 7 Home Premium), the video files on the timeline all look corrupted when I play the timeline now. They have these weird block artifacts and also a constant pulsing thing going on. I deleted all the media cache files and all the media cache database files but, nothing changed even though Premiere conformed every single video file in the project again. Then, I went to "Sequence" and hit "Render Entire Work Area" and after Premiere was finished rendering, I noticed the artifacts and pulsing are completely gone BUT, the video files look like a VHS tape that has been recorded over a few times. The edges of people and things in focus aren't nice and sharp like they were before I re-installed Premiere. I DO NOT have the time or patience to have to delete all the video files and import them again into the project and re-edit the entire scene! Can someone please help me resolve this problem?! I am about done with Premiere!
Is there a way to delete the video source files that are on the left side of the timeline (next to the "Source" window, where they got imported into the project) without deleting the edited video files on the timeline and then re-import the same source video files into the project, kind of like "refreshing" the video files? If this is possible, it seems like this would fix the problem without me having to re-edit everything again.
*Update*  My idea of just re-importing the source video clip won't work either. I deleted one of the source video clips, which deleted its reference clip on the timeline, and I re-imported the video source clip to see if it would play all weird in Premiere and sure enough, it has the same exact block artifacts and pulsing effect like all the other source clips in the project. It seems that if that's the case, it might be a codec problem. But, that doesn't make sense because if I open the clip on my hard drive with Windows Media Player or Allplayer, the clips plays perfectly fine and looks like it is supposed to. So, it must be a codec problem in Premiere??? Could it be that Premiere Pro CS5 doesn't work well with Windows 7 Professional? I find that hard to believe. Can someone please help me?
By the way, all the video clips in the project are from my Panasonic GH1 or my Panasonic GH2. They are all 1080p/24 AVCHD. I even made a new sequence within the same project making sure the sequence settings are AVCHD 1080p 24 and still nothing is fixed.

Have you tried exporting a 10 second section of the footage to see if the issue shows up once the seqeunce is actually exported from the timeline. I edit on CS5 with windows 7 pro at work quite often and have no issues so I assure you that isn't the issue. I also edit with AVCHD footage when at home and work quite freqeuntly as well so I'm positive that isn't the issue. It sounds like a GPU driver has been corrupted in the way it interacts with premiere pro. What type of GPU do you have? If it supports MPE's GPU acceleration have you tried turning it off and seeing if that makes any difference?
Anyways though try to export a 10 second test section of your timeline to see if when the clip is exported from premiere it will play normally in windows media player or vlc or w/e media player you want to use. If it exports fine then you can almost be positive it's a corrupted video card driver. If that's the case I'd re-install your GPU's driver and also check your gpu makers website to see if they have a updated driver avaiable.

  • ** URGENT: ** MEDIA IS OFFLINE for Mp4 files after updating Premiere Pro CC to 8.1

    Hi there,
I upgraded recently to Premiere pro CC 2014 and I am working on a project that is already late.
I was having some small issues then I thought that after upgrading to latest version everything would be fine.
I just started Premiere and opened my project and had an error message, just like this guy
Premiere Pro CC 2014 seems to  Corrupt projects created with earlier versions
Then I deleted the preference files and the project could be opened again.
But the MP4 files haven't opened and has the imagem MEDIA OFFLINE
(and I have LOTS of MP4 files that were working absolutely fine before)
I tried to make links again but it didn´t worked.
I tried to drag and drop MP4 files it didn´t worked too. (unsuported media file)
I renamed the folder ADOBE from \user\appdata\local and roaming  twice.
I tried to start with SHIFT ALT to delete preferences againa - didn´t worked too.
    I tried to reinstall Quicktime.
I tried to reinstall K-Lite codec pack.
I REALLY need your help before formating and starting everything from scratch.
    Thanks and best regards.
    Lucas Selbach

So if you got here looking for an answer, this is what worked for me:
(se você quer uma resposta em portugues me avise)
    - Exit all adobe software (including Cloud)
    - Delete preference folder (adobe) in my documents.
    - Rename Adobe folder from \userfolder\appdata\roaming and \userfolder\appdata\local to old.adobe
    - Uninstall any codec package that you might have installed
    - Uninstall Premiere via add/remove programs
    - Look for *.xmp files and remove all
    - Remove rendered files too from your project folder.
    - Restart computer
    - Use a Registry utility to clean up your computer from traces (I use Glary Utilities)
    - Install Premiere Pro CC
    - Restart computer
    - Install Quicktime 7
    - Restart computer
    - Everything should be fine by now.
    =)
    Good luck!
