Here are a few things you can try:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If you have tried those two things, refer to page 146 in the iPhone User Guide to Reset All Settings:

Also, check your settings for Safari -- enable cookies and turn off private browsing - see page 57 of the iPhone User Guide above.

Had the same issue with my Nissan Rogue 2011.
This listed below will fix it...
Go to General > Restrictions > CarPlay -- Make sure Carplay is DISABLED. (The new IOS 8 enables this on default)
Go to General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
The Nissan Rogue radio system was never designed to work with CarPlay. By default, CarPlay feature comes enabled when you install IOS 8. Suckz, right?

After ios 7 update I can no longer iMessage

After the latest update I can no longer send an iMessage. I have about 6 messages that were undeliverable. I searched the Internet and found many others are having the same issues. I asked my granddaughter to iMessage me from her phone and she said it went as a text message which I didn't get because I've blocked texting.
I re-booted, reset my network settings as suggested and nothing has done any good. There were postings that Apple is aware of this issue and will do an update thru iTunes.
Does anyone here have any ideas as to why I can't iMessage or what I can try to get it to work again?

I decided I'm just too chicken. I went to the AT&T store this morning to see if they could help me but they said since it was an Apple problem, I should call an Apple Store. I did that and they said if I would come in they might be able to help me. But that would be driving across the bridge to St. Louis County which I will NOT do. Those highways are killers.
I've been seriously considering going with a prepaid plan because AT&T is getting to me. This was probably the final straw.
I really appreciate your time but guess I'll just pass. BTW, the Apple Store said they had NO idea when Apple would update the software to fix this problem since only about 1% suffered this problem. My children had no problems at all. So strange.
I did do the hard re-boot and disabled my Network setting and also IMessaging to no avail.

Seems like iOS 6 is having some bugs after reading this forum and by my own experience..

I have a similar problem. None of my App Icons are visible. I rebooted Iphone, PC and wireless router, I did a sync with iTunes (With "Sync Apps" checked, but it doesn't seem to go through that step), both through wi-fi and with USB cable........no success with any of these.
When I go into my settings, I can see that the phone knows about these apps. I get see the settings for them and the amount of storage they're using.
I'm thinking I'll use the Restore function in iTunes.....but I'm afraid that might make things worse!!

If the missing email is no longer on your email provider's server, there is no way to recover them. If this is an iCloud email address, you can check your mail on icloud.com from your computer to confirm whether the lost email is there or not.

I had the same problem. I created an iCloud account and backed up my iPad to iCloud. I then went to www.iCloud.com, signed-in and then I was able to download my spread sheet data. At least I have my data.

I have an AT&T iphone 4 that was working great before the update. After searching online I found someone who suggested turning the speaker on and off, that worked a couple of times, but now no one can hear me. I went to AT&T and they hadn't heard of the problem and had me call the 1-800-my-iphone number. There they had me restore the phone which worked at first, but after I reloaded my contacts, the same issue again. I have tried the restore again and no luck. Anyone else having this problem? I hoped the new update might help this, but no. My husband is starting to hate my iPhone. Please help!

That may help. Extracted from that thread here's the suggestion:
To fix:
- login to DIR615 from web browser
- Navigate to > Network Settings > Advanced > Advanced Network
- De-select the "Enable Multicast Streams" check box.
- save settings
- wait for router to reboot

Can't open Apple mail attachments in Goodreader.

I can no longer open email attachments in Goodreader for iPad using the "Open In" button when touching the email attachment. This used to work properly until I upgraded my iPad 2 to the new iPad. When I touch the attachment, the window opens and I can see the "Goodreader" option, but nothing happens when I select it. Selecting any of the other apps listed results in the attachment opening in that application.
Anyone else experiencing this? Help!

I found the solution in another/similar thread. Delete the Stanza app from your iPad and GoodReader will appear in the "Open In" list again as it's supposed to.
I have no idea -why- this makes a difference, but it definitely worked for me.

When I touch e-mail icon and open my emails they do not remain on screen. It only stays for a couple of seconds then takes me back to the main screen. Can anyone help?

What I'm leading to is that "sometimes", are large attachment will crash mail. Perhaps you can delete it on your computer if you're set as imap. If not, my only other suggestion is to delete the account from your phone & recreate it. At any rate, my post will keep it on the first page for others to look at with perhaps a better suggestion.
