After iOS 6 update I don't have Siri on my iPad 3 there is no Siri in general settings at all what should I do ?
Can anyone help me ?
Go to settings - general - restrictions - enter your pin, then enable Siri in restrictions, then go back to general settings and enable her there.

Before the update my iPod was charging fine. then when I updated it started acting funny like one minute it would charge then it wouldn't then the next after IOS 8 came out my iPod wouldn't charge at all. could it be that my charger isn't an apple product? PLEASE HELP!!! I have important notes from school on here and I'm afraid to ask my mother for a new one without giving her a good explanation.
Could be that the update make the iPod more aware of marginal cable. Other users have reported the same.

After the update to iOS 8 on an iPad 2 I receive the error: "This accessory is not supported by this iPad" using a digital AV adapter. It works for about 20 seconds before I get the error. Same adapter worked with iOS 7.1, same adapter still works on my iPhone 4s with iOS 7.1.
Curious if anyone else has this issue. The adapter is not a genuine Apple adapter, so I think I'll just buy an official Apple adapter, but I'd love to hear if anyone else has upgraded to iOS 8 and can still use their digital AV adapter on iOS 8 with iPad 2, and what brand of adapter you have. I can successfully plug it in to an iPad 2 with an older IOS but mine which is on 8.1.2, gives the error "This accessory is not supported by this iPad." I tried turning off the iPad and connecting it to the tv before turning it on. When it is turned on, it displays on the tv for a moment, then the message pops up and no picture is on the tv any longer. Clicking ok does not change the lack of a picture On the tv, but I can use the iPad as normal.
I've tried the adapter on a different iPad 2 that is not on IOS 8 and no message appears.

I am annoyed as I do not think it is fair that you can only use Apple accessories and I am sure there must be others too My other was not Apple and cost under £10 but now after update does is not compatable!

After iOS 7 update nothing will download on my 3rd generation iPad.
Since updating to ios7 nothing will download on my 3rd generation ipad. This is even the case after restoring, what can I do to fix?
I am not getting any error messages. It just sits and spins it does not matter whether I am attempting to get new apps from the app store or download updates. Since restoring, I am trying to place apps from the cloud back on the ipad and it just continually acts like it is doing something. This is for hours on end and nothing happens.

The title pretty much says it all. Currently on 8.0.2 but this OS *****. I often find myself unable to activate links on web pages. I tap and nothing happens (except the occasion zooming in). Please advise.

Unfortunately, unless you know the Apple ID, there is absolutely nothing that can be done, you cannot use your mobile device. You may be able to find your Apple ID at Look up your old and forgotten Apple ID -
imessaging on ipod touch doesnt work after iOs 6 update, can't send or recieve messages. it isnt the wifi since everything else is working. have tried every solution possible. help?!
Short of a reset to factory settings I've found making sure iMessaging is not left minimised helps. It doesn't seem to keep its connection. So, by closing after each use this helps. I've been doing this since I logged out of iMessaging at least 1/2 doz times and even changed my apple id pw as this had ceased to be recognised. I get fewer send failures now and don't have an inactive send button so much. Having said this its all a bit of a work around as iMessaging isn't behaving as it once did. If over time not resolved will do factory reset. All the best.

This listed below will fix it...
Go to General > Restrictions > CarPlay -- Make sure Carplay is DISABLED. (The new IOS 8 enables this on default)
Go to General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
The Nissan Rogue radio system was never designed to work with CarPlay. By default, CarPlay feature comes enabled when you install IOS 8. Suckz, right?
