After IOS 8 update, the screen is jerky and the response time is really, really slow... Using a PC to submit this!
Is there a solution to a jerky screen and a slow response time after updating to IOS 8?
Try some basic troubleshooting:
(A) Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
(C) Setup as new (data will be lost)
Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings

I upgraded a week ago and every since it constantly stops in the middle of running and says "Mozilla Firefox not responding" the screen goes grey and the the little blue circle goes around and around its so annoying and does it all the time like while I'm typing this it has happened twice, it didn't do this till I updated.
hummm never had it do that till I upgraded last week PLUS I lost all my Favorites/Bookmarks that really pissed me off my husband and I lost ALL of them I have had them for years and I upgrade and lose them can't even tell you how mad we were 8o/ very frustrating to say the least. I am having problems shutting down my MacBook Pro. I go to the apple and click shutdown or restart, it appears the shutdown process starts, the screen goes blue and the little circle keeps going round and round, but nothing happens even after 30 minutes.
Make sure you quit all your applications before shutting down.
And try resetting the SMC.

After charging my iphone5 for many hours I checked it and it 100% charged but not fully charged as the sign of charging on the top of the screen is still and the sign of unblug the charging cable doesn't show up and this happened several times ...!? Apple told you it was unrepairable.... You had it serviced by an unauthorized party. It's now no longer eligible for out of warranty replacement by Apple.
There's really nothing else we can say about it. Find a competent 3rd party repair shop or buy a new one. -
my ipod 4g was working fine until i locked the screen but when i tried to turn it back on the screen stays black and its been 3 days. Does anyone know how i could fix this?
- Charge the iPod for half an hour. Then reset the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home

- if still not working, connect to your computer. If iTunes sees the iPod, restore the iPod.

Some apps crash. If they do, try this, in order.
1. Double click your home button and put your finger on any app and hold for a second. Then delete that app. You're not deleting the app from your phone, so don't worry. Then try opening the app again.
2. If that doesn't work, hold your sleep+home buttons for 10 seconds and don't let go. Ignore the power off message. Then try again.
3. If that doesn't work, delete the app and re-download it. (This will work most of the time)
4. If that doesn't work, download the app on iTunes on your computer and sync it from there.
5. If that doesn't work, wait for an update by the developers. -

My iPhone 5 constanlty reboots, sometimes the screen turns blue and the unit reboots and sometimes it just shuts down. Any Suggestions?
I am having the same problem with my ipad air but mine is so severe that it's just rebooting non stop. I guess the battery will die eventually but it has rendered the device useless. I guess I will be taking it back to apple. Very disappointed. Never had an apple product in 20yrs have such a severe problem.

I have a mac running Yosemite and I am attempting to install the trial version of muse I can download the Creative Cloud Installer dmg but when I attempt to run it to install muse it loads half way on the screen then quits and the status bar is gone, I have adjusted privacy settings but can not seem to get it to go past the half way point. Any suggestions ?

I was happily using my 11inch 2012 Macbookair. The screen went black and the machine died. Was fully charged. No sign of anything. Will not restart
