After ios update 7.0.6, my alerts/notifications stopped working...anyone know how to fix?
Prior to update, I used to get a sound and notification message on the lock screen when an email or text message comes in, or voicemail or whatever...they all stopped working...only works now after update if screen is unlocked and using the phone...how to get it to work the way it used to?
Check settings. Do not disturb. Turn off manual

Do you have the Onavo app installed? If so, try removing it.

It is highly unlikely that any iOS update could cause this.
Try a restore as new, if the problem persists, take the device to Apple for evaluation. -
IPod 1st gen does not work after upgrade to iOS 3.1.3. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I upgraded my iPod 1st Generation from 1.1.5 to iOS 3.1.3. through iTunes. After it went through the upgrading process, I received the error message, "iPod could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (6). I went to another PC and was able to restore to the original version. However, I would like to be able to upgrade to 3.1.3 so that I can buy some Apps that requires 3.1.3. Does anyone know how to fix this or have any suggestions? Thanks.

i have updated my 4s iphone to ios 6.1.3 and have trouble connecting it to wi fi . i tried to back up it on itunes and then restore it but now i have left with a phone that still doesnt connect to wi fi and lost all my data. anyone knows how to fix it?
If no change after restoring the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup, there is a hardware problem.

No offence, but as with quite a few others, my Iphone stopped charging on mains after iOS 7.0.4 update too.
Not sure you can categorically advise that "it simply is not a software issue" when so many different people are having the same symptoms after updating their iOS Just have a quick Google!
Luckily my (original Apple) cable will still allow recharging via USB to a laptop. So, process of elimination would point to a bricked charger that was working faultlessly up until the iOS 7.0.4 update was applied. Seems quite a stretch to be a coincidence.

Hi, I updated my iPhone 4 from iOS 5.1 to 5.1.1 and now it won't connect to 3g, it only gets EDGE, does anyone have the same issue? Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks
Yeah, it´s happening in normal 3g coverage area, in fact, i used the 3g to download the iOS but after installing it, the phone doesn't get the 3g anymore.
I tryed the reboot pocess, but it didn't fix it
I haven't tryed the restore to factory settings process,
Is there a way to downgrade to iOS 5.1 again?

I cannot make any calls or receive calls from my iPhone after my last update. My phone advises callers I am unavailable and when I try to make calls it takes ages whilst it tries to connect then disabled itself and says call failed. Has anybody else had this problem or does anyone know how to fix it?

I just updated my iPhone 6 to IOS 8.3. My safari will not let me search anything. If I type in a website URL, the Go button is greyed out. If I type in something to search on google, I press Go and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I fix it. I restored the contents of /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines with the contents found in my latest TimeMachine backup from before the update, PMS works like again. Something in the latest Java update does break the PS3 mediaserver.

Is it legal to use Vector in EJB?
