After iOS5 update apps blink and don't open after trying to select them, and the music content was completely gone! Help!

I updated my ipad 2 to ios5 and now apps won't open they just blink. What should i do?

When you look at the storage usage of the iPod in iTunes (the colored bargraph) , how much is in the "other" category? If very large yu will have to restore you riPod to get it down to is normal less than about 1/2 GB.

I had copied these .class & .xml files under Myclasses -> oracle.apps.icx and oracle.apps.po and oracle.apps.fnd was same which comes part of the standard OA tutorial.
I copied same under Myprojects as well.
you have to decompile the class file into java file and then place it in Myproject directory , also copy all dependency files like BC4J components , and then
try to run from Jdeveloper .
Alternatively you can get the entire ICX folder and zip it and add it via library .

Disconnected from what? the computer? Did you connect to the computer again, launch iTunes and then do as I described above?
You have selected all of the apps to sync - put checkmarks in all of the boxes next to the app names and have the Sync Apps heading checked as well?
Do you have restrictions set on the iPad? Settings>General>Restrictions>On?
Are you signed into the correct iTunes account on the iPad and the computer?

It appears that a) Hotmail has 19 domains functioning as distributors for malware and b) someone is distributing pirated software. Although it does not appear to be related to the recent trojan, my suggestion: stay away from both.
Edit: so why does everyone here appear to have pirated software (and doing it through it App Store)?????

I don't see anything specific to your webcam issue but there are a number of Windows 8.1 related drivers listed on the Support site.

Music will not play after ios5 update, it still appears there but will not play...if I select a song, it jumps to another song but will not play anything. Also, if I try to play any of the files on the phone from iTunes they won't play either...help!!

There is no featured tab in my iTunes store. . . and everywhere it shows me signed in. I had downloaded an app for my mother on HER ipad, and that is the only app I have done for her. It shows up on my phone, and now I cannot update any of my apps. I uninstalled that app on my phone, but when I want to update ones I have installed on my phone with my appleid, she keeps showing up.

After ios5 update, iCal week view Oct 2-8 has 2 Saturdays?

Is anyone else having problems with iCal week view on iPad after ios5 update?
Two major changes have occurred...
1. Week view used to start on Monday, now Sunday (and can't change it back).
2. If you look at the week October 2-8, 2011 there are 2 Saturdays and no Friday or following Saturday...
Any ideas? Is this a wait for ios5.1 issue?

If you are using a Mac, go to Settings>Software Update ... check for any updates, and update all.
Chances are you are not using iTunes 10.5, which is required to sync iOS 5.
If youare using a PC, suggest you uninstall your iTunes, download fresh iTunes 10.5 from Apple.com/itunes and install it.

After ios5 update, I am not getting any sound when I play music (iphone speakers or headphones). I get sound from games, previewing songs in iTunes, etc. Any idea why? I've resynced and shut down my phone and that didnt help.

because i am facing the below issue in my car.
the phone minimizes the volume of airplay and the ringing to 0 when connecting to a device (BT headset or car kit)
upon disconnecting, the ringing tone remains 0 and i miss all or most of my calls.

If you want to use your current ID you will either have to provide a credit card or redeem an iTunes gift card. Otherwise you can create a new ID without a credit card to purchase free apps by following this exactly as written: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534.
