After loading the latest firefox version I lost all the formatting from Yahoo, everything is text unformatted how do I restore my format?
My screen is just all text and I cannot navigate to my familiar selection places. I don't know how to get back my format for Yahoo
That is caused by code for HiDPI that landed.
You can modify the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx and increase or decrease the value in 0.1 or 0.05 steps to adjust the size of fonts and other elements in Firefox.
* The layout.css.devPixelsPerPx pref is a String value parsed to a float and allows to fine tune the dimensions of all elements (user interface and web pages) more precisely (resolution 0.1 or 0.05).
* You can use values between 0.05 and 1.0 to reduce elements in size or use values greater than 1.0 to magnify and make elements larger (percentage divided by DPI, % / DPI).
If the web pages needs to be adjusted after changing this pref then you can look at Default FullZoom Level or NoSquint.

This relates to my Macbook Air (2010) running on OSX10.10.2.T Three days ago, I ok'd a Firefox refresh and when I did - my Yahoo Mail! account dropped all of its icons on the mail pages. There are programming symbols there and when I place the cursor over them, the function is defined and works but this is really slowing me down. Is this a Firefox issue or a Yahoo issue? I have been trying to get Yahoo help through their answer community but no luck there.

Also missing the word Firefox in white letters with dark blue rectangular bar with the Firefox logo on the right end on this bar. Downloaded the latest version of Firefox on 6/1/11
Firefox 4 uses a new build-in home page named <b>about:home</b> with a Google search bar on it.
That about:home page only shows some snippets and has a button to restore the previous session if applicable.

I updated via my laptop and always kept the latest version on there.
I may delete my iTunes and then re-install just to make sure it is the most up to date version but I am 99% sure it is.
The update for my phone has worked...it is running off the iOS6.0.1 but just without all my old data (as I didnt back it to iCloud but iTunes instead).
Also, as of about 10 minutes ago my iTunes isn't functioning properly.
Will see if re-installing iTunes helps or not, seems like my files are gone for good though.
I am getting the iPhone 5 next week, hence my last minute rush to update all software...seems to have backfired somewhat! -

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox.

Is norton 360 ready with SafeWeb for the latest firefox version?
Some time ago I received a warning to wait with installing a firefox update because parts of Norton 360 - I think it was SafeWeb - wouldn't work. I received later a notification from Norton that Norton was now in line with Firefox. Am I going to have the same problem with Norton 360 again if I will update to the latest Firefox version?

I upgraded from Snow Leopard to Mavericks OS X, and lost all of my "on my mac" mail boxes. How do I restore them?
The answer was more complicated. I had to have an Apple Care tech help me onscreen. Had to go to Time Machine to restore (which I had tried, but couldn't find the right files to import. The Mail icon was barred). They helped me find them. It was very complicated, with many steps involved. I never could have figured it out on my own. Even the tech was not sure how, or if it would work. And it took about 1/2 hour for the stuff to download. But, the problem was solved eventually

Well, that’s the reason you don’t have a Trash can now. Deleted messages are being left in their mailbox instead of moved to the Trash, so there is no need for a Trash.
Before turning that setting back ON, you may want do do View > Show Deleted Messages, in case there is any deleted message that you want to undelete -- turning the setting back ON will cause those messages to be permanently erased.
BTW, why does your profile say Mac OS X 10.3.9 in some of your posts and Mac OS X 10.4.8 in others?
