sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app, Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
when signing in, use the same adobe id you used to subscribe.

I recently changed the password for my itunes and now when i try to log into my itunes on my iphone it says my password is invalid. How can I change the email address on my iphone so that it is the correct one?
1) I downloaded a free game app that works with Game Center...Run, Run, Chicken v.1.1
2) I opened the app, then closed it. When I opened it again, it asked me if I wanted to use an existing account or create a new account for Game Center. I chose to use an existing account.
3) I entered my e-mail address (in my case, my Apple ID) and password.
4) I had to verify the Location (country) and date of birth.
5) Then I went right to the terms and conditions page, and upon acceptance, I got to the Game Center set up. I completed the set up.
6) When I opened the Game Center app on my iPhone, I was able to get into Game Center without any sign in problems.

Looks like I fixed it., thanks to another post I read. I went into my Norton Security. Under Settings. Chose Firewall. Program rules. changed the itunes setting from "auto" to "allow" This also fixed my error (-3212) which would not allow me to connect to the iTunes store.

I recently updated all of the computers in the house to itunes 11. Now when we try to import songs from homesharing, we are unable to. What happened to the conveniently located "import song" button on the old version of itunes. Please help an old mother out please!

solved the issue today. first sync with itunes, so all the stiff you bought on the mobile will be backuped.
1. uncheck sync music in itunes and sync. all the music will be erased from mobile device
2. check music player on the mobile device. just the unwanted songs will still be there
3. go on the iphone to settings, general, usage, music player. there is just a few mb from the remaining unwanted songs. swipeleft and erase the content. switch iphone off and on again
4. repeat step 2. there will be no data. otherwise repeat step 3
5. check sync music in itunes and sync. all the music will be back again but not the unwanted songs. -

First, make sure it is backed up in itunes.
Next, there should be an option somewhere on itunes to restore it to its original state. I did that once for the IOS 5 install after the first go round did not work.
Once its in its original state, upgrade to ios5. Then restore from Itunes all your stuff.
That is what I did but I am not an expert on what exactly is where in itunes.

Check if you still have a profiles.ini file left if you've only deleted the Firefox profile folder:

If you still have a profiles.ini file, but the profile folder is gone then delete the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile.

I updated the latest version of iOS software on my Macbook Pro and now when I try to open up iPhoto it says that I need to update the latest version. But when I go to update on iTunes, it says the latest version is unavailable to the U.S. I wouldn't mind leaving it be but I can't access any of my photos. What do I do?

I recently moved and had to disconnect my WD My Pro Edition II 2TB external drive I had been using for backup.
Its been several months (many upgrades to the iMac software during this time), and now when I try to reconnect the external dire (Use a firewire cable) it does not recognize the drive is there. I also tried "reloading" software from the Western Digital site, but after following all the instructions, it looks like my iMac doesn't support this software (I can't even locate it after I follow all the instructions.
Thnaks, for anyones ideas on how I can get this working again.....First of all, you do not really want to use their software; if you want a bootable clone, use either Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper. If you simply want to drag and drop some files, you don't need software to do that. The important thing on any external drive is that you format/partition it correctly (Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and using GUID partition scheme).
Unfortunately, I don't know anything about WD drives or their software, so I don't have any idea what kind of backup you did. Having said that, it should still recognize the external even if it's outdated. Have you tried mounting it manually in Disk Utility? If you can get it to mount, you could (worst case scenario) just drag your stuff off onto your internal and then reformat the external. -
My iPhone 4S had the iOS 6 update and I have been trying to download all day but it won't work and now when I go to software update of says iOS 5.1.1 is up to date. And I cant restore my iPhone becuase when I go onto iTunes it says that it can't find my iPhone. I have tryed to download the most resent iTunes because I went to apple website and just hit download iTunes so I guess it's the most resent version and I don't know what to do. Should I go to an apple store?

Before you restore the iPod from the backup that Dave had you make yu have to transfer stuff from the iPod to the computer since the backup does not contain the apps themselfes, music, synced phots and some other stuff. To see what a backup contains see:
