The reason, I included the annotation that I'd upgraded my Itunes, (On my Computer) is B/C in many forums - the very first question, *HELPERS* ask, is. "Do you have the latest version of Itunes downloaded on your computer." I wanted to knock out any obvious replies.
Now- "DO YOU have any idea,"... how your UNHELPFUL remarks, do absolutely nothing but hurt others that might not have the EXPERIENCE you have? How do you expect people to know things without asking questions? Whew! RUDE!!

My iPod touch has been misplaced or stolen, I have used to find my iPhone app multiple times but no luck tracking it. The app tells me that my iPod must connect to the internet before it's able to be tracked. I have locked it and sent various messages to contact me but still, it has to be connected to the internet. If it was stolen, the thief will soon find out it's useless. iOS 7's Activation Lock prevents its use by anyone other than its legitimate owner. If you provided contact information, that's all you can do. Wait until someone honest finds it.

The insurance question is one for your insurance carrier - homeowner's or renter's insurance. Car insurance, if it was stolen from your car. Most insurance policy deductibles will exceed the value of your iPod though. Apple isn't in the insurance business.

If you do not know its serial number you can find it stored in your last iTunes backup:
Open iTunes on the computer you used to sync the iPod and select Preferences…from the iTunes menu. (In Windows, choose Edit > Preferences.)
Select the Devices pane. Position the cursor over any of its backups. The iPod's serial number will appear in a popup window.

Why is when I try to download from the App Store, it says "The application cannot be downloaded." I do have an ID account and my software has been updated.

Hello there, I'm new to the Apple world, and I'm still learning my way around.
Why is when I try to download from the App Store, it says "The application cannot be downloaded."
It doesn't ask me for payment or anything. When I click on download, about 10 seconds later, that message pops up and nothing is downloaded onto my laptop. I can download other stuff onto my laptop for e.g. Microsoft Word and other various programs such as Google Chrome from the internet. However, I just cannot download from App Store. Any suggestions on how I can download apps?

There is nothing wrong with my iTunes, is more of the App store that I am concerned about. And I've tried the "Authorise this computer" yes it does download when using iTunes, but no luck with App Store. And, yes I am logged onto iTunes when doing purchases.
I find this really fustrating because the App store works fine on my ipod but once it comes to my macbook, it does not download. A few seconds later after I click on an app to download, the pop up message notifies me that the purchase cannot be downloaded.

The Help page you came here from gives you all the information; without the previous owner's password or his removing the phone from his list of devices you cannot proceed and I'm afraid your phone is useless.

It wont even accept my icoke pins! when I enter them (and there are two on the inside of the cap) it says its an invalid pin.. Other places online says this offer expired March 31, but on the bottle cap it says 12/31/2011 so I dont understand,. Why do you offer a free itune when one cant access it?

The message is correct. You can only register a product once... there is no need to register again after you do it the first time. You can re-install and activate with the serial number, but there is no need to re-register.

Sadly, this is Windows machine so I dont have a non-iOS version of iMovie. I have 2 ideas left. The first is xfering the project to my iPhone 4 and trying to export it there (if that works, awesome but geez apple the iPad 2 is way more powerful than the iphone 4.. youd think I wouldnt even have to attempt this). The 2nd idea is to start at the end of my movie and delete clips and sounds backwards, trying to export each time to find whatever clip is causing the issue (when the movie was 5 minutes it mixed no probem, so I only need to go that far).
