After purchasing a serial number for Mac I have switched to a Windows PC. Can I get an updated serial?
So I purchased the teacher edition of Photoshop CS6 (mac) and I was running the trial version on my mac for a while. But I have recently switched to a PC and downloading CS6 the serial number "made" me download a mac version.
So, it there any way I can switch my mac serial number for a windows serial number?
I just tried selecting my location which is also Asia Pacific and i am able to go to Customer Support Portal.
Try to sign out of adobe.com and sign in back and then check.
Also, check if your Adobe ID has the right country set, which should be in Asia Pacific.

You should be able to. Just deactivate your copy of CS5 on your old computer. Open one of the applications and choose Help > Deactivate.

I lost my photoshop elements 7.0 serial number and i had not had it registered so i can't get it back. My old desktop broke and i would like to install photo shop on my new laptop. How can i get it back?
I would first go to your Adobe Account and make sure that all info in it was correct and then match up all S/N's with your records. If you find any problems, then make corrections.
If all matches, but does not work, contact Adobe and see if they still sell replacement DVD's for CS2. Adobe usually does, for a small price. Still, you will need your correct S/N, so you will probably be back on the phone to Adobe. When I once used them for a S/N problem, they were quick and did a perfect job.

Revel does not require a serial number only your Adobe ID and password. If you are having problems locating a serial number for your Creative Cloud subscription you will need to contact Adobe Customer Support.

Can I use the same serial number for mac and pc?
My problem is that my mac is falling apart and I don't know how long it's still working - can be hours or can be months. I'm not sure if my next computer is mac or PC, so I'd like to know if the same serial number can be used with both mac and PC? I have understod that I can delete the program from my old computer and then use the same serial number in my next computer (Is it working that way?). So if I now buy a lisence for mac, can I use the same lisence later with PC?

I did a factory reset on my old laptop and lost my Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard. I have the serial number but need a download and can only find download for Pro version. When I enter my serial number (standard) into the Pro Installation it says the number is invalid. Any idea where I can download Standard version of 9? Thanks.
Kimg68365882 did you purchase Acrobat 9 Standard from Adobe directly? If so and you choose to download the software instead of receive a CD then please see Find a download link on Adobe.com.
If you originally received the software on CD then please use a computer with an optical drive to copy the contents of the CD to a USB drive. -

You bought the wrong version. As I see it, you have two options:
Find a previous full version (LR 4 or before) from some online vendor and use its serial number. For this to work for you, it would have to sell pretty cheaply.
Contact Adobe Customer Support, and arrange to return your upgrade version and purchase the full version.

You can use a FTP client (or your browser if it supports FTP) and download from the Adobe FTP server (ftp.adobe.com). The files are in /pub/adobe/cs6/downloads :
Windows (launch the .exe which will open the 7z file):
