After redelivery attempt limit reached, where does the msg go ?

          I have weblogic6.1sp3 on windows nt. I have some questions regarding
          the redelivery behaviour of weblogic. I have a mdb listening on a
          queue set up so that it prints the msg recieved and rolls back (for
          test purposes). I have redelivery attempt limit set to 5 and the time
          between each redelivery set to 20 seconds.
          - When a rollback occurs, shouldnt i be able to see the message that
          was put back on the Q via the weblogic console ? currently the console
          simply shows that the message recieved count has increased.
          - After the 5th attempt to redeliver fails, the msg simply dissapears.
          I guess this means that it has been dropped. Is this normal ? is there
          any system Q where dropped msgs are placed ?
          - If I specify a Error Queue, would the msg be placed on it after the
          redelivery attempts fail as mentioned above ?
          Any help would be greatly appreciated.

          The "pending" count will remain the same. A messing is "pending"
          if it is currently associated with a tx, unacknowledged, or in
          "delayed" delivery - otherwise it is counted as "current".

          Yes. This is the documented behavior for redelivery limit.

          Yes, in 6.1, this is the sole purpose of an error queue.

I have placed an address location into the CONTACTS list and when I ask SIRI to "take me there" it found a TOTALLY different location in the metro area with the same street name. I have included the address, the quadrant, (NE) and the ZIP code into the CONTACTS list. As it turns out, no amount of canceling the trip or relocating the address in the CONTACTS list line would prevent SIRI from taking me to this bogus location. FINALLY I typed in Northeast for NE in the CONTACTS list (NE being the accepted method of defining the USPS location quadrant) , canceled the current map route and it finally found the correct address. This problem would normally not demand such a response from me to have it fixed but the address is one of a hospital in the center of town and this hospital HAS a branch location in a similar part of town (NOT the original address SIRI was trying to take me to). This screw up could be dangerous if not catastrophic to someone who was looking for a hospital location fast and did not know of these two similar locations. After all the whole POINT of directions is not just whimsical pasttime or convenience. In a pinch people need to rely on this function. OR, are my expectations set too high?
How does the iPhone select between one app or the other (Apple Maps or Gppgle Maps) as it relates to SIRI finding and showing a map route?
Why does SIRI return an address that is NOT the correct address nor is the returned location in the requested ZIP code?
Is there a known bug in the CONTACTS list that demands the USPS quadrant ID be spelled out, as opposed to abreviated, to permit SIRI to do its routing?

siri will only use apple maps, this cannot be changed. you could try google voice in the google app.

After ripping a CD, where does the file go?

After I insert a CD into the drive and click "import music" from the CD diretly into iTunes, where does the actual file go on my computer?
I use windows XP.
If I rip a cd in windows media player or something else, the actual file goes to My Music folder, where does the file go when I do it in iTunes?

I ask because I synced my Blackjack 1 to my pc after about a year and MANY notes later, All the notes from the PC remained but ALL new notes on phone (a years worth) were deleted from the phone.
I would like to attempt a data recovery on my mobile device- that was an insane endeavor but i got it to work now i just need to know what to look for (what type of files to recover) and or where to recover from?
I did make the phone a drive already and have data recovery software that can pull deleted files from the phone in fat or raw data format.

This event is triggered after the start-of-selection. to display the contents on the report.
2.Top-of-page: Every time a new page is triggered. Mainly this is used for header of the report.
3. End-of-page : every time the list data reaches the footer region of the page.
This way first data is disaplyed then it reaches the footer..
first End-of-selection then End-of-page

You dictate after you open a blank page in any text editor. The text goes on the page.
You can use Text Edit for example (in your applications folder).
With the blank page open, go to the Edit menu and select Start Dictation. When you are finished, you save the file as you would any other document. You can retrieve it, edit it or anything else you want, because it is a file like any other you create with that text editor.

Hi Henry,
Once you reach the Action handler of the FileUpload UI Element your file has already been uploaded and is available in your context attribute. Now depending on the requirement you need to store the file.
If you need to store the file in a shared location then you need to write the file to that location using normal java I/O.

If you need to store the file on the R/3 system then you need to call the function module/BAPI capable of doing so and pass the resource file to the function module. Some times you might need to convert the IWDResource file to a byte array. The code given above can be modified to do that. If there are no function modules or BAPI's capable of storing the Word Document available you will have to write one.

After the PDF doc is converted to word and I hit save, where does the saved/converted document end up?

Wherever your browser is configured to save files to by default or the location you select.
I would suggest searching for the file name (without extension) through Windows Search or Spotlight.

My friend has an HP Touchsmart 15-R laptop that doesn't want to accept the ac power supply line in jack. With a flashlight and a micro dental hook tool, i poked around inside the potr in and notice that i do not see the traditional circle and center pin configured jack port like ALL other windows 7 laptops iv'e come accross.
After watching a youtube video that shows an identical laptop being taken apart and then put back together,i noticed that this laptops pin out/power plug has a completely different configuration! There are 7 wires going inside the laptop from the port plug.I can identify 6 of them (2white: LED light/ 2 red: dc v+/ 2 black:dc v-) the 7th is a single brown wire, Its situated between the red and black wires on the back side of the female power port plug and as i mentioned, when looking inside the port where the power supply jack connects,the configuration is different (see pictute)Where does the brown 7th wire go?

Open Intel Rapid Storage from the Control Panel and it will show it there. The Intel Rapid Storage Control Panel will show the 8GB mSSD under the acceleration tab. The computer actually combines the 8GB mSSD and the main hard drive into a RAID-0 array so it all appears as a single drive.

There is no solution. There are limits to how many iCloud accounts that a device can have activated. It doesn't matter that it was by a previosu owner, it's the device that matters. Before I updated to OS X Mavericks I was using another external disk that was getting disconnected ocasionally so I bought a new ADATA HD710 portable 1TB Drive and moved the files to it. This new drive which is supposed to be OS X Mavericks compatible takes minutes to show the files especially when opening second and third level folders which has made mu iMac unusable
What should I do?

Your Mac should be able to recognize many different types of drives (including Windows-formatted drives) immediately for Reading, provided they are in good working condition and not damaged. There should be no need to transfer to a different type of drive.
If there is no recognition of this drive, see if it can be seen in Disk Utility.
If your aim is to transfer the data on it DO NOT use ERASE or PARTITION as these will completely erase all the information on the Drive.
If the drive is present while the Mac sleeps, it is likely to drop out and not be seen any longer, especially if it is a USB-powered drive.
