After "Remove" of database in OEM, it comes back

We are doing some DB consolidation and clean up. There are several test databases which we stopped and removed. When I went into the Database tab, I saw that they were showing as stopping in OEM, so I used the Remove button and they went away.
Later in the day, when I got back into OEM, I was quite surprised to see that they had come back!
It seems there is more to the process of cleaning up than just "Remove".
I've searched MOS and this forum, but no apparent hits. Any thoughts or pointers most appreciated.

He guys, I would urge you not to declare this as standard procedure.
If this situation happens again I would suggest you focus on analyzing the Agent and OMS trace and log files to determine the exact cause of this.
Editing the targets.xml file is just taking away symptoms instead of solving the cause of the problem and finally issue an SR.

I've got the exact same issue! I'm pretty sure it just started today too. It's so bizarre because we've all been using Firefox 26.0 for at least a month, right? How could the ''about:home'' page all of a sudden cause this issue?
I've been able to replicate this issue on a virtual machine running Windows XP SP3, so clearly it has nothing to do with Windows 7.

Welcome to the Forums.
The flickering issue maybe due to a bad LCD cable or in some cases, a faulty GPU (the GPU is integrated to the CPU, and the CPU is soldered to the motherboard).
If there's still no image on the screen even after connecting an external display then you likely have a bad GPU.
In this case, I recommend you contact support for service (and also to see if there's a consideration that can be done on the warranty repair).

Iphoto-damaged, I rebuilt database,it worked but comes back when I quit iPhoto

My Iphoto is damaged and I cant open it, if I do there comes a alert : Your Iphoto Library is damaged or unreadable and cannot be opened. Please restore from backup. I googled it and saw that I could rebuild it by holding ''command'' and ''option'' keys and open Iphoto, I tried all the options and the last one, Rebuild database, woked and I could see my photos, and I thought everything was okay until I was dragging photos between folders and the photos didn't move, then Iphoto crashed/quit or something and when I open it again I always get the message like I got at first. I want to fix it and can someone please help me with that

Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

The iTunes and plug icons are telling you that the iPad is in recovery mode. Connect the iPad to the computer you normally sync with and restore the iPad. You can use your most recent backup to restore your content. If you haven't backed up your iPad then your content is lost.

I reset my iPod after it froze now it won't come back on...

If there is absolutely no response or screen display on your iPod after you reset it, try the following:
1. Charge the iPod for 4 hours.
2. After charging, disconnect the iPod from the charger and do not attempt to do anything to it for 24 hours.
3. After 24 hours, connect it to your computer and see if the iPod gets recognized.
4. If it is recognized by your computer, do a restore on the iPod.
This is an old trick that has worked for some. I hope it works for you!

Firefox is already actif but does not respond. and even after changing the default properties the problem comes back (Read-only)

everytime I close Firefox, it select the option "Read-only".
I stop the proces via Task management and then I can start Firefox again. I close it and the "Red-only" option is back again.

Do you get this error only after closing and restarting Firefox or always?

After 2.0 Update Lyrics will not come back

I have alot of music that I have update the informaiton in and placed LYRICS in for each of them and now after the update all I get is Lyrics and it seems to go and look for them but never finds them is there any reason why?

i think the 'DFU' in these instructions means device firmware upgrade...found this on another forum where people complaining of same problem...
1. Hold both the home and power buttons until the device turns off
2. EXACTLY one second after the iPod turns off, release the sleep/wake button, holding the home button still ( the apple logo SHOULD NOT BE ON ).
3. In about 20 seconds, you will see your iPod appear in iTunes, but the screen on your iPod will still be off. You are now in DFU mode.
4. RELEASE the home button as soon as your iPod appears iTunes. If you fail to do so, your iPod will simply go back into recovery mode.

After I click on a link and come back the link is not a differet color any more so I can't tell which links I have already used.

I recently had to get a new hard drive and reinstall Firefox. Now when ever I click on an link to look at something and then return to the previous page (like in Craigs list or something) the link is not a different color like it always has been so I can tell which links I have already used, why?

* Make sure that the History is set to at least 1 day: Tools > Options > Privacy > History: "Remember visited pages for at least"
* Make sure that you do not run Firefox in Private Browsing mode (Tools > Stop Private Browsing is grayed, see [[Private Browsing]])
* To see History and Cookie settings in Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting "Firefox will: Use custom settings for history"
You can look at these prefs on the about:config page to make sure that you keep history.

HT1277 How to delete/remove mail accounts. After I restart mail they all come back.

I would like to remove mail accounts on my Mac. I press"-" and account is gone, however as soon as I start mail again it shows back. Is there a way to remove it so it wouldn't come back?

From the Finder menu bar, select Go ▹ Go to Folder... and enter
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist
in the text box that opens. A Finder window will open with a file selected. Press the key combination command-I to open the Info window. In the Sharing & Permissions section of that window, do you have read & write access? Is the file locked? What is its modification date?

Deleted audio comes back when movie is exported.

When I view the project in iMovie, there is no audio except for the music tracks I added, but when I export it as a quicktime movie or to DVD, the audio that I had removed is back. I have double checked the settings, everything is muted, and I even went through and detached the audio from each clip. It still comes back every time I export the movie in any type of format. And I am using speed changes in my Video project. Quiet a few actually. Any ideas why this keeps happening?

But when I view it in iMovie it looks and sounds perfect. But after I export some of the audio comes back. FYI: all my video is in HD and on an external HD (WD 1TB). ... I've tried to export in HD, Lg, and Med. files all with the same results. Please help..
