After removing my payment info, why can't I remove the credit card type

How can I completely remove all of my payment information? I already removed all of my info but can't seem to remove the credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). After removing the info I am able to, I click Done and then in red letters the words, "There's a billing problem with a previous purchase. Please update your payment method." pop out. I don't know what to do. Can someone help me please?

That message implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the payment for your last purchase i.e. that you owe iTunes money - until that is paid off you won't get the 'none' option, or be able to download anything from the store (including redownloading and app updates). If the card that you had on you account isn't been accepted by iTunes then do you have a different card that you can put on, or are iTunes gift cards available in your country, so that you can pay what iTunes thinks that you owe ?

Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

Were you also charged for the song ? If not then do you get any error messages when trying to gift it ?

Why I cannot pay by the credit card I want to use?

I used to be able to subscribe a plan and have the recurring charge charged to a U.S. credit card. When the credit card got upgraded, the subscription was stopped automatically, and I was never able to subscribe any plan or make any payment on Skype using any U.S. credit cards.
Every time I try to make a payment, in the payment section the only options listed are a bunch of Chinese banks' credit cards, which I have none. I was never able to put in information of the U.S. credit card I want to use to make the payment. Can anyone tell why or suggest what I should do? Thanks.

HT204268 Can't get past the credit card screen when converting AOL username to Apple ID

After adding my credit card info when converting my AOL username to an Apple ID, I get the following pop up message: "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again later." I have tried for two days now. I have changed the credit card, changed the new apple ID, and my personal information, all resulting in the same error message.
Anyone have any suggestions? I am using iTunes 12.1.0.50

Sure thing. Here are my steps:
1) Login with AOL screen name into iTunes.
2) Pop up appears with the message "You need to change your account to use an Apple ID...". I select "Update Account".
4) "Change to Use an Apple ID" screen appears. I select "Continue".
5) "Edit Apple ID Details" screen appears. I then enter my email and password for a NEW Apple ID. (Note: If I enter in an email of an existing Apple ID, I get an error and cannot pass the screen. If I enter in a truly new email for a new Apple ID, the error disappears). Once info is in, I select "Continue".
6) "Review Your Address" screen appears. I can also update credit card information here. The Security Code is missing by default, so I must enter it in. If I enter in a wrong Security Code, I get an error to "Please enter valid Security Code". Once I enter in the correct info, I select "Continue".
7) Pop up appears with the message "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again later."
I have gone through this process a number of times, trying to change things slightly in various screens to see if I get a different result. It appears I simply cannot get past the "Review Your Address" screen.

After buying several apps in the Ovi Store using my credit card I was really surprised that Ovi Store does no longer accept my credit card because I'm not living in the US! (I'm requested to fill in a US address otherwise I cannot proceed.)

As far as OP was concerned trying at another time with SIM in place worked "Maybe the payment failed yesterday because I had removed my SIM card... Although I cannot see a connection."

Why can't we replace the WLAN card on Satellite L670?

I'm using a Sattelite L670-143 PSK3EE which comes with a default Atheros AR9285 wireless network adapter.
I've tried replacing this one with the 5Ghz Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230, which has a 2pin connection too.
Unfortunatelly, the card is being properly recognised by Windows7 but for some reason it has no signal.
Running inSSIDer, there is no single surrounding device found, while even my own router is advertising at the 5GHz band, and the taskbar icon tells me the Intel is the Wifi network but it always states that Wifi is switched off.
Trying to turn on/off thhe wireless network by using the special FN+F8 key combination, I am unable to switch it on.
Please has anyone succesfully installed a third party network adapter in a Sattelite ? Is Toshiba blocking any but the default wireless adapters ? and/or how can we make them to operate next to only being properly detected by Windows but unable to switch the signal on ?

ok, i hope you know how yo get to your wifi card inside your laptop, i try to explain as best as possible to show which pin in your new wifi card has to be taped off, so it cannot get signal (Hardware Radio Off) from the bios.
Pin layout can be different for other wifi cards, so i can only show the pin the tape off for this specific card.
My laptop = Satellite L670-140 (in this model the wifi card is underneath the keyboard, follow steps 5,6,7 from this site to unscrew it.
Wifi Card used = Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230 (2pin antenna like the default Atheros one)
* Before replacing, make sure laptop is properly shut off, disconnected from mains, and battery removed.
* Also make sure you have your proper driver for your card downloaded beforehand, since you most probably will need it before being able to connect to the internet.
* Also, write down the new card's MAC address. (most probably you'll find it on a little sticker on the wifi card)
Here are 2 screenshots showing which pin to tape off for disallowing the BIOS from Hardware Blocking the radio signal.

So, as you position your wifi as seen on the last screenshot, it's the 2nd pin from the right, on the largest pin row.
make sure only this specific pin is taped off, and no others, and make sure the tape strip does not come loose once you put the new wifi inside its slot.
- After replacing, it's only a matter of starting up, letting the new card get properly recognized by windows.
- I installed the wifi driver from Intel just in case, don't know if it's actually needed, most probably Windows will install all you need by default once the card is being detected.
- After that, i had to power down the laptop, switch off the router for 1 minute, switch back on router & switch on laptop. (doing the correct software steps to set up an internet connection with the card may be needed.)
If your router is configured to only allow specific MAC addresses from connecting, then simply configure your router to allow this card's mac address.
BTW: If your laptop has a "software way" of switching ON/OFF the radio signal ( FN+F8 keycombination in my case), you can still switch ON/OFF the card as you which, as long as the card does not get "Hardware Blocked" which should be corrected if you properly taped of the pin shown.
I'm sorry if i'm not sounding that clear, i'll try helping as best as i know/can.

Why can't I change the frame label type?

In a movie clip, I have several frame labels applied. The type of label is set to Name, which is the default. I want to change some of them to Anchor (to use as named anchors with fscommand), but the Type drop-down list is grayed out. Anyone know why? I can't find any info on named anchors, not even in the Help. Yes I know that anchors don't work everywhere, but this is for a specific client.

Well, that's strange.
In all the named frames of Video MC, I wanted to change the frame label type from Name to Anchor. The drop-down list was grayed-out, and clicking it didn't do anything. That is.......until I exited Flash and restarted it. Now, I can click the drop down list and select anything I want. I suppose I should have thought of that earlier.

It will not let me use my credit card info. It tells me to contact the itunes support at www.apple.com/support/iunes/ww/.

You need to contact the iTunes Store staff as opposed to just reading the information on their site or posting on these boards.
