After resetting my password for Google+, I lost all my contacts. How to repair this?

I got an email of Google, saying that someone tried to enter my google account in Turkey. If that wasnt me, which it wasnt because Im not in Turkey, then I had to reset my password. Which I did.
After having done so on my iphone accordingly, all my contacts dissapeared.
I synced with my Mac... nothing happened.
I tried to put back my back up....no contacts.
I logged in my icloud, only telephone contacts were me and this Turkish 'Osman' name.
What to do? Anymore suggestions for solving this hacking problem?

This was the email I received. It had a 'reset password' button, which I used to reset my password. After having done so, I received an email on my Gmail adress and my second adress (work email).
Then I reset the email accounts on my phone, to be able to receive mail.
Should I reset again?

Thanks, but I checked iCloud and it has none of them.
If it backed up to my laptop, that died and I just got the new computer. The one that's crashed won't even boot, so there's no way to even tell if it was syncing the contacts along with all the phone photos. Literally happened at the same time - it was because I had the new computer that I was finally able to pull the photos off the phone and make room for the upgrade. It had refused to upgrade for lack of space for some time.
I had thought it was set to sync to iCloud but it vanished from BOTH my phone and the cloud. That's why I'm so angry about it.

No. Anything that was created after your last backup will be gone.
Use iCloud to automatically backup your device, usually once every 24 hours.

You calendar info should also be mirrored on your computer. Use the option to replace all events on the iPod with the info on your computer during the next sync. You can find this option in the info pane, Advanced section.
You can also use the latest backup to restore from, it contains the calendar info as well: iTunes: About iOS backups

iTunes 10.7 does indeed work on OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. Do you mean you have Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard? If so, and you updated your iPhone 4S to iOS 6 on some other computer, then you may be out of luck synching to your 10.5.8 system, but you can get and try 10.6.3 here:

In short. No, you cannot unsync. If you had a back up from your old iPhone you cand restore from a back up.
In iTunes go to Edit > Preferences > Devices > and select the latest back up.
Before you synced your phone did you have it set up with the PhotoStream or iCloud? The pictures would be saved there. Or if you had them sync to a file on your computer.

Recently for the first time I signed up for Icloud and tried to sync contacts with it, but after this procedure all my contacts disappeared from my iphone, i treid searching online for the solution but couldnt get back my contacts, when I logged in to icloud.com, even contacts list was empty. @sachin411 did you try resyncing the iPhone/iPod before you backed it up? make sure you back up your iProduct every few days, as i have learnt you can loose A LOT of stuff if you dont!!

I was having trouble syvcing my phone with the computer and 1 of the prompts was reset the phone and be able to retrieve my data later.
Unfortunatley i'm having some trouble doing that.

The iPhone doesn't store any information on the SIM at all. Updating the phone should not have affected anthing on the SIM. Are you sure you're not talking about contacts stored somewhere else?
Did you try re-importing the contacts from the SIM if that's where they came from?

My contacts got transfered to all my devices except my ipad. As they were not wanted on one iphone they were delteted from that device but fortunately icloud wasn't on on my ipad. So all of my contacts are still there but I cannot get them back onto my mac or my other iphone. I tried a sync and it showed all contacts being restored but when I checked the iphone about 100 out of 1000 were there. I also cannot find them on my mac.
Can anyone help?
