After the 5th password re-set does anyone at Adobe actually plan to help with my technical issue?

When downloading the Adobe Application Manager at the end of d/l a pop up box appears and asks to re-enter account log in info but then doesn't recognise it even though we are already logged in obviously and the d/l fails! This happens every time. Password re-set didn't work the first time and it didn't work the second time. So Adobe, is there anyone there that isn't a moron and can help or shall we just go with a refund and never touch Adobe products ever again?

Zimmermane,
I believe what Amit is asking is whether you installed trial or beta vesions of the Cloud programs before the official release.
The point about moodifying the “host” file is that when you install these versions, even though they are trial and beta versions, that will be logged on your system: the “host” files.
Unless you have cleansed your system, say with Cloud Cleaner Tool, Amit's point is that your system is reflecting the Beta / Trial versions on your system.
If you have not done so definitely run Cloud Cleaner Tool, it will erase memory of any trial beta versions you may have installed.
If you have never installed trial versions then I would do the following.
Run Cloud Cleaner Tool AND then Close down the computer and then ZAP the PRAM.
I.e. Hold down ATL + CMD + R + P when you start. I know it is difficult to keep all 4 keys down and also start the computer. What I do is hold down Alt + CMD + R then start the computer and quickly hold down the P key before the computer chimes. It must be before the compouter chimes or you will go back to normal start. Hold the keys down for at least 3 starts.
Then see if that makes a difference. As I said earlier it is within your computer, and probably within your system files.
If you are on Lion or Mountain Lion. You could just re-install the OS software. I am failrly certain Lion and Mountain Lion will not erase your entire disk but just give you a fresh OS.
For safety's sake a good idea to save all your important file esp E-mails etc. E-mails are in the User Library, however it is hidden. To show it go to Users and then hold down the ALT key and click on GO and then Library.
But if the Zap and the Cleaner don't solve your problem, then going for a fresh install might be a good idea. In the old days that meant a complete re-install of everything. But I did a re-install a couple of weeks ago expecting to have to install everything, to find it was all there. The install just gave me a fresh OS.
Anyway see if that helps.
James.
