The driver update 2.7 was released by Apple. The driver released by Epson is available for download from the Epson Australia web site. It is the Apple update driver download that has caused the problem.

The YouTube app is not included in iOS 6. You will either need to try one of the YouTube apps from the store (there is an iPhone optimised app from google), or try accessing it via Safari : http://m.youtube.com (you can create a home screen shortcut for the site)

The internet updated without me knowing and now i can not pull tabs down to make a new window or change the order of tabs and i can't find out how to get back

my mozilla updated without acknowledging me first. I open it and I come to find out I can not move the tabs over to the right or the left one spot or two spots they just won't move unless I close them. I use to be able to move there anywhere i wanted or pull down and it became it's own window. Now I have to right click to make it a new window and then I can't drag and drop other tabs into it to make a window with several tabs. How do I get this back to the way it was before?

Most likely the iPod filesystem is corrupted, during a partial sync, that freeze due to a timeout.
In My Computer, select the iPod, right click Properties->Tools->Check Now
tick both Fix filesystem and scan.for bad sectors.
This will fix the duplicate name error.

Hello, can someone help me? I have an iphone 4 locked ATT. I made an official unlock. I.M.E.I. check says that the iPhone unlocked. I like the instructions, restored it through itunes. But was not able to activate it. here is what itunes: "Your request couldn't be processed. We're sorry, but there was an error processing your request. Please try again later." But I have 2 weeks I can not activate it! As it turned out, I unlocked the iPhone, which has never been activated to itunes. Who knows what can I do?

Try contacting AT&T and seeing what they have to say about it. They should be able to help you if you unlocked the phone through them.

SL + Epson Stylus Photo R260 + Epson driver: no way to set draft mode

I'm trying to get an iMac(intel) / Epson R260 working correctly after a recent upgrade from 10.4 to 10.6. The printer is connected directly to the iMac (i.e., not to Time Machine).
The Gutenprint driver that came with SL produces awful results, so I downloaded the Epson driver from Epson site (10.6 compatible). It produces much better results, but for some reason it's printing in draft mode . . . +and I can't find the quality control anywhere!!+
I think I've been through every submenu within the Print dialog; in particular, the Print Settings that appear to contain printer-specific settings. Does such a control exist?
The Gutenprint driver offers scads of quality settings - unfortunately, as I say, the prints are completely washed out even at 'Best' quality. My client is also intimidated by the Gutenprint options and would prefer to use the ones she's more familiar with from 10.4; namely, the Epson-supplied driver.

My name is Syd and I work for Epson America, Inc.
The print settings menu is where the quality control should be found. In this menu, there should be media type and print quality pulldown menu's. The GutenPrint driver will have a similar menu however it should say 'Printer Features" instead of 'Print Settings".

After the latest update of iTunes does my iPhone and iPod not connect to iTunes but connects fine to Windows?

I recently updated iTunes and when I went to put music on my iPod, however, iTunes could not pick anything up even though windows was. I then tried my iPhone and I had the same issue. Doublechecking. Have you tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:

I have the latest version of Adobe Reader and I still can not print adobe reader documents on my Mac Air laptop but I can print any other type of file or document?

What settings need to be changed in order to print in Adobe Reader?

My Adobe reader is the most current one that's out there per Adobe.
Something like XII or higher.
As for my Outlook, it's MS Outlook 2003, and I believe it's Express Outlook.
If I disable the Protected Mode, per your suggestion, maybe that will work.

Start up error and beats audio crackling after realtech driver update

I am having several issues.
If I plug in a external hard drive, the OS will not start and goes to "press esc for start up menu" in lower left corner on a black screen. I press esc and it goes to boot options. I have done what HP states and hard started my computer twice and it did not help, and I have found no other suggestion to try and fix this. I have tried everything, including a system recovery and it still goes to the start up menu options. If I disconnect the external, it will still appear, but the operating system will start up after a few seconds. Why do I have to disconnect my external to start OS. And for some reason, my external has been seated in the hardrive section of my computer, instead of the removable storage devices in my computer.
Also, after updating realtech driver, my beats audio speakers pops and cracks. I tried to roll back driver, but no changes. Please help. I dont want to go thru the trouble of sending my computer back for repair. This is really upsetting!!!! I cannot play any videos or music, because of the crackling. Why did it do that, and is it fixable. My laptop has not been jarred or dropped in any manner to have caused any damage. It started after the driver update, and even tho I rolled back the driver, it still does this.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have looked into your issue about your HP Pavilion 17t-f000 Notebook and issues with Beats Audio and startup issues. The startup looks at the USB as one of your Boot options. So it can not load anything until it know that this is not a boot device.
You could restore the BIOS with this document selecting the reloading the BIOS default settings which could resolve the issue with the sound.
Here is a fix that has helped others.
1. Right click the Speaker icon in the bottom right corner by your time.
2. Click Playback Devices.
3. Click Speakers.
4. Click properties.
5. Click the advanced tab on the Properties window.
6. Change the Default Format drop-down to the highest quality.
7. Apply the properties.
8. Click OK to close the properties window.

Help! No sound after the last update

I have a problem with my ATV3 after the last update, all AIFF audio videos of my iTunes library, have no sound in Airplay mode.
Is it a problem of Apple???

Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple logo.

I have and Ipad Model A1458 and serial number DMPJVX72F183 I did the last update 8.1 and since then I can not get it to work. The apple icon comes on then fades and then comes back then fades , this continues until I turn it off or the battery run died. I tried the reset but that did not work. Any suggestion?

If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again.

I did the latest download for my iPad and now I can not download anything from the App Store or iTunes. Please advice how I can fix this problem?

I downloaded the last update on my iPad and now I can not download from the apple store or iTunes. I just sits there and continues to act like it will but nothing happens. And then it times out and goes back to home screen. Have a 32 so have have plenty of room.
What would you advice I do? I purchased this iPad in dec 2013.

Double tap your home button to bring up the most recently used apps.
You'll see the app icon below and a screen shot of the app page above.
With your finger swipe the app page above the app icon upwards to fully close the apps (you should do this regularly).
Now, reboot your iPad. Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. You won't lose any data or settings.
When your iPad comes back up, see if you can download again.
