After the iOS7 update I can't make in-app purchases anymore.

I updated my iPhone 5 and my iPad to the new iOS 7 and after that I can't seem to make in-app purchases anymore. I went through pages and pages on this subject but nothing that was already suggested here seemed to work. For example on Candy Crush saga. It was already updated after iOS7 came, and I tried to buy boosters but it just said the same thing. "Your purchase could not be completed. contact itunes Support....."
What gives???
PLEASE!!!!! I'm desperate. Can someone or anyone give me a reasonable explanation? Thanks

    Relatively self explanatory. When I go into Privacy settings I am unable to turn Location Servies on. The option appears, but I cannot slide the switch to 'on'. This has only happened after the ios7 update.

  • Imessage changed my phone number after the ios7 update

    after the ios7 update imessaging has changed my number to some weird 7 digit number with a +1 (1) infront of it. if someone txts my actual phone number the message wont deliver.. i have reset everything on the phone multiple times and have did alot of troubleshooting for this and nothing seems to work. i went to the apple store and they said to call the techs.. i did that before i even went to the store and they couldnt do anything for me. if anybody has any ideas on how to fix this please help! thank you

    You can't change it back by going to Settings>Phone, and then by clicking on your number at the top? It should take you to a screen that will allow you to delete what is there and type your own number in.

    Since the ios7 update I can't sign into my itunes on my ipad or my iphone. It's prepopulated with an old ID, and I can't even view my account to fix it. At first the problem was that after the ios7 update my apple ID for icloud was prepopulated with my old ID. So after three days of trying to fix it, I finally just went on my mac and changed my ID back to the old one. I thought I solved my problems... I was able to sign into icloud on my ipad. Now today... my itunes apple ID is prepopulated with my ID I was using up until a few days ago. I am at a loss. I have no idea how to restart (or whatever) and just fix everything (icloud, itunes, and anything else that might prepopulate down the road that I don't even know about) ... I'm so frustrated! I'm glad the security is better but I wish there was an emergency code you could have emailed to you after answering extremely secure questions... or something. Please help. Thank you!

    I had a similar issue. I was able to sign into iTunes but when I tried to view my account information iTunes repeatedly asked for my password in an endless loop. I solved the issue by unblocking cookies in safari: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3388

    Basically, your iMessage settings have become slightly off due to the update.
    Go into Settings -> Messages -> Send/Receive.
    You should see your phone number and your email address. Given your description, I would imagine that only your Email Address is checked. If you CAN (it's probably greyed out), check your phone number off, and it should work.
    Now, operating under the assumption that you can't just turn the phone number back on:
    1.) Go into Settings -> Messages, and turn iMessage off.
    2.) Go into Settings -> iTunes and Appstore, and tap on your Apple ID at the top, and tap 'Sign Out'
    3.) Power your phone off completely (Press and hold the sleep/wake key, then swipe to power off).
    4.) Power your phone back on.
    5.) Go back to Settings -> iTunes and Appstore, and sign back into your Apple ID.
    6.) Go back to Settings -> Messages, and turn iMessage back to ON. Wait for iMessage service to activate.
    7.) Go into Send/Receive again, and verify that your phone number is now checked off.
    8.) Send a text message to a friend with an iPhone to verify that the issue is resolved.
    NOTE: If you do not know your Apple ID/Password, reset it at http://iforgot.apple.com.

    1) Backing up the iPhone to iCloud
    2) Resetting the iPhone completely
    3) Restoring from iCloud
    This helped resolve iMessage and Facetime issues.

    I bought an iTunes gift card to purchase certain things in my favorite app. Well when I try to buy things inside the game it does not give me the option to approve the purchase and it never shows up. I have reset the app, I have deleted the app and downloaded again, I have turned my ipod off and on, I have made sure all updates are up to date and nothing has changed. I saw a similar question like mine and the answer was that you have to have a credit card linked to your iTunes account to make in app purchases and I was thinking they were right until I talked to a few friends who cancelled their credit cards and took them off of the account and can still make in app purchases so that can't be the issues. Can someone please help me this is driving me crazy I have talked to iTunes support but they weren't much support.
