After the last update every time my iphone4 reaches about 15% battery it shuts off and wont turn on until I plug it in. Why? i cant seem to figure out what to do. Restoring a backup does nothing, neither does syncing it.

Sounds like a hardware failure.
Make an appointment at the genius bar and take it in for them to look at. It will probably need to be replaced. -

Happened to talk to a friend who said to try replacing the battery. Did that. Problem fixed. All data saved.
To all Apple support people: rather than say 'once it's in recovery mode you lose all data' try saying 'replace your battery and see if that works first'!!!! -

First it would be helpful if you post the exact model, year and OS version you have.

So that light is the sleep indicator and tells us that the laptop is going to sleep when you close the lid. That would be normal behavior so the machine is still working. Possibly you're experiencing a backlight failure. With the machine supposedly "on" use a flashlight to carefully examine the screen. Do you see the desktop? Yes? machine is still running and something is wrong with the backlight.
You should immediately backup your computer or at the very least pull vital files off. With the computer hooked to another Mac (The way this is done depends on the exact MacBook, E.g.FireWire 800 to FireWire 800.) Then you restart the computer and hold the "t" key down. This puts your MacBook into "target mode":

Once your files are off try an SMC reset:

Are you able to get the backlight back on by opening and closing the display? Yes? Broken backlight cable refer to qualified service place. Even if it doesn't come on and you can still see the desktop with a flashlight it is still probably the backlight. Could be the a backlight problem also. -

We really can't tell you what happened, but you can get your iPad up again, by rebooting:
Hold the power and home button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds (hold past the swipe to shut down) and when the Apple logo appears, let go of both buttons and your iPad will come back to life. -

Since the last update for "numbers", everytime I open numbers I get a notice that a font is missing. I don't care that it's missing and I would like to not see that message. How can I get rid of it?
A document you had open at the time you quit Numbers has a font that you do not have (probably Calibri). You can change the font to one you have OR close the file before you quit Numbers. Numbers will open files you had open when you quit.

I dropped my iphone 4 and it shut off and when i tried to cut it on it wouldnt. so i connected it to a power source and it tunred on but stay stucked on the apple logo. so when i discounted it shut off. it only turns on when connected to a power source but not on its own. i tired to connect it to itunes no help, i tried to press the home and power button still no help.
Your last try would be a restore if you can get iTunes to recognize the phone. If not, you have probably damaged the device beyond repair. You can go to see Apple about an out of warranty replacement. The cost for the iPhone 4 is $149US, you can check for your location.

When I start the program, it will hang. Bringing up Task Manager it shows that Firefox is not responding. Also if I click anywhere on the screen, the screen will lighten up and also show "not responding."
I have tried closing the program and reloading but this does not help. The only thing I've been able to do is wait and wait and wait. Then suddenly it will start working again.
What to do? I have had this problem a few times in the past but do not recall how it was fixed and I'm lost on what to do except to accept this or go back to using Explorer.Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

If it is not charging:
1. Reset iPad (may not work)
2. Try another wall socket
3. Try another cable (make sure it's an original Apple cable)
4. Try another charger (make sure it's an original Apple charger)

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

After the last update on Mac os 10.9.2 end of April - I opened Pagemaker and my whole system crashed after talkign with Apple, I had to erase everything on my hard drive. I finally got it fixed and re-installed pagemaker cs5 and a few other program that I HAD to have while I was on vacation. When I got home, I tried installing CC and various programs (pagemaker, indesign, photoshop etc. Had to erase all of the other adobe programs and start from scratch. Every time I open ANY adobe products all of my "white space" is pink and white vertical striped in EVERY program. Apple mail, contacts etc. If I completely shut down the computer and then restart everything is fine until I open an adobe product again. I can't seem to get any help out of Adobe, does any one have any suggestions before I cancel my subscription entirely?
