After trial version expired and purchasing creative cloud membership programs still will not open
I keep getting "trial version expired" even though I have purchased the cloud membership around 3 weeks ago. I did the chat with someone who had me remove my cache, which did work for me to run Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver. I installed a patch for the download manager that did not work as well. I have installed and uninstalled multiple times with no luck, and now have a project due Thursday!! Please help!!
I don't think these issues pertain to mine. There is something getting mixed up between my trail version (expired) and my new Creative Cloud subscription. Its like it can't see it for some reason. I was able to get Photoshop to work but Dreamweaver is being stubborn!! Please help my project is now due tomorrow... !! Thanks!

I have used Firefox on my computer for several years. Today, after upgrading to the new version, I was not able to open Firefox. I have tried several times uninstalling and re-downloading Firefox. It still will not open! Is the new version not compatible with Windows Vista?

You will have to close firefox.exe with the Windows Task Manager from the "Processes" tab of the WTM since you don't have a widow to close.
The best way to close Firefox is through File > Exit, for those who stuck with the "Firefox" button click on the Firefox button then Exit. It is not perfect but it is a lot better than just closing the window with the "X" in the upper right corner -
I have been using firefox for over a year with no problems. All of a sudden it has quit opening. I thought it might be something in my computer so I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it from your web site. It still will not open. What do I do now???????
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

I am on a trial version of InDesign in Creative Cloud and before I purchase need to know why and the files cannot be opened by others using CS6. Isn't Cloud compatible with CS6 design software?
Industry standard files such as JPEG are compatible with many brands/versions of programs
Proprietary files such as those created by InDesign are often not backwards compatible, due to new features in newer program versions
This is not unique to Adobe... MS Word DOCX files are not backwards compatible with earlier versions of MS Word -

Creative Cloud Creative Cloud Photoshop installs but will not launch
Hi, my Creative Cloud Photoshop latest version installs but will not launch. When I try it opens a page with a long error code report. I uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop several times with the same result. I downloaded and tried the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, as I found as a solution in the help forum, but since I uninstalled Photoshop before I ran the Cleaner Tool there are installed applications, and AdobeCreativeCloudDriver. Should I hit the clean all CS6 button at the bottom of the window. There is nothing including Photoshop in this list.

After using PS CS6 for well over a year, Bridge now will not open RAW images in Camera Raw, although Photoshop does. When I try to open them in Bridge, I receive a popup message that says that it "requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature." Obviously, I have done so hundreds of times since installing and activating CS6. What gives, and how do I fix it?
Things have now become significantly worse!
Now when I try to open anything from Bridge, or try to open PhotoShop at all, I receive a popup that gives me 2 options: 1) License PS CC, or 2) continue with my trial of PS CC.
So far as I know, I have not downloaded any trial of anything from Adobe in many months. In fact, I have no interest in PS CC. I wish simply to use PS CS6.
I have uninstalled my Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard, of which my PS CS is a part, and reinstalled it but I still am blocked from using my properly licensed programs.
Please advise.

Firefox is freezing in the middle of a browsing session. When I close Firefox, and try to re-start it, it will not open. I need to access Task Manager, where I find Firefox to still be running. Once I close Firefox in Task Manager, I can re-start Firefox. This can happen several times in the space of a few hours? I'm running Vista Home premium with Firefox 3.6.16, and this problem has only started in the last 4 weeks. Can Anyone Help? Core 2 Duo E7300 with 4GB RAM.
Sounds like it is hanging when you exit and later try to restart Firefox.

For initial troubleshooting, I would suggest restarting and resetting your iPhone, and also updating it to the latest version of the iOS software.
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.

I cannot get my Acrobat Pro to open. I already uninstalled it and re installed it. But still does not open. The program pops to ask for permission to open the program, but it never actually opens. I trouble shoot it and it says incompatible application.
It sounds like an issue of trying to run XI on VISTA. That combination does not work. Info on both the Acrobat full version (including sub-version) and OS would help. It might also be an issue of running 11.0.0 on a system that needs the updates to work.

After the Aperture update this week, the app still will not open!!!!!!

Do you get an error message, if yes, what is the message?
