After update FireFox to latest version 22.0, once I turn on firebug, all the opening firefox browswer will hang and respond slowly. Please help.

Previously Firebug is working perfectly with FireFox and it helps a lot on web development.
But few times of FireFox updates, once turn on the FireBug, FireFox will always hang, slow response, for example, clicking one button or one URL link on web page, it will take around 3 seconds only response. Click the scroll bar to scroll the page, the page will only scrolled after few seconds. The loading image on the tab will also hang and not circling.
Once turn off the Firebug, everything working fine.
It will be FireFox update having problems or the FireBug not compatible with the updated version of FireFox?
Try to search the updates for FireBug but it's the latest version.
Try to disable all the add-ons, plug-ins, not solving issue.

Go to about:config and try turning off javascript.options.strict .
Firebug is known to be very intense on Ram, try turning it off when you don't need to use it.

A div in a site am developing is not showing in firefox but shows on all the other browsers (chrome, safari, opera and explorer), can anyone help?

i am developing a site and i used divs in making the arrangements.
all other divs on the page shows but on particular one does not show.
i gave all the divs a border with a red color, all the other browsers(explorer, opera, chrome and safari ) shows the divs with the colors but firefox does not even show the red color

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

I think I found the reason. On my iMac that is hosting the music library a song already was playing. This seems to block out me from selecting another song though my Apple TV.

When I try to bring Firefox up it does not show that it is. If I shut my computer down it will come up the first time and as long as I leave it open it is okay. When I log out it does not come back up the next time. I am not having trouble with Chrome or Explorer.

I have the same problem. I bought an iPod Touch 4G 64GB last June. After upgrading to the new iOS 5, most of my pictures, apps and music is gone. I installed the new version of iTunes that supports ios6 this morning. Right after that Firefox will not start. It flashes some kind of message in the lower right corner that I cannot read. Task Manager says it is running, but not on my screen.

Look in Processes in the Task Manager. If Firefox is running, you see firefox.exe in there. You can remove it from there.

It happens to all pages where a Flash element has the size of 100% width / 100% height of the window or frame. Flash elements with fixed pixel size do not cause a problem.
I think it's not a Javascript problem, because it also blocks the window resize if you just call a swf file with no html around.
