Agreed. Reset the router. If after the reset you still have problems, delete that Wi-Fi connection, the re-enter all info.
Settings>Wi-Fi> select the network's information (tap the "i"), then tap Forget this Network.
Afterwards, re-scan for Wi-Fi connections and enter your Wi-Fi information.

Do you have an AT&T carrier file number showing? The only time you can use Facetime on AT&T cellular is if you are using one of their Shared Data plans. While they have not locked your phone, it appears their carrier file is in control of your device when you have the AT&T SIM card in there.

It may be that AutoFill is disabled in Safari, or that Private Browsing is on.
Go to Settings > Safari > Passwords & AutoFill and make sure that Names and Passwords is on.
Go to your Home screen and open Safari. If Safari is black or dark instead of white or gray, Private Browsing is on. Safari doesn't save account names and passwords when Private Browsing is on. To turn off Private Browsing:
On iPad, tap the the plus icon in the upper-right corner of the Safari page, then tap Private in the lower-left corner.
On iPhone and iPod touch, tap in the lower-right corner of the Safari page, then tap Private in the lower-left corner.

I have ipad 2, and I updated to IOS 7.0.3 yesterday. Today I realized video downloaded to ipad is not loading. Do you know why and how to fix this?

Try closing all of your apps and then Reboot your iPad.
Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app thumbnail to close it. Close all apps in this manner.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
After the iPad restarts, try the videos app again.
If that doesn't work, try this. Swipe down on the home screen - from approximately halfway down on the screen - not all the way for the top. That should bring up the Spotlight Search at the type of the screen. Type in the name of the video in the search field. Tap on it when it appears in the search and see if it will play.

Have you tried to reset it? Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. When you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot and see if that helps.
You may need to restore your iPad. That's where you back it up, then restore it to factory defaults, then put your backup back on so you don't lose any data. Sometimes a fresh start clears out any glitches and can help.

If it is an app compatibility issue - it IS the app developers responsibility to make sure that they update their apps in order to work with the new iOS. Apple owes no users a warning whatsoever. I suppose that you can demand all you want. It would have to be proven that the iOS update broke this particular function but it could also be said that it was just a matter of time that the broken thing manifested itself. Since the phone is out of warranty, it could also be said that it is your risk to update software. I'm not trying to be argumentative here, but we are not Apple. We are users like you and just try and provide support to other users. What you decide to do from here is your decision. I've given you all I know to do.

It sounds like you restored from an old back-up. Did you back-up just before your software update? It will use your last one and if your last back-up was a ywear old then it will use that one.
In general, if you are getting these messages on your iPhones select logout (when you get that Apple Id request) and then log back in with your newer ID.

Has anyone had trouble with safari after updating to ios 8 on ipad

I am having trouble viewing a web page through safari after updating to ios 8 on my ipad. On the left side of my screen is a list of my favorites leaving only 3/4 of the screen to view a web page. Before the ios 8 update when I clicked on the safari icon it took me to a full screen view of my favorites with icons.

Same issue here, seems to be fine on text based websites, but any with images on struggle to load.
im on 100mb fibre, and all sites work fone on other devices, just my iPad since upgrading
its loads the site slowly, displays about 3/4 of the page once loaded

After Updating to iOS 7.0.4, Dictation Is Barely Working Again!

Well, after updating to iOS 7.0.4 today, dictation is barely working again!
After the previous problems with Dictation were fixed with 7.0.3, it was working really well for the last few weeks, but for some reason, it seems the new 7.0.4 update has messed it up again. Is anyone else experiencing this? Can this be reported to Apple somehow so maybe it can be fixed without having to wait as long as we had to wait last time?

I have been on the phone twice today with my carrier. They reset it the first time, it worked for an hour then messed up again. They reset it a SECOND time.. It worked for 6 hours, then messed up again. I don't know if this is a software issue or what but if ANYONE has any insight, I would appreciate it greatly.
