Hello iKalpesh2424,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
For more information, take a look at:
iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3281
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more aboutrestoring iOS software.
Have a nice day,

After updating to 8.1.2 my iPad continues to restart. I tried resetting all the settings and this didn't work. I tried rebooting by holding the start button & power button and it didnt work either. The problem has actually worsened. I can no longer use my iPad.
You need to restore the iPad.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
If that will not work, you will need to use Recovery Mode to restore.

Anyone know of a fix after updating the last ios...ipad keeps restarting or won't stay on. Very aggravating.
Have you tried resetting your iPad? I don't have a lot of confidence that it will work for you, but it's an easy thing to try and a good place to start.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that doesn't help, you should probably restore the iOS software. You may even need to use recover mode. Both are covered in this in article.

After Update to 21.44.12 Droid Turbo keeps restarting
My Droid Turbo recently performed an OTA update which has caused the phone to randomly restart. I cant seem to pinpoint a cause of this and I have also seen others with similar problems without a working solution. Is there any other advice on how to fix this?
Boo. You could try running the phone in safe mode to see if there's an app conflict. If all else fails to remedy the issue, back everything up and do a factory data reset.

I have a Intel-iMac running snow leopard and programs that I run and then quit wont release the memory the were using I have 3GB of Ram so I should have plenty available. Has anyone else had this problem? Im tired of restarting to get my memory back.
Russ Grebenc wrote:
I realize that 3 GB is not much today but 95% of what I use is Safari, Firefox, and Mail and I never used to have this problem. Im using Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Its a 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo iMac.
Browsers tend to use a lot of RAM, particularly if you have multiple tabs open. If you want to see where your RAM is being used open Activity Monitor (Applications - Utilities - Activity Monitor) and you can see. If your machine has the ability to upgrade the RAM that is what I'd strongly recommend you do. -

HT4623 After updating it to ios8 my ipad air restart automatically
Recently everybody has received the update to ios8, but after updating it to ios8 my ipad air automatically restart during working.
Hi .
Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings -
I have a 32gb iPhone5, and every morning without fail, after updating to iOS8, my messages won't send, the message app crashes and won't respond, and then when it finally seems to, the whole thing is blank (as in no messages from anyone show up and the messages screen is just blank). The only way I've found to fix it is to turn off and on my phone and it works for another ~24 hours.
Is anyone else having this problem??Hey Dr_Westopher,
Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are having difficulty with iMessage. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.

After updating my iphone5, my phone went back to factory setting and now I can't sign in with my apple id because it does not recognise it... Help?!
Yes, my telco is an approved carrier. If my phone was brand new, I think so, they opened it in front of me.. I really couldn't remember it was 1.4 years ago. It did seem new.
Well it says, "_____" cannot be used to unlock this iphone. I've tried both my apple ids but it didn't work. -
I am unable to update my apps on my iphone5s. After entering the applied password, the update button reappears and nothing happens. Can anyone help? Thanks
Hey there Tonyaokb,
It sounds like you are trying to update some of your apps and when you tap the update button, the update does not happen. I recommend starting by closing the running apps on the phone:
iOS: Force an app to close
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App Stores, and restart the phone and try to update them again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
If the issue persists I would next verify that you can find it in your purchased history with ths article:
Tap App Store.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap Updates.
Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
So that you can then delete the app and re install it:
Reinstall the affected app
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it:
Tap and hold any app icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle and show a small "x" in the top-left corner of the app.
Tap the "x" in the corner of the app you want to delete.
Tap Delete to remove the app and all of its data from your device.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store.
Search for the app and download it again.
Note: If it's a paid app, make sure you're using the iTunes account you purchased the app with originally. If it isn't, you may be asked to purchase the app again. Learn more about downloading previously purchased items.

After updating to 6.1.2 on Iphone5 can't send photo's to contacts . Have 1) Restored phone 2) Reset Network 3) Removed sim and replaced it to no avail. Any ideas?
Try Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. See if better. If still problem, Restore iPhone with iTunes on your computer. See if better. If still problem, and if there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send iPhone to Apple for resolution.

Try the update for iOS to update it to 7.1 and see if that resolves the issue. If it does not resolve the issue, then check out the last article to troubleshoot the issue further.
