After updating an app, the app disapears from the screen and is not accesible anymore. In "aankopen" I can not download the game again. There is no little cloud behind it anymore where I can click on. How can I get the app on my tablet again?

It is not possible to download it again because there is no cloud behind it anymore in the app store. But I made in app buys, so I spend a lot of money and now I can not acces the game. Does anybody know how I can get acces again to my game and get my levels back as well?
You can try using this tool to first remove all traces of Reader from your computer:

Then, you can download the full offline Reader installer from

After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else.

You need to Authorize your Mom's computer to your iTunes sign on. Sign on to iTunes, then go to Store at the top of the screen, and select Authorize this Computer.
Then you can download your purchases from your iTunes library by going to the iTunes Store (the one in the sidebar), Music, and then under Quick Links, Purchased.
Once the Purchased window comes up, select "Not on this Computer", and then select All Songs. Your purchased songs will display with a cloud next to them, and you can download them selectively or "Download All" (lower right-hand corner).

After Recovery, MS Office no where to be found. How do I get the full MS Office 07 back?
I was having major issues with my laptop and had to do a hard wipe and recovery. I created my recovery discs and used them and also backed up all my stuff on a separate hard drive. When my computer came back to life, MS Office wasn't there and it wants me to buy it again after the trial version runs out. I had the MS Office 07 full installed prior to my wipe. How do I get it back? I don't know where the install code is either. Now what? Thanks for your help!
Office comes as a Trial on most HP machines-unless you pay extra for full version- but oddly remains active & useful indefinitely on most machines ...until you do a Recovery.

I have Flash set to "Ask to Activate". After approving it, I reloaded the page. There was a delay before the 3 Ustream cams loaded, and then I got overlapping car commercials, and then the attached.
So it can work, but I wonder whether one of your extensions could be blocking those other cams? You could test the page in Firefox's Safe Mode. That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]].
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
* Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run
After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset).

I tried to open a document in Pages but an error message said the newer version of MAC Pages was required. Do I have to buy the new version? How do I download without having to spend $20. again?
Sounds like you have stored files in iCloud or shared them with your iPad which has updated the files to the later Pages 5 versions.
Pages 5 only runs in OSX 10.9 Mavericks, and is a much cut down version.

To make Pages 5 files openable in Pages '09 you need to export them but they will have been altered, in some cases damaged. Better to revert to older copies.

I just left the apple store after they checked the MAC and wiped it clean. I have plugged the external drive in and see the device; however, they was no prompt to migrate the files, as I was told. How do I get the files to migrate. I can see yesterdays back-up. I thought it was to automatically prompt for the migration process?
