Try This...
Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...

Help - I am stuck in Afghanistan on operations and my iPad mini has died.
I tried to update the IOS as directed, there were a few error messages and I cancelled the process.
The ipad now only shows the connect to itunes screen and is not being recognised by the computer in either windows or itunes.
I have tried several resets and restarted the computer and reinstalled itunes.
Is there anything else I can do.
This is my only method of talking back to my family at the moment and is really quite important.

I have the portable BOSE sound dock and after updating my ipod to ios7 the remote control of the dock only works for the volume but doesnt work for skipping songs....Is there a solution to this?

However, sometimes an iOS update breaks compatibility and you will have to wait for an firmware update for the Bose or an iOS update. -

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6Your iPhone was "unofficially" unlocked by some means to work with a different carrier. Now that you have updated it has relocked to the original carrier. If you do not know who the original carrier was you will need to call AppleCare and give them the model and serial number of your iPhone. Then you will need to contact that carrier to see if they have a process to unlock the phone and if you qualify.

Restore settings + restart device fixes the problem. -
After updating to 8.1.2 my iPad continues to restart. I tried resetting all the settings and this didn't work. I tried rebooting by holding the start button & power button and it didnt work either. The problem has actually worsened. I can no longer use my iPad.
You need to restore the iPad.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
If that will not work, you will need to use Recovery Mode to restore.

I have windows 7 and after updating Itunes to the latest version, I get this error message...

I have tried repairing and reinstalling even deledted Itunes and did a re-install but keep getting the same error message.
what can I do to fix this error?Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

In the Event mode use the View ➙ Sort ➙ By Date ➙ Decending menu option. Then the latest imports will be near the top of the Event window (depending on when the photos were taken of course).
Or Control-Click on one of the thumbnails in the Last Import album and select Show Event from the contextual menu:

After posting this, I've since found out that my iOS iTunes App on my iPhone 6 Plus works all OK when on WiFi, it just won't work when on the data/3/4G connection.

I have the same problem, but in T-Mobile (Poland). Today I got a new SIM card and nothing has changed. I read that this problem appears also in the iPhone 4S. This is apparently related to the temperature of the processor. I hope that Apple will fix it in the next update of iOS 5.0.2.

You won't be able to open it on your computer, ibooks can currently only be read in the iBooks app on an iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. How were you trying to get it to your phone, syncing it by selecting it on the iPhone's Books tab when connected to your computer's iTunes, or by dragging-and-dropping it from the Books part of your iTunes library over and onto the iPhone 'device' ? Another option is to try re-downloading it directly in the iBooks app on your iPhone via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in it (re-downloading).
