After updating my iphone 4s to ios 7 back camera not working help plss..

is it normal that when updating ios 7.0.2 the back camera turns black screen and when you switch to front camera its ok and when you switch it back to back camera it will display a light brown image and hungs up?
before i update everything works fine... is it a bug of ios 7 or a hardware problem?
action taken... *reset all settings and erase also* no luck
*allow my camera in restriction also face time vice versa* no luck
anny suggestions from apple support will highly appreciated...

do i have to wait for the ios 7.0.3? just wondring many users of iphone 4-5 are victims in updating ios 7 faces the same problem.. my i phone 4s was still 2months...

It sounds like your rear facing camera is not functioning correctly. I would start by quitting all the open apps on the phone with the following article:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the issue persists, and you have a protective case, remove the phone from the case and retest the issue.

Are you uninstalling just iTunes? Because if so, you actually have to uninstall five separate programs, and THEN reinstall.

Well, just for future reference, any time you do an iOS upgrade, it is a good idea to back up your device just prior to doing the download. You can back it up to iCloud or to iTunes. Personally, I prefer to back it up to iTunes, and then to do the download via iTunes as well. Doing a Wifi download can, by the very nature of the OTA environment, run into more issues than a hard-wired one via iTunes.
If it is just a version release (like 8.0.1, or 8.0.2), then I might download it via Wifi, since the content is not likely to be very large. But for any major new release (7 to 8, etc.) it is always a good idea to do it via the USB cable rather than OTA.
I would also suggest that you set up your device to do automatic iCloud backups. Whenever it is turned on (i.e., not manually powered off - it can be "asleep"), plugged into a power source, and connected to Wifi, it will do an automatic backup every 24 hours. Mine usually backs up at night.
But even with my iCloud backup in reserve, I still did an iTunes backup before I upgraded to iOS 8. I like having the extra security of that second backup to choose from, should I need it. Here is a support article comparing the two types of backup:

A response I put together from another post. Also going into iTunes and choosing to sync phone to iCloud then back "this computer" sometimes works.
First thing.. Stop where you are. Don't try to sync, update, hard reset, iCloud... Just stop.
Check on your phone under 'SETTINGS' 'GENERAL' USAGE'. It should show some value for PHOTOSTREAM. Also, connect to iTunes and you will notice at the bottom of your phones summary page that there is a large amount of 'OTHER' data.
I used third party software called iExplorer (formerly iPhone explorer). In this program you select 'MEDIA FOLDER', then 'DCIM'. In the various apple folders (IE: 101APPLE) you should be able to preview your photos and copy them to your desktop.
From there sync them back to your device through iTunes or whatever method you use.
There is a simpler solution I'm sure, which may involve using iExplorer to delete some .plist files then restart the phone and let it rebuild. I'm going to try it myself AFTER I've finished copying all the photos to my MAC

After updating my iPhone 4s to iOS 6.1.2, the iCloud backups fails. It appears it is trying to backup the entire 3.1 GB not just new data, thereby exceeding the 5.0Gb limit. I have checked the phone contents on my iMac and there is very little new data so the backup should be successful. I have tried rebooting the phone, which did not help. Phone is not jailbroken. When your device is trying to connect to the work Wi-Fi network, go to Settings > Wi-Fi > then tap on the name of the Netowrk that she is having trouble with. Then tap on forget this network. Let the device attempt to connect again and make absolutely sure she is trying to connect to the work network and not a nearby network, then make absolutely sure the password is entered correctly.

I had this same problem with what's app. There is a new update for the app on the app store which is compatible with ios8. Update the app, or delete it and re-add it. I found a lot of apps weren't compliant with ios8, but after updating everything worked fine.
