It all depends on what occurred. It could be the charger doesnt work, so the battery is dead. A diff charger could get your macbook backup and running.
Also try different outlets to make sure its not the outlet.
I would retry the SMC with a diff charger if possible. But when it doesnt turn on it does really limit how much you can do.

I have a iPhone 5 and about a month ago my lock button stopped working. It takes me about ten tries to power it back on or to lock it. If I'm still in my one year warranty will I have to pay to get it fixed? I didn't purchase apple care though so I'm wondering if it's going to cost me to get it fixed or if it's still covered because of the one year warranty? Thank you!

If it's due to a manufacturing defect, the warranty will cover it. If it's due to accidental damage, it'll cost to get it fixed unless it happened during an authorized repair.

Hi, i have an iPhone 5, and the lock button dosent work immediatley on press. you have to press it about 5 times for this to work... apparently this should be covered by apple warranty, and if so, how would i get this problem fixed?

You can go into a Apple Store and have them replace it no questions asked.
It is a major defective problem for phones that were bought at launch or within the 2 month period. Apple fixed this issue in the end of January 2013.
Just go in and have them replace it for you at no cost. The information will be on file with them on the day you turned on your phone. They will go by this date as you purchasing it to verify warranty.

In any event, that camera was first supported by ACR version 7.4 which needs at least CS6 to run. Naturally, all later versions support it too.
Your choice is either to upgrade your Photoshop, or to look for, download, install, launch and run the free, stand-alone Adobe DNG Converter 8.6 on each folder containing your raw Canon files to convert them first to raw DNGs that you can open in CS5.
In no case does an Adobe application belong "on your desktop". The default install location should always be respected and left alone.

After updating my iPhone 5s camera is not working normally

After I updated my iPhone 5s to IOS 8, I experienced some bizarre camera quality. When I am trying to take a picture the image looks very polarized and almost like its a cartoon drawing. When I set HDR on the picture comes out more normal but my camera quality has been completely altered after updating. Here is a screen shot of what it looks like when trying to take a picture.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).

Turn you device off and back on by hold the sleep wake button if possible.
Try resetting it by hold the sleep wake button and home button at the same time for atleast ten seconds.
After backing up your data you could always try to restore the device through itunes.http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
Or if you close you could go an apple store and get it repaired.
You should still have limited hardware warranty.

A couple of weeks ago my iphone 4's lock button randomly stopped working, I had never dropped my iphone so I couldn't figure out why this had occurred. I did not see this as a big problem until recently when my iphone stopped charging. The iPhone had worked just as normal the day before it stopped charging. I usually charge my iphone over night, but one night it reached around 85% and stopped charging. I have tried it with several different iphone chargers and different plugs in the house but still the iPhone wouldn't charge. Now my iphone has ran out of battery and due to the fact that my lock button is broken, I can't try anything to turn it on. Does my battery need replacing?

My lock button on my iphone 5 started to take a couple of presses to work a few weeks ago and now wont work at all,
I have had to start using assistive touch to lock my phone,
Will apple fix this or give me a new phone under warranty ? also do i ned to take it to the apple store ? which is a long way from where i live.

A malfunctioning sleep/wake button is the prelude to catastrophic device failure and loss of data.
Very shortly, the user will need to reset and/or restore but will find that these actions are impossible without a working sleep/wake button. Get the iPhone serviced or replaced ASAP.

Now doesnt work, I call premium resellers in Argentina and they said me that the didnt work with apple guarantee

The iPhone has NEVER had an international warranty. Warranty is ONLY valid in the country of purchase. You will need to bring your phone to Panama for service from Apple.
