After updating to 3.6.10 links in Outlook 2007 no longer open - "An error occurred in sending the command to the application"

After updating to Firefox 3.6.10 this morning, Outlook 2007 can no longer open up links embedded in emails. Normally when you clicked a link it would open up Firefox and send you to the website, but when you click on any link it now says:
General failure. The URL was: [url here]
An error occurred in sending the command to the application.
I don't know what happened. I didn't change any other settings on the computer.
I am running Windows 7 64 Professional, MS Outlook 2007 with latest updates, and Firefox 3.6.10

iTunes has tried to update itself and runs into an error and tells me to manually install. When I d/l and run the iTunesSetup.exe file I always encounter the following error message...

(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

I'm using an online mail account, and after updating to FF 26.0, Links to open new windows in my mail program don't work anymore. The links throughout the mail program are organized like:

I updated Firefox yesterday to 3.6.9. When I receive a URL link in an email within Outlook, I cannot open the link in Firefox. As I said in the question, when I click on the link, a Microsoft Office Outlook error message appears which states that a General failure has occurred in sending the command to the application (which is Firefox). I am using Office 2007 This did not occur prior to the upgrade of Firefox.

Hello, I hope by now you have resolved the upgrade issue, but if not, here is what I ended up having to do:
“SUCCESS!!! I took my iPod to a friend who is a computer programmer/genius. He turned off his wireless, hooked the ethernet cable directly into his computer, and the download went through without a hitch. YAY!”

It has the 2.1.2 ios on it, but after I paid for the upgrade to 3.1.1, I keep getting an error message (8288) saying there was a problem with the network connection. I really want to have this thing updated for himw hwne he opens it, but I am starting to worry that my purchase was a bust. The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

Have you tried going to System Preferences > Spotlight > Privacy and dragging your hard drive into the box then drag it back. That will trigger a re-index.

This seems to be most common with lower resolution pictures. You can go into settings > general > accessibility and turn reduce motion motion off and then try to rescale. Or user a higher resolution picture, which works better with the new OS.

All the monitoring is done through your sound device, not Audition. When you updated your PC, the sound device playback settings would have been reset. One of them includes input socket monitoring, and it's this that you need to reinstate. Since we don't know what sound device you are using, that's as much as we can tell you, except that if it's an internal device, you'll need to open the volume control options and alter it there. This varies between OS versions though...

Well, 99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, either get a sim card from the carrier your phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked.
