So yesterday vibration suddenly started working again, after nearly two weeks with the problem above. I have no idea why, I didn't change any settings and the only app that was updated yesterday was Facebook messenger...

My phone said that the network needed to update. I did so, and my picture messaging doesn't work. I have an unlocked iphone 5, had it since last fall, I've added the settings in the cellular network before. But now it's different after this update.

That doesn't sound like you bought it from a legimate source with a receipt from the Apple store.

I found the reason why our iPads are slow after iOS 5!!!!!!!
What you need to do is this:
1) launch settings, go to mail contacts and calendars, go to fetch new data, advanced, and set iCloud to fetch.
2) go back and set an interval of when to fetch. Mine is set for thirty minutes.
3) make sure on top push is still on, that means that all your emails will still be pushed, but all the iCloud sync (contacts, calendars, reminders, bookmarks) will happen at the interval you choose.
Restart the device. Your performance should be 10x faster! No more keyboard lag, nothing! Doing this puts less stress on the A4 chip, which we know we need every bit we can get with it now!!!
Optional:
1) in the settings, go to safari.
2) clear all history and cookies/data
3) enable private browsing. One of the biggest reasons why devices are slow is because it keeps all the history and cookies in the RAM. You need more RAM to make things faster. By turning on private browsing, it never records it! -
I have an Iphone 4s factory unlocked. I got At&t again and after updating to iOS 6.0 my iphone its not working propertly. I dont have the carriers option nor Im able to face time using cellular data. Any suggestions!?
Do you have an AT&T carrier file number showing? The only time you can use Facetime on AT&T cellular is if you are using one of their Shared Data plans. While they have not locked your phone, it appears their carrier file is in control of your device when you have the AT&T SIM card in there.

Be sure you are logged into the App Store using your Apple ID. Check in Settings > iTunes & App Store
You can also try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists. -

If you're on the YouTube website on safari, then you should use the YouTube app, it works much better

Activating Facetime and Imessages on your phone requires the ability to send SMS messages and depending upon where you are that might be an international SMS. Check with your carrier to see if your plan supports sending of international SMS messages. If you are having trouble activating Facetime or Imessages turn them both off on your device and reset the device (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost)). Wait for the device to restart and wait a minute and turn Facetime and imessage back on and wait for activation. If that does not fix things read the following articles:

please solve this issue by a quick update and thanks.I have been on the phone twice today with my carrier. They reset it the first time, it worked for an hour then messed up again. They reset it a SECOND time.. It worked for 6 hours, then messed up again. I don't know if this is a software issue or what but if ANYONE has any insight, I would appreciate it greatly.

Well, after updating to iOS 7.0.4 today, dictation is barely working again!
After the previous problems with Dictation were fixed with 7.0.3, it was working really well for the last few weeks, but for some reason, it seems the new 7.0.4 update has messed it up again. Is anyone else experiencing this? Can this be reported to Apple somehow so maybe it can be fixed without having to wait as long as we had to wait last time?call apple support, they typically provide free support within the first 28 days or so with any new update

The troubleshooting steps below can help get your iPhone's camera working again.
Camera isn't functioning or has undesired image quality
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Cases can interfere with the camera and the flash. Try gently cleaning the lens with a clean dry cloth or removing the case if you see image or color-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center.
Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. You can also tap to readjust focus while recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll.
Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

After updating to ios 7.0.3 video is not working
I have ipad 2, and I updated to IOS 7.0.3 yesterday. Today I realized video downloaded to ipad is not loading. Do you know why and how to fix this?
Try closing all of your apps and then Reboot your iPad.
Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app thumbnail to close it. Close all apps in this manner.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
After the iPad restarts, try the videos app again.
If that doesn't work, try this. Swipe down on the home screen - from approximately halfway down on the screen - not all the way for the top. That should bring up the Spotlight Search at the type of the screen. Type in the name of the video in the search field. Tap on it when it appears in the search and see if it will play. -
Updated my Ipad2 to 6.0 and regret it. Several apps no longer work that did before update. Walgreen app for photos stopped working. Had to delete and use iPhone app. Messaging is jacked up and my Direct TV app for finding satellites doesn't work. Can I go back to the older operating system. 6.0 *****!

CS5 after update to bld 4964: dragging ap divs doesn't work
Now noticing that with AP divs, I can't drag them into position in Design view. What happens is the div jerks and jumps outside of the relative container. I have to go to code view to properly put the div in place.
Not a huge thing but you know how a mouse can slip and move something.... well the real issue is that I cannot "Undo" whatever happened.
So, whether on purpose or by accident doesn't matter.... dragging an AP div in design mode (no matter the distance) will pull it out of its relative container and stick it wherever. And command-z doesn't revert to the last state.
Has only happened after updating to get the HTML5 integration.
I'm on the Macintosh version.

Yes, I know the possible problems with AP but it's only a static image held in place so content doesn't change.
The problem is that I work for a very large financial/investment company and there are 4 different CMSs in place that I know of so we work on 'parts' of pages that get implemented by ..who knows.. sometimes and w/proper relative establishment and checks, the AP's always stay in place. And like most financial targets, we still have enough of a percentage to at least check in IE6 and as long as content isn't dynamic, AP's aren't an issue.
Using just floats and/or padding and margin (which if I read correctly isn't really what their purpose was in the beginning[floats for structure], however they work so much easier and are less of a tax on text-readers that nobody is complaining) isn't always bullet-proof when turning over code because more than likely, the code will be inserted somewhere else and....well, I'm sure you know.
However, using JQuery to enhance a user experience has become pretty standard around here and sometimes, due to whatever transform or effect one might be using, absolute positioning is required for a tweak on co-ordinates either before or after something. But of course, that's only when dealing with that beautiful piece of software IE.....
