After updating to iOs 7.1 my iPhone 5 can't access to iTunes Store.

In the beginning problem was that I can't use Azerbaijani store despite of that my Apple ID was registered to Azerbaijan.
I've changed the location to Argentina, saved and then changed it back to Azerbaijan - didn't help
Then I've logget out and logged in again - didn't help
I've tried to use my another account which is registered to US store - even didn't logged in
and now I can't log in with my account at all.
Device: iPhone 5 64GB
iOS version: 7.1

Please be more specific. What have you tried already? Please follow the below steps as described also in another topic by Nathan.
1. Hard reset hold both buttons until Apple logo appears.
2. Restore from an iTunes sync and backup.  This made a difference for a lot of peopel, battery life got much better.
3. Limit push notifications (apps and e-mail accounts - set e.g. e-mail to fetch once an hour) to those you really need.
4. Limit location services to those you really need, and watch to see if the indicator comes up.
5. Get the app System Activity Monitor to look for a runaway process that is using a lot of CPU.
6. Suggestion by others to reset all settings.
7. Suggestion by others that iCloud may be involved, and to try to turn off some iCloud settings.
8. Limit or turn off 'background app refresh'.
9. Add apps back in carefully to identify an offending app that is causing CPU or network activity that kills battery life.
10 Also make sure that e-mail is fetched (e.g. every hour) or set to manual instead of pushed.
11 Do you have a good carrier reception? Have you tried to manual set your carrier within your iPhone instead of the 'automatic'?
12 Have you checked if the timezone is set to manual instead of automatic and see if this makes a difference in battery use?
In my case it was a bug with an app that caused the battery drain. I also noticed that the use and stand-by time were exactly the same which is ofcourse not correct. This was all caused by this app which was using GPS tracking all the time. Unfortunately an app such as System Activity Monitor did not indicate that in my case but someone posted this solution on a Dutch forum that the previous version of the app 'Scoupy' had a bug and caused this battery drain.
If you haven't tried every single one of these, please do not post that battery life is terrible.

    I searched this site for ios 7 and itunes store and found numerous others with the same problem, and several suggested solutions. One said that they had blocked all cookies and that was apparently the problem. I had done the same thing - blocked all cookies. So I set cookies back to "third parties and advertisers" and that solved the problem. Now the itunes store is working.

    Change how it syncs by enabling Manually manage music and videos, then you can drag and drop the music that you want on your iPhone. Revert it back to test to see if that resolves the issue.

    After updating to iOS 6.1.2, iPhone 5 can't connect to iTunes. When i am trying to connect, then i can connect. After secods, the phone is not connecting with iTunes again. Then Automatically connect to iTunes again by itself.  
    My sound works with headphones, the alarm works, ringer works but can not listen to any music/videos without headphones plugged in.
    Then lock screen bugs; bypass fumble. When I start to open the iPhone and swiping is heavily to do on the slide to unlock. What's the matter with it?

    After updating to iOS 7 for my iPhone 5 last week, my sounds went away. Phone is randomly showing the ringer silent graphic without me touching the phone or putting it into this mode. The volume settings under sounds are on, notifications are all correct also, the vibrate switch on the side is NOT in the vibrate position. After pouring over threads for the past week, one suggestion fixed it for a day, but it's now reverted back to vibrate only mode!  I went to settings----general-----accessibility----under hearing switched mono audio off, like I said, fixed the problem for a day, but now that no longer works! It really seems to be a bug with the software update, which the the 7.0.3 did not fix. Help, would like my phone to work normally again. Suggestions?

    SMS is a carrier feature, what did your phone carrier say when you contacted them about your issue?
    Double check you have MMS turn on in message settings.

    Please tell me there is an easy fix to this problem!! I already had to go through contact-by-contact when I bought this phone and added contacts from my Blackberry and MS Outlook on the phone.  Many duplicated at that time and Apple said the only fix was to go through each one and decide to keep or delete.  I really don't want to do that again!

    I had this problem while I had iOS 5.1.1 installed for many months. Fortunately I only have about 150 contacts and only about half of them duplicated. I found that my problem was the way thing were set up in Outlook. I removed all of the duplicates and corrected everything in Outlook contacts (ignoring the address book) and have not had the problem since, Hope this helps.

    It will restore to all company ajustments, but it will not delete anything at all.
    After that, do not Sign In Facebook, I see many people got problems after Sign In Facebook.
    In my device, I do not fill last names, I just fill names in "First Name".
    Another question: Are you sync your contacts with Outlook or iCloud? I have suggested another one to do not sync with Outlook and, in iTunes:
    1.In resume, mark "Backup in iCloud"
    2. open Information and unmark the "Sync Contacts With". roll down the page and, in "Advance" field, unmark everything.
    3.Sync your device again.
    It probably will help you.

    Do you have an AT&T carrier file number showing? The only time you can use Facetime on AT&T cellular is if you are using one of their Shared Data plans. While they have not locked your phone, it appears their carrier file is in control of your device when you have the AT&T SIM card in there.

    Any error messages or numbers given during the sync process? Does your phone come up in the device list?
    Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data doing a reset.
