If you are saying you can't turn off find my phone because it is still using an old ID, you need to change your ID back to the old address at My Apple ID turn off find my phone then change your ID back at my Apple ID.

This happened to me too, so I took it to the Genius Bar at my local Apple Store. They said it was coincedental and the speaker needed to be replaced. They did so and the problem was solved!

Lost files in premiere are being located and importing audio only. how can i fix this problem

I had a situation when I was rendering a project, Adobe encountered a problem, and it had to shut down. Upon reopening the project, I received a "media offline" notification for all of the video files that were edited prior to the shutdown.
When locating those files, only the audio is being imported without the video.
I need help in correcting this problem

Hello, I have also same problem, Just when I was editing my HD project, light went off. there after when I reopened my project many of the clipping were offline. I tried to re-link them, but video on time line went off only audio was there and in Project window I can see only audio file symbol. It was a very urgent work. As such I converted all the offline clips with video convertor to mp4 format and re-link them, I got audio as well as Video files but when I exported media for H.264 Bluray - it took six times more time to export. Anyhow., I got Blu-Ray., but it was not playing, I got message that format is not supported... Now anybody from forum can please HELP

It is not possible to remove yourself from a group message.

Deauthorizing all is definitely the way to go. You will just need to authorize your computer again after, as well as your husband's.

YOU ARE IN RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary.

There isn't an iCloud app, I'm not sure what it is that you have deleted, but it isn't iCloud.

I have indicated on the attached jpeg where the problem is, basically a line of text is missing at the top and part of the feeding diagram is missing. I created the artwork in different layer and then flattened. All text has been converted to outlines, however the areas being affected have no transparency, I have used solid fills or no fills. I get the same result when I export the file as a jpeg. Hope you can help.

Microsoft Word - Times New Roman will not print from my iMac. People send me Word documents, I must select all and choose another font. How can I fix this?

When anyone sends me a Word document via email as an attachment and I attempt to print it out, my printer always spits out a blank page. All Word documents seem to arrive using Times New Roman font. I must then return to the document, select all, reassign a different font, and it then prints okay. How can I fix this? It appears that Times New Roman font is part of my Font Book, and each version of the font (Italic, etc.) appears there in duplicate.

Open the Font Book again, select the Times New Roman font set.
You'll see the duplicate warning. Select the fonts and go up to the EDIT menu,
and go down to RESOLVE DUPLICATES.
You might check for other duplicates while you're there, and resolve them.
RESTART your Mac to have the changes take effect.
Then try your docs again.

After I import pictures, iPhoto no longer gives me the option to delete them. How can I fix this?

Normally when you're finished uploading a selection of pictures to iPhoto, a screen pops up asking if you want to delete the recent import of pictures [from the SD card] but my iPhoto is no longer asking me. How can I fix this? Or is there another way of deleting a selection of pictures from my SD card with out individually deleting them on my camera or formatting the SD card.

Never let your computer erase data without you first checking that the data is safe. Specifically never use iPhoto (or any other app) to delete the photos from your Camera Card. Disconnect the camera, check the transfer has gone correctly and then use your Camera to Reformat the Card. This has three advantages:
1. You know your data is safe - because you've taken the time to check it.
2. Reformatting the card is much, much faster - takes a couple of seconds
3. Reformatting also refreshes the Directory Structure on the Card, helping prevent issues with the card and prolonging its life.
