After updating to iOS7, sometimes photostream doesn't upload my photos

I have an 4S, I upgraded to iOS7 and found that sometimes (50% of chance) my photos taken while I was away of Wifi didn't automatically upload to iCloud photostream when my phone was back to Wifi area (not even when plugged to the Mac).
This is very irritating as I have to manually transfer them back to my iPhoto and manually send them to the photostream via iPhoto. Everything used to work seamlessly in iOS6 and seems this is a big bug in iOS7.

I had this problem with my 4S after upgrading to iOS 7 and tried just about every tip and trick I could find.
If your battery level is under 20%, it won't work. That one seems to be pretty correct.
BUT...I finally did manage to get my iPhone photos to upload to the cloud and show up on my iMac. Here's what I did.
I made sure all 3 of my iDevices were up-to-date.
I have hundreds of photos in the Cloud/Photostream. I finally did some maintenance and delete about 500+ of them.
I also took the time to empty out the trash in iPhoto. It literally took over 30 minutes.
Now ALL my photos are syncing between my iPad, iPhone and iMac. Not a single glitch anywhere.
So I don't know if there's a problem with too many photos in your Photostream, or maybe just a too-full iPhoto trash issue. But you may want to try these items first and see if they help.

Re wifi:
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

IPad won't turn on after update to ios7

After updating to ios7 on my iPad, it would keep resetting itself and show the apple logo until finally starting up. Over a few days this got worse and worse and eventually stopped working where I would have to hold the home and on/off buttons to reset it. I have now reached a point where it no longer starts up. Having went to an apple store they say they can't identify the issue as they can't start it up and offered me to pay £199 to have it replaced (how very nice of them). I have had online chats with an advisor and a senior advisor who have diagnosed this as a 'hardware' issue!!!
Guess what apple, no it is not, this is a result of the updgrade to ios7!!! My iPad worked perfect before and I will not be paying £199 to replace it!!!
If anybody else has had similar problems please let me know.

I am unable to login to webdav when on mobile network after update to IOS7, it just keeps asking me to login, but when i'm on wireless it works.
annyone else experinced this? or know of a fix?

Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.

When I make my phone silent using that sliding button on the side, the phone toggles between mute/unmute position automatically and settles in unmue position. try tapping holding on the key that would be most similar to the letter you want to enter, that will bring up a menu of other characters similar to that character and maybe the greek letter will be included in that menu

After the update was complete, my phone had none of my information on it so I restored it from back up which says "Restoring from backup will not change the firmware, but will restore pictures, contacts, calendars, text messages, etc." So I am confused as to why it isn't working.
