After updating two of my Ipod touch's to 5.1.1 both cameras refused to work, although after a few days one began to work the other one still refuses to open the shutter. I have tried resetting the Ipod, restoring and so forth. Does anyone know how to fix?
I have tried restarting it, drainging the battery, resetting it to factory settings, restting the general settings and every possbile thing. The reason I need this Ipod to work is because although the first iPods camera does work, the screen is no longer responsive in the middle. HELP.
If you restored to factory setting/new iPod and still have the problem time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

I recently installed vista to my mac (32bit). My headphones are not working on it. I could not find the "3.5mm jack" that apple suggests to "solve" this issue. And I have tried installing/uninstalling audio drivers. Can anyone help?
you don't need several drivers, you just need the audio driver for your Mac, which you didn't list, but would be Cirrus or RealTek.
Along with uninstalling programs, go to Dev Manager and uninstall driver, or even rollback driver.
some people have trouble installing or finding driver that will install. -

You are seeing the message because the new AirPort Extreme has some specific System Requirements:

AirPort Utility 5.6.1 in Snow Leopard may or may not work correctly with the new Extreme for all functions. As long as things are working OK for now, you can probably leave them "as is" and wait for another Mavericks update to fix some issues before you "upgrade".
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you could use that to administer any settings changes on the new Extreme. -
my ipad screen is black and will not reset and does not come back after restoring, the info is still on internal because i can see it on itunes in the apps catagory it's the display is not working, can see backlight but black...does anyone know how to fix, other than take it to apple.
thanks!The wish list only works on apps you have to pay for. To get it tap the icon of the app you want to save. After it opens at the upper right corner is a box with a arrow. Tap that then tap add to wish list list in the box that opens.

- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since you have a hardware problem.

You have to delete the corrupt back-up so iTunes can at least back-up the current data on the iPhone and then restore it. Search these forums, there a several good posts on how to delete the corrupt back-up.

THanks!A first generation iPod touch can't be updated past 3.1.3. If it's a newer model, update it from iTunes on a computer, and if possible, the one it normally syncs with.

Every time I do all the steps to reset the questions the only problem I have is that I noticed in the link to reset them using an email the email in the link don't match the one I created my account with. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Sub-directories in CRS_HOME /crs/auth
I find that there are a lot of directories created under <CRS_HOME>/crs/auth on all my RAC instances. These directories do not contain any files. Would like to find out what these directories are for and if it is ok to delete them. Tks.
