After upgrade , autoconfig failed in adsvcm.cmd

Hi ,
After i've finished the upgrade and started all the services , the concurrent manager service failed to start
i've run autoconfig on db tier , it went successfully but on apps tier failed during execution adsvcm.cmd
here is the error :

and when i tried to run the script adsvcm.cmd manually
it resulted the error CCMSVC.EXE (this application failed to start because mfc80.dll was not found )
Actually im stuck and i dont know what should i do !!
OS : windows server 2003R2 SP1 (both apps tier and db tier )
DB : 10.2.0.4
Apps : 11.5.10.2 CU2 upgraded to 12.1.1

sorry for late on reply as i was on vacation .
i've done
$ adrelink.sh force=y link_debug=y "fnd FNDLIBR"
$ adrelink.sh force=y link_debug=y "fnd FNDCRM"
$ adrelink.sh force=y link_debug=y "fnd FNDSM"
all completed successfully without any resulted errors , but issue still the same .
and here is error log from windows event log
