did you add the account again ?
and did you try to add the account manually rather then letting it auto detect the settings
there could be issues with their server I often get that both in ios and OS X and windows

I have tried uninstalling and installing itunes several times following the outlined tutorial. During part of the installation i get a message that recommends me get in contact help/support and concludes with HRESULT:0x800736B3 ...................any ideas?

there is a lock icon on my Itouch 2nd gen, screen and i cant get rid of it i have restored it several times and restarted it several times also
What you do mean a lock icon?
On the whole screen or just in the status bar where it shows "iPod" and Time/Battery?
If the icon's there everything's ok. The feature was removed in iOS 6, anyways, the icon should be only in the lock screen. -
Upgraded to ios7 on iPad 2. Now can't send or receive mail (outlook).

Now what do I do?I think I have solved this problem on m iPad2 by:
1. Reinstalling my email account.
2. Changing the settings on my PC to stop it from deleting my email from the server before my iPad could load them.
My PC uses Windows Air Mail. I made no known changes to my PC from the time I was running iOS6 to the installation of iOS7 ??? MS did come out with several updates this week??
3. In the same time frame when I was scrolling through web pages the Control Bar popped up every third stroke. It is very easy to change the setting of the Wy Fi setting from On to Off while deleting the unwanted Control Panel without any indication. This means that the Wy Fi must be constantly checked to make sure that is ON???
The three problems at the same time have made this the worst mess to fix in 12 years of internet use. The fix has lasted for about 8 hours at this point, Tomorrow will tell. -
For a few days now, I am unable to send emails on any account! I've tried gmail, yahoo and outlook. I've deleted the accounts and added them again..did not fix the problem. I've restarted my phone, that didn't work either. Is there a fix for this?
Backup the device in iTunes.
Restore as new.
Setup one account on the device and test. If it works, set up the other accounts one at a time and test. If this works, there is some screwy setting in your backup that is the culprit.
If this does not work, restore from the backup created in the first step to get all your data back/settings back. -
When attempting to perform updates on my iphone, it asks for credit card information. I give them the information directly from the card but then it tells me that the security code is invalid. I have rechecked the information several times which also includes reentering the card info and still it says its wrong. What do I do?

I changed my password on Hotmail [Outlook] but my iphone continually asks me to re enter the password as it is not correct, I deleted the account and re-entered all information but it still keeps saying password is incorrect - sometimes message do come through without a problem but then it starts again saying password incorrect
It's not a problem with the phone. The phone doesn't care what our password is. The serve is rejecting your password, not the phone. Talk to your email provider.

i cant use mail to send an email. it goes to my out box and then eventually comes up with this dialogue :
"An error occurred while sending this message using the SMTP server “(null)”
Select a different outgoing mail server from the list below or click Try Later to leave the message in your Outbox until it can be sent."
I have to click Try Later and then quit mail , then restart Mail and then if I am lucky the email will be sent. the next time I have to send an email the same thing happens . I have to go through this everytime i want to send an email. its a really time consuming vicious circle which is extremely annoying,

I can't save files anymore after upgrading to iOS8. Do I have too many on my iPad?
I'm a heavy Photoshop Touch user, with the last version of the app and iOS 8 on an iPad Air, and lately I often can't save the files I've been working on: the app suddenly quits as soon as I try to save the often multilayered image, but also lighter photographs. If I restart the app, it doesn't help.
I have a lot of files in my PS Touch library. I don't know how many exactly, or how much the whole library weighs. I have plenty of space available on the iPad (42 GB free) however, so that's not the issue. I've been uploading files to the Creative Cloud lately, and deleting them afterwards from the PS Touch library on the iPad, but there are still hundreds of files in that library which were not uploaded to CC because I didn't yet have access, and which I therefore can't delete yet to make room.
Attempts to automatically sync all files to CC have failed. The app unexpectedly quits.
Uploads to CC of the files is possible in small groups —but extremely tedious, impossible in fact as there are too many files. I can't even scroll down the library very far without provoking a freeze of the app.
Furthermore, it doesn't look like I can extract the files through iTunes. I can't see the library of documents contained in PS Touch on iTunes. I subscribe to the Creative Suite on Creative Cloud, but that's of no help, I imagine. Except that I'd perhaps be able to open all the PSDX files in Photoshop cc if I was able to retrieve them.
Question: Assuming there is a memory problem, is there any way of extracting a large number of PS Touch files from the iPad to make room and clean the app up, so that I can work with it again?
Any other idea so that I don't lose all this work?

There were 1271 files in my PS Touch library. They were most often multilayered. I copied them to iTunes in batches of 20-50, then saved them to my Mac.
I initially tried quitting all other apps to liberate some RAM, but that didn't help. It must be a memory problem within the PS Touch app itself. -
What do I do now to restore without looking all my data, photos and settings?
Did you do a backup before you did the iOS update. You should always do this in case of problems. Otherwise your data/files my be lost.

In case you are using "Clear history when Firefox closes":

Note that clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.
You can check for problems with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder that store session data.
Delete the sessionstore.js file and possible sessionstore-##.js files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox profile folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost and you will have to recreate them (make a note or bookmark them).

If you use cleanup software like CCleaner then check the settings for the Firefox application. -
