After upgrading iOS to 7.0.4, I could not tranfer pdf files from email to ibooks.
Previously, i would see a message asking for tranfering my word doc to pdf file and pdf file to store in ibooks...

You need to use the forward box (box with an upward arrow).

Why after upgrading to iCloud does my CD drive selectively not read .pdf files but works otherwise?

I recently upgraded to OS-X 10.7.4 and icloud and after doing this my CD drive on my macbook pro no longer sees some .pdf files on my computer. The disc in question works fine on my other computers so there is not an issue with the disc. I have upgraded adobe reader as well but this made no difference. Any solutions I could try please?

What Brand/Model Optical did you install?
What do you have set in System Preferences>CDs & DVDs to open it with?
If you have Disk Utility open when you insert a CD, can it see it? Mount it? Do a Info on it?

How can get my Iphotos as screen saver ...all disappeared after upgrading ...I have done as suggested in deleting the files from the Finder ..now just left with the "squirly default " screensaver option

Slow, intermittent. Sometimes bootable sometime not. Odd behavior.
Sounds to me like a classic case of your HD failing.
Your SMART status may still show verified, with no errors on the Apple Hardware Test, Disk Utility shows no problems on Disk Repair- this is of no help.
I trust you have a good back-up and a bootable clone.

I've just upgraded my iphone4 to ios 7. also upgraded itunes to 11.1, but then when I connect my iphone onto my PC, the iphone icon not showing up on itune, I can only see it as a camera device on file explorer in windows8, what can I do?

Help!!!....anybody can solve this problem...

Did you try rebooting your router? Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.
Did you try restarting the iPad? Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Sometimes it helps to look over the basics again.

Back up all data.

From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari.
If you still have the issue, repeat the above steps using this line:

If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

Is this error occurring for all PDF files that you try to open? There is an issue where all file icons can change to the PDF icon after installation, so is it possible that the files you're trying to open have been affected by this issue (and aren't actually PDF files)? Please see Application, file icons change to Acrobat/Reader icon.
If that document isn't the key, then please tell us more about these files. Where are they stored? Did they open in previous versions of Reader?

I'm having the same issue (iOS 7.0.3 on 5s).
Had Sprint add Wi-Fi Hot Spot to my account today, went to set it up, and there's nothing in Settings for "Personal Hot Spot." Apparently it should appear underneath "Cellular" but it's just not there.
Resetting network settings didn't help. And Sprint doesn't know why it's not there either.

If you are having issues with enabling Wifi on your iPhone you may want to try a couple of things to troubleshoot. First of all I would quit all open applications on the phone and try again. See this previous thread for how -

you should always perform a backup before doing any
