After upgrading my iPhone 3GS to Version 4.3.5 the screen cannot change when I move it horizontally. Why? Can anybody help me?
I got my first software update few days ago to a newer version 4.3.5. And i find a change that the screen doesn't change while i move my phone horizontally. It is now act like fixed. When I used to see my album I feel bad and Im searching a way to fix this problem. Please help me by knowing me what is wrong to me? I need help immediately.

Is the SIM from the carrier the device is locked to?
Has the device ever been hacked or jailbroken?
Have you tried simply removing and re-installing the SIM? What about replacing the SIM? -
Syncing is really slow after upgrading my iPhone 3Gs to iOS 4.3.3.
After upgrading my iPhone 3Gs to iOS 4.3.3, syncing my iPhone takes 15 to 20 minutes. Prior to this, it only took a minute or two. It just sits on "Preparing to Sync" the whole time, an finally completes the sync after 15 or 20 minutes. My office 2007 Outlook locks up in "Office Outlook is Syncronizing Folders" right after syncing. I have to reboot the computer to get it out of this state. What is the problem here? Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how was it resolved? Thank you.

Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service. -

For your iCloud backup, you may have an app that is preventing the backup from succeeding. You could try deleting your last backup by opeing iTunes and going to Preferences>Devices, clicking on your last backup and clicking Delete Backup. Then try again. -

Perhaps let's first try updating your Apple Software Update.
Launch Apple Software Update ("Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update"). Does it launch and offer you a newer version of Apple Software Update? If so, choose to install just that update to Apple Software Update. (Deselect any other software offered at the same time.)
If the ASU update goes through okay, try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the errors this time? -
Many apps missing after upgrade from iPhone 3gs to iPhone 4?
Hi - I'm trying to troubleshoot for my dad who was lucky enough to receive the iphone 4 today. He says the majority of apps didn't transfer from his iphone 3gs. I did a screen share with him and he's right. The apps are on the old iphone 3gs but not showing in his apps library or on the new phone. Anyone else experiencing this? He did a full back-up and had already upgraded his iphone 3gs to the iOS4 software. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I had this issue but found the cause and solution.
When upgrading from the iPhone 3GS to the iPhone 4 (initial connection of new phone to iTunes) and AT&T moved my phone number from the 3GS to the 4; the 4 told me to power cycle (and I think unplug). Since a power cycle causes the phone to disconnect & reconnect to iTunes, and since the first sync after plugging the phone in always does a backup, it did a backup of the blank phone settings (no apps), and therefore wiped out the checked apps in the Applications tab of iTunes. (Note: The apps' data did exist, so checking an app, syncing, and then running the app showed the data. Good news: Data's still there. Bad news: Any apps you skip will hold their old data, as opposed to when you delete an app and it removes the app data for you.)
After hitting Erase All Content and Settings on my old 3GS and realizing it only took a minute and not an hour like the original iPhone did running OS 2 or 3, and seeing how smoothly its reinstall went (loaded settings, rebooted phone, and loaded apps OK), and more importantly that iTunes kept the old final 3GS backup and used a new backup for the new iPhone 4, I tried it on the iPhone 4: I hit Settings, General, Reset, Erase All Content and Settings, then connected the phone. It asked which settings to restore, found my old phone backup (used date/timestamp to find right one); it then loaded settings (a few minutes), rebooted, and went right to installing apps. My phone was fine after that - all apps and folders were restored. -
I haven't been able to download the latest iPhone update iOs 5 to my iPhone 3Gs and a network connection has timed out error notification has popped up the 4 times I have tried to download it. I have tried a diagnostic test on my itunes and nothing appeared to be wrong. Has anyone else had this issue or can help me out?

Surely Apple isn't just standing on the sidelines after people have lost their data by upgrading to IOS 4.2?
There is no reason to have lost data by upgrading to 4.2. We are on 4.3.3 now, by the way. Are you regularly syncing and thereby backing up?

Since I updated my iPhone 4S to iOS 7 every day when I put my iPhone in charge and it starts my backup in my iCloud account, it request me to verify my Apple ID password.
Every day I have to put my password to make the backup start.
I have enough space on my account to make the backup.
I have an iPad 4, updated to iOS 7 too, but with it I don't have the same issue when backing up in the iCloud.
I'm only experiencing this issue with the iPhone.
I already tried to restore complitely my iPhone and turned off and on again iCloud.

RegardsAn update - it was just taking too long to copy all the data again to the phone so I stopped the copy. Then I was able to complete the setup of the phone and most of the data was there -- just not the music I had selected. Not a problem, at least I can make calls.
Next step will be to update the phone again (when I've sufficiently recovered from my annoyance) and add the music I want.
Otherwise, I'm okay with the interface. No big problems.
