Sounds like you have an iPhone that was software unlocked, or hacked/jailbroken, to work with any carrier. Updating it removed the hack and re-locked it to the original carrier. Your options are:
1) Find out which carrier it is locked to and get an unactived sim from that carrier and you can use your phone as an iPod touch. Or 2) Contact the original carrier and see if they have an unlocking policy.

After upgrading to IOS 7.0.2 I can't see the radio button in the music app on my iPad

The radio button does not show anymore in my music app on my iPad after I upgraded to IOS 7.0.2 - it did show briefly the first time I started the app after upgrading but immediately disappeared and is now gone for good. Don't have the issue with my iPhone at all. There it still shows - I tried to restore my iPad and again, opening the music app I was able to see the radio button for 5 seconds and than it disappeared. Any suggestion ?

Following ultimately helped me : Make sure that you are logged in at the App Store App or iTunes App with your apple ID and password with a US account. Turn your iPad off and on and than you should see the Radio button again. It won't work if you are logged on with a foreign account. If you are not logged in at all, it worked, too.

I restore iphone 5 on ios 7 and I get these messages:
"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection was reset" and this one "error 0x80090304".
My network connection is good.
I have tried restore again (even on 6.1.4), restarting, resetting my device and nothing.
Is it possible that this is because I did not turned off Find my iPhone?

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

Hi All,
I updated my iPhone 3GS to iOS 5 and i got the setup screen for the language and region and eventually i can't activate the iPhone
as the iTunes says " there is no sim card installed in the iphone that you are attempting to activate "
However the iPhone is already unlocked and i've been using it with 4.3.3 and also 4.3.5 and it was absolutely fine.
Now i keep rebooting it and removing the sim card (which is working on another handset alreay) and it says the same msg

First off, if you're using stuff like Redsnow and Ultrasnow you have violated any kind of warranty you had. This is no longer Apple's problem so look for help elsewhere. Second, you should have known that if you try to upgrade an illegally jailbroken or unlocked phone with the stock apple update, you would lose both the unlock and jailbreak. Obviously you're baseband is messed up and if you flashed it with the iPad 6.15 baseband you're out of luck ever trying to update the iOS version legitimately since you can't undue a baseband flash. You should have known that before you started messing with it. So either get a legit contract with AT&T, sprint or Verizon or try to salvage your mess through a jailbreaking/unlocking forum. You won't get any help here my friend.
