After upgrading to iOS 7.0.6 my iPhone 5 doesn't make calls

It doesn't make outgoing phonecalls. After dialing any number the phone states - connection failed. I tried everything, nothing works...TXH Apple.

After several hours of hard struggle I finally manage to get it to working. It seems that some of my late instaled software was cousing the problem with my outgoing calls after instalizing iOS 7.0.6. I have tried everything, from hard reseting, turning of, puling out my sim card, syncronizations and so on. Luckyly I am making backups of the phone on my Imac from time to time but the Bug seem to occure until I hit the backup from october. What is interesting is that the phone worked just fine when hard reseted without any backup - pure phone without any uplode and apps. Fortunatelly the backup of the phone from october worked. ok here is the issue.
After i upgraded the IOS to IOS 6.1.2 I'm not able to use mobile internet as i have a data sim card.
As the settings provided by the service provider are not compatible with IOS 6.1.2 and the service provider cannot do anything about it, as it's something that has to be ressolved by apple.

Have you tried doing turning the battery level display off and then General -> "Reset all settings"? You won't loose any data and that should do the trick.

I have a nearly identical problem with my Ipad 3. Mine is the left channel. I've yet to find help, but have found a number of other posts on this and other forums discussing the issue. People have tried restore, reset etc. Also, cleaning the ports with compressed air or cotton swabs. It appears to be a software issue, but no one is sure.
Along with the original poster, I'd appreciate any help.

After upgrading to iOS 7.0.2 music doesn't start playing if Music app is not running. Before the update it was common thing to plug earphones, click remote button and listen to your music without even unlocking your iPhone. Control Center controls doesn't work at all.

Problems with conference calls(adding and merging calls) after upgrade to ios 8.1.2 on iphone 5s

I am having weird problem intermittently with adding calls or merging them or swapping them. The issue happens 8 out of 10 times whenever I try to do a conference call. This issue came up after I upgraded to 8,1.2. Never experienced this in 8.1.1 or previous version.
Some of the scenarios that I have experienced is:
1. While on the call, when I try to add a new contact, it just doesn't dial the second number.
2. Sometimes the second number gets dialed, cannot merge the calls.
3. After talking to the second person, cannot go back to the first call.
I am very sure that this is not a carrier issue as it worked flawlessly before upgrade.
Anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions?

Thanks for the above infromation. I did a complete restore of my iphone through iTunes connecting it to my computer via cable. iOS8.1.3 was re-installed. I then added back my settings and data which were backed up prior to restoring the phone. I still have the same issue with conferencing and adding a third caller. When I hit the [+] box, the existing caller is not put on hold. The phone appears to be making a call but it is not dialing to the 3rd party. Shortly thereafter, the Merge icon appears but there is no active call to merge with. I have tried this several times using my wife's iPhone and our home phone to set up a 3-way call. I know it is not working because the 3rd phone (our home phone) does not ring. Is this a hardware problem? My wife's iPhone 6 works with no problem and was purchased the same time I purchased my iPhone 6. Probably time for a visit to the Apple Store unless there is another solution.

After upgrade iPhone 6, iPad Air to IOS 8.3, the sync (over wifi, as well) to iTunes doesn't work anymore.
On iMAC iTunes, the last sync's hour and day appear different from what is recorded on mobile devices (iPhone and iPad); with IOS 8.2 and the previous iTunes' version the sync worked correctly: the dates are the same only for few seconds after syncronization, then the IOS devices show the syncronization's dates related to two weeks ago.

When I connected my iphone to the computer I was told that ios 5 is ready to be downloaded, and that I should back up my iphone before doing the download. I did. Now I want to get my iphone back on and it just can't . Try a Hard Reset.....
Press and hold the Wake / Sleep button AND the Home button at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple Logo appears on the screen, it can take 10 or more seconds. Ignore the swipe to turn off message.

Everything goes well, except for listen to music. When I plug in my headphone, I can hear music.
Normal call using loud speaker is OK.

I tried hard reset by press both power and home button.
I can not hear music played through the speaker. Just music only.
The speaker workes well with imcomming call or out going call by turn on loud speaker.

Oddest thing... I restarted my computer and tried to sync my iPhone again and no errors.
I'm not sure if the error was a fluke, or this "self-resolution" was a fluke...

WiFi connection broke after upgrading to IOS 6.0

My WiFi connection stopped working after upgrading to IOS 6.0 on bothe iPhone 4 and iPad 3.
I reset the Network connection - no change.
I selected "Forget Network" and tried to rejoin - no luck.

You are not addressing Apple here. We are just users like yourself.
Does the iPod connect to other networks?
Does the iPod see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Power off and then back on the router
