I can't even play music through bluetooth or headphones. Can anyone help please as its driving me mad!

I experience this problem too. I am using iPhone4 and just upgrade it to iOS7. And now I can not make outgoing call. I checked all the setting, and nothing wrong. I even replaced my sim card with the new one, still can not help.

There are no sound for games or alerts. Tunes and movies have sound. Changing the 'Do not disturb" switch appears to have no effect. Has anyone had this problem? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

I have a mid 2011 iMac, just upgraded to OSX Mavericks. It will no longer shut down using the menu. I have to push and hold the power button. Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select

apple care walked me through this.
remove SIM card-with home button down, tray is on left side of ipad-can use small paperclip for eject button in hole next to card tray
settings/general/reset/reset network settings
reinstall SIM card
so much easier if apple care would post things like this themselves

After upgrading to leopard, I have this problem with the Dock

Any time I try to remove an icon from the dock, it crashes and restarts, hence I am unable to ever remove items from the dock!
Any ideas on how I might fix this?

I called Apple support. The tech stated he had the same problem himself.
He tried to have me restore my ipad from the backup on my MAC. This resulted in an error message stating my device did not have authority to be restored. The tech put me on hold to research further and Apple dropped my call. I'm hoping the Genius Bar guys have an answer which is where I'm heading next.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

AFter upgrading to IOS7 on my son's IPOD 5, he is no longer to log in with his passcode. He had gone to General/Settings/ keyboard/greek and created an encrypted passcode. Now with the upgrade that keyboard is gone and the IPOD won't take a code. How do we fixt this?

Due to a recent move, my Time Capsule doesn't seem to have the range & strength that it once did.
It must have the same strength it always had. .but the new environment blocks or absorbs wifi.. some houses are like a black hole.. nothing gets out.
- It seems to me, that in "Bridge Mode" my Time Capsule doesn't have the range & strength that it once did. For whatever the reason, I need to increase my Wireless range.
Being in bridge or being in router mode makes no difference whatsoever to wireless output.. however range is affected dramatically by environment and perhaps by operating next to a much higher wireless power device in the Mediacom router.
How do I extend my Wireless range?

That is, unless I can use what is already wired into my home. For example, I'm told there is a CAT 5 Access point (whatever that is) very near the vicinity of where I need wireless access.
This is the best method.. you do not need another TC.. plug the existing one into the Cat5 access point on the wall.. plug the other end into any LAN Port on the Mediacom router.. and as long as the cable is in good condition it will work great.
Make sure you are doing the setup correctly.
You bridge the TC.
You also create a wireless network.. it can be the same name as the mediacom router or different .. that is up to you. You do not attempt to extend the wireless.. this is most important.
Try it now.. all you need is a patch cord or two.

Check Settings > General > Restrictions, and check out Contacts toward the bottom under the privacy restrictions.
That sounds like the probable cause you cannot add contacts.
Regarding the iCloud behavior, that sounds like it got huge (35,000) because of incorporating other contacts (from social media, perhaps). Also contacts sync has nothing to do with iCloud behavior. The whole idea of keeping your contacts in the cloud is that once you change them on one device, they change everywhere. Specific syncs are not relevant.

I know that it mispronounced things a bit in ios6, but this is a lot worse! The American voices seem ok.

this is expected, it happened on iOS 6 too. whenever you restore your iPhone, it will take a while for it to download additional content (like the Siri tone, etc).
I had this exactsame thing happen a few months ago on iOS 6. Best bet, wait about 24 hours, and it will be perfect! Even better sounding

After doing some more searching, I've discovered the problem, and it is all mine, I'm embarrassed to say.
When I adjusted the apps to a larger size, iOS7 only allows 9 apps per page per folder. If I have more apps, iOS7 just adds more pages within the folder. So the apps I missed were there all along, just on another page.
I apologize for any confusion, and thank you for taking an interest in helping me solve it.

My ipad Air Play won't find either of my printers--HP and Epson--both of which are listed as suitable, after upgrade to iOS7. I have tried all the suggestions from the community and Apple. Non have worked. iOS6 was fine for both makes.There must be a bug in iOS7.Please fix it!

Thank you so much for posting the solution although the question has to be asked, why would Apple make such a major change to the OS without making people aware of how to use it? Or should I have trawled through the T's and C's and all the other BS that came onscreen prior to installing iOS 7?
I have a Macbook Pro so was always able to stream my music but lost the convienience of being able to use my iPad or iPhone to control my library from downstairs.
