After upgrading to iOS8 my Exchange account has changed to an invalid address. I can change it but after a day or two it changes back to the invalid address. any help on this would be great.

Other user on our exchange server that have iOS 7 or lower do not have this problem. All iOS 8 users in our company have this problem
have you deleted the account and re-added it? Have you done a reset or restore as outlined in the iPhone user guide? What troubleshooting have you done?

That was very nice of you to provide your friend with a new phone! I am sorry to say that the device will not be able to activate while in Dubai. For a device to activate it must connect to the VZW network to become active. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I am using Microsoft Outlook for work email and Safari won't display a drop down menu when I click on the paper clip for attachments. The IT person at work says the browser isn't working or Safari isn't updated and I should try a different browser. My other Comcast email is fine. I can attach anything. Any help would be great.
You could try enabling the Develop menu and try using IE but no guarantees. Not surprising that (Microsoft) Outlook isn't compatible with Apples' Safari.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Prerferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now from the Safari menu bar top of your screen click Develop > User Agent
Try IE 7, 8, or 9. -
The browser seems to be lagging and stuck on the original page until moved around the screen or minimised or maximised.

I have the latest edition of directx, graphics card and sound drivers are all up to date according to the laptop manufactor's website.
Reinstalled and uninstalled around 3 times. Thought it could be a registery problem so before i installed it the final time i ran c cleaner.
Ran adaware and superanti spyware to see if spyware was a problem

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver. -

My iPod touch was stolen and recovered. I can use my Apple id for this site but the theif changed the Apple id needed to update apps etc and I do not know how to delete his acct. Any help with this will be greatly appreciate
If the thief enabled activation lock on the device, then there is nothing that can be done. Only the password for the Apple ID that it is locked with can disable activation lock.

Did it happen during a sync or did they just disappear? After they were gone, we you able to retrieve them during syncing? Are you using any 3rd party apps to access your contacts or just the built-in Contacts app?
In any case, I've not heard of or expeienced this on my iPhone 3G (synced with Outlook and now Google) or my iPad, although I've only had my iPad for a short time. -

I forgot to mention that I live in Northern Ireland but will be flying from Dublin in the Republic of Ireland so I'm not sure that this will be an issue as I don't hold an Irish passport, therefore how can they charge me their form of VAT? I think (and I'll double check) only the BBLink events will sync on a wired USB sync. I'm fairly certain of that.
You'll need to use your calendar syncing via an EAS email account (outlook.com, for instance, is free) to sync wirelessly. It works great. I use it and was a former tied to the USB sync guy as well... and I thought I was gonna die a painful death without it. I found more freedom this way.
This explains the process. But I don't think you'll get BBM Groups to sync.

The title says it all! After installing the new Mavericks update, I cannot put my MacBook Pro to sleep after a single press of the Power Button like before. Does it have something to do with this update or my MacBook Pro? Or do I have to change something in Settings?
