Well, if you did then you may be able to track it, if you did not it's not possible.

After upgrade to Yosemite my MacBook Air does not switch automaticly from wifi to ethernet. How to sloven problem?
Have you tried changing the order in Network Preferences pane?
Open System Preferences/Networks/Click the gear symbol under the service list. Select set service order then drag. If your wifi is above the ethernet move the ethernet to the top. Click ok. Click apply (bottom left) and test.
Hope this helps

Hi netaanya,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
Your iPhone 4s does work with Continuity, but only phone calls. Please refer to the attached article for more information.
Connect your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac using Continuity - Apple Support
Handoff is supported by the following iOS devices and requires iOS 8. Instant Hotspot requires one of these iPhone or iPad devices with cellular connectivity and iOS 8.1. Instant Hotspot also requires Personal Hotspot service through your carrier.
Phone 5 or later
iPhone 4s (sharing iPhone calls only)
iPad (4th generation), iPad Air, iPad Air 2
iPad mini, iPad mini with Retina display, iPad mini 3
iPod touch (5th generation)

Lost data after upgrade to Lion on Macbook Pro
Hi. I recently upgraded to Lion on my Macbook Pro and after a crash, my data was lost. The documents and downloads folders were empty. Fortunately I have a PC backup of the data and when I tried to restore the music to Itunes I was getting error messages about my MAC hard disk being full. Is the data still there? If so where? As it is not showing and a search for music on the hard disk yielded nothing. The capacity of my HD is 250GB and before the upgrade it had about 125GB free. I suspect the data was not removed but merely 'marked for deletion' and parked somewhere during the upgrade.
You posted in the OS 10.3 (Panther) & below. Suggest you repost in the Lion forum at https://discussions.apple.com/community/mac_os/mac_os_x_v10.7_lion

Hi,
Try:

and : About NVRAM and PRAM
to ensure the proper operation of the SMC.
and if still issues persist, try: OS X: What is Safe Boot, Safe Mode?

I have always used Firefox on my MacBook Air. But since updating to the latest version of Firefox (7.0.1), it freezes as soon as I open it - there is a constantly running "Connecting..." message, and the little circle turns continuously, and there is a blank page. Eventually, I get an error message saying "Connection Timed Out" - and it does not matter which website I try to contact. All my other browsers (Safari, Chrome" work fine
Hi franverdi-
It sounds like you've run into issues from the upgrade. I've found a Support article that helps with issues of not being able to connect after an upgrade:
[[Cannot connect after upgrading Firefox]]
I hope that helps! -

Well, the title just about tells it all! It can find the network connection, it just won't choose it automatically as it did under Snow Leopard. Any suggestions? Cheers
There have been hundreds of posts re: this issue. I suggest you begin browsing through them starting with those you should find over on the right side of this page.

Something has really been bugging me. Two days ago i bought a Macbook Pro. I like to facetime my family since they live abroad. Well when a family memeber rang my facetime, i realised that only my iphone rang and not my macbook, i waited for a while to see if it just needed time to introduce the call, however this didnt work out. I was wondering if anybody can help me sort this problem...

I just downloaded lion and cloud does not show up in my system preferences. Where is it hiding so I can set up icloud and see what lion is offering that is different from snow leopard.
I purchased Lion on the app program but that did not seem to update my software or my operating system. Curious. It showed up on my menu bar saying it was downloading then disappeared. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Suggestions where I should look to make sure it is installed (which clearly it isn't)
Thanks Roger -
Was using Firefox 9 before upgrade.
Note that I was using Tab Utilities 1.1.2 which is now disabled because it is not compatible with Firefox 10 (but this utility does not really deal with app tabs anyway). Please try this: In Firefox, '''Help''' ('''Alt''' + '''H''') > '''Troubleshooting Information''' > '''Open Containing Folder'''. This opens the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder Firefox Profile Folder]. Copy the '''sessionstore.js''' and '''sessionstore.bak''' files to another place, '''Exit''' Firefox, delete these two files in the profile folder and copy and rename the '''sessionstore.bak''' to '''sessionstore.js''' from the backup to this folder (profile folder). Start Firefox and please also check '''about:sessionrestore'''. Please note that this may not help if the .bak file's size is smaller than the .js.

After upgrade to Lion OS, my MacBook Air is noisy (Heating)
after upgrade to Lion OS, my MacBook Air is noisy (Heating)
Hi there,
I am sorry to hear that.
It seems that Lion's "demands" regarding processor power and RAM are significantly higher than those of Snow Leopard. I guess there is very little you can do - except maybe (like many of us) hope for a less processor-cycle hungry 10.7.1 update.
Moreover, if you have processes like Time Machine, Spotlight or - say - Backblaze doing extensive work in the background (as they do when you switch them on for the first time), that will also eat up a lot of processing power.
Finally, there are a lot of hardware gadgets called "notebook coolers" which are very often simply metal plates which help conducting the heat away from the "underbelly" of your MacBook Air.
Hope this helps a bit & good luck! -
I need to upgrade my first generation Macbook Air 1,1 to Lion OS x10. I need to install other software that requires 10.7 also a java update that requires 10.7. I am currently on Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and my macbook Air 1.1 will not go up to Mountain Lion. The Lion software update 10.7 is no longer available from the store or downloads.
Where do I get this?
It was only released a couple of months ago.
I really feel disinfranchised already by not being able to upgrade and keep up with other software needs but to not allow me to update to my full capacity is really ridiculous.@Jennacide wrote:
