I upgred to iOs6 my new ipad (ipad3) i cannot download and update my app.. I ready to try restart by hold button sleep and home button,but notthing happen..
My frend say try to change the date on ipad,but same,cannot download and update in app store..
Help me,many game and apps not update and connot use.. My english not good,sorry..

Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

I cannot access iTunes Store on apple TV2. I purchased a movie, but when i got to watch it after it shows up as "Rented" it just sits at the screen "Accessing iTunes Store". Never times, out or produces error message. Internet is working fine, my account is fine.
If i launch an iTunes Store Trailer, it plays fine. Just my rented material does not play. Also, my Netflix account does the same thing from Apple TV2. While accessing Netflix on my laptop there is no problem. ***!

Having exactly the same problem. I have completed a reset, rebooted all my equipment and completed a software update, but after I have purchased 2 movies, and have them appear as "rented", I cannot get them to load without waiting a hour. i had the same problem before using a fresh install of Windows 8.1. I have resolved this issue by running the program compatibility wizard. This I did by right-clicking on the iTunes icon in the desktop, selecting Troubleshoot compatibility, waited for it to detect compatibility issues and when presented with the following options: 1.) Try recommended settings; 2.) Troubleshoot program, I chose the latter. When asked what problems I noticed, I checked the following: "The program worked in earlier versions of Windows but won't install or run" and "The program requires additional permission"
After that, it tired to resolve the issue, and provided the necessary settings to run iTunes. Now it's running flawlessly. I have Avast anti-virus installed though.

"Cannot complete iTunes store request..." error solved

As posted elsewhere here, repeated clicking between "iPhone" and any other header such as "Music" or "Playlists" in the iTunes browser has solved this error message:
"Cannot complete iTunes store request - network connection was reset. Make sure your connection is active and try again."
After about 45 minutes I got the message: "Restoring iPhone from backup"
It is now sloowwly restoring my original iPhone (No usb 2.0 on the old PowerBook G4 400)
Hammered Apple servers = tried patience. Keep trying!

I've been having the exact same problem since upgrading to iTunes 9. Installed the recent update to 9.0.1.8 with no change--still no icons when the Store comes up, long vertical layout, 306 error when clicking on anything.
I'm on an older Windows box with XP installed, Safari 4.0.3, iTunes 9.0.1.8. I use Firefox for the web. Though it WAS installed, I had never used Safari on this machine. Went to take a look at Safari and see if there was anything wrong.
I found that Safari was NOT set up properly to get through my Firewall--again, I had never used it before. As soon as I got the internet settings right in Safari and made sure it could get to the web properly, I re-launched iTunes and lo and behold the Store worked properly. This was NOT a problem with iTunes 8. Apparently everything with Safari needs to be kosher before the iTunes 9 Store will work.
Maybe you all have done this already, but it immediately solved the problem for me. Hope this helps someone.

I am having problems loading the iTunes Store. I have updated to the latest version, still no luck. I was also having trouble syncing my phone so I uninstalled iTunes and all associated programs as suggested on the support page and reinstalled. Still cannot load iTunes Store. Any suggesstions???

Nevermind- followed this tip from another user and all is well now
For any others of you having the problem, follow this:
try this:
Start --> Programs --> Accessories (Right Click on Command Prompt) --> Run as Administrator
then type in:
netsh winsock reset
After this restart - it worked for me perfectly

This happened to me today as well post installing the latest version of itunes. I did a search on google for the error and came across a recommendation to :
Note: Start Windows in Safe Mode to complete any of the following steps if you're unable to access Windows normally due to the msvcr80.dll error.
If, and only if, you're receiving the msvcr80.dll is missing error when you open Apple iTunes, do the following: (skip this step if your msvcr80.dll error is occurring with a different program)
Uninstall from Windows the following five programs in this order: iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour, and finally Apple Application Support. If you have iCloud, remove it as well.
Uninstalling these programs in Windows is done from an applet in Control Panel called Programs & Features (in Windows 8, 7, or Vista) or Add or Remove Programs (in Windows XP).
Note: Songs and playlists in iTunes will not be removed when you uninstall the iTunes program or any of the other, already-mentioned Apple programs. If you'd still like to back them up, they're usually located in the My Music folder in Windows.
Download the latest version of iTunes from Appleand note the location you're saving it to so you can find it once it's done.
Run the iTunes installation as an administrator. If you're not sure how to do that, see How Do I Open an Elevated Command Prompt? for help. If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store for more than a day (and other customers on our discussion boards aren't experiencing similar issues) a software or Internet service provider (ISP) configuration issue may be blocking your access to the iTunes Store. Find out which ports and servers need to be allowed for iTunes Store access.
Update iTunes to the latest version.
If iTunes Store appears empty and only displays the message iTunes Store, follow these steps.
Try the steps to troubleshoot iTunes Store connectivity in Windows.
As with all firewalls not manufactured by Apple, you may need to configure Windows Firewall to allow iTunes to access the iTunes Store. Follow these steps for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
Try disabling any proxies built-in to Windows. You should avoid proxies because they can cause issues.

Select the hosts file. There should now be a duplicate of the hosts file named "Copy of hosts" (Windows XP) or "hosts-copy" (Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8).
Drag the original hosts file to your desktop.
Right-click the duplicate file and choose Open. You may be prompted to choose the program you want to use to open this file. Double-click Notepad.
When Notepad opens, choose Edit > Select All.
Choose Edit > Delete.
Choose File > Save.
Close Notepad.
Right-click the duplicate file, and choose Rename.
Type "hosts" (without quotation marks) and press Enter.
