Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Itunes 11.01 stellt keine verbindung mit dem store her
Mein itunes läuft seid dem letzten update auf die Version 11.o1 sehr schlecht unter Windows 7.
Verbindung zum store wird garnicht mehr hergestellt. Software wurde mittlerweile mehrmals neu installiert( auch an verschiedene Orte) .
Netzwerk diagnose erbrachte fehler bei der Firewall, wo aber alle zugriffe erlaubt sind.Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes, Sync and see if it is working now.

Freezing Mac OS again and again, even when copying files
Ich arbeite viel mit 3D und meinen Fotos, Aperture und Poser 2014 Pro.
Erst dachte ich das es an den Anwendungen liegt, jedoch kam ein Update und eine kurze Verbesserung. Nur noch zwei mal am Tag neu booten über den Ein/Aus Schalter - versteht sich. Da die Maus und die Tastatur kein Ausschalten möglich war.
Nun werden die zeiten in den sich der Computer mit was auch immer beschäftigt, wieder häuiger. Den Bildschirmschoner und die Energiespar funktion habe ich schon seit ewigen Zeiten nicht mehr aktiv.
Da das aufwachen des Compters auch immer wieder Probleme bereitete.
Wenn ich keine Besserung mit 10.9.4 erhalte, spiele ich mit dem Gedanken, mit ein downgrade an zu tun, auf 10.8.x Da ich mit der Stabilität sehr unzufrieden bin. Ich besitze einen iMac 27" late 2013 mit Fussion Drive 1T. Daneben steht mein alter iMac late 2009, 27" mit 1TB HDD und iOS 10.7.5 der seit Tagen ohne Probleme läuft und mit dem ich in letzter Zeit doch mehr arbeite.
Ich habe immer wieder die bedenken, das unter umständen tagelange arbeite verloren gehen können. wie dieses Wochenende, das wieder einmal eine neu installation nötig war.
Wie sieht es aus, wann wird iOS 10.9.x stabil laufen ?
Oder Raten sie mit doch zu einem "Downgrade auf 10.8.x ?
Nun ist der nächte reboot nötig, da iOS nicht mehr weiss was es zu tun hat !

I work a lot with 3D and my photos, Aperture and Poser Pro 2014.
At first I thought that it is up to the applications, however, came an update and a brief improvement. Only two times a day to reboot via the on / off switch - of course. As the mouse and the keyboard was no turning is possible.

I have the mind again and again, which can get lost for days work under some circumstances. as this weekend, which was a new installation once again needed.
How it looks, when will iOS running 10.9.x stable?
Or rate them with but a "downgrade to 10.8.x?

HorstHave you tried resetting the SMC? Please follow the directions below closely, if it doesn't work the first time do it a second time. If that still doesn't handle the issue then contact AppleCare (I'm assuming the machine is covered by AppleCare) so they can begin troubleshooting it.
SMC RESET
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord and all peripherals.
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
Release the power button.
Attach the computers power cable.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.
PRAM RESET
Shut down the computer.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys. -

I've got the same problem as well. When i connect all i see is "set up your iphone" screen. It worked perfectly fine a couple of weeks back when I last synced but, doesn't sycn anymore.

Itunes keeps asking for me to authorize purchased songs again and again
I placed all my songs on an external harddrive. Then I got a new computer. I am now using a Vista machine with an Intel Dual Processor. I placed the songs on a new internal harddrive using SATA. I reinstalled Itunes, etc. Now, whenever I ask for a song purchased from Itunes to play, it says that the machine is not authorized to play the song. So I put in my password and a prompt comes up indicating that my machine is now authorized to play the song. I push okay. The song does not play. If I push the play button, a new prompt comes up saying agin that my machine is not authorized to play the song. I then put in the password and a new prompt says that my machine is now authorized to play. I again push okay, but the song does not play and I do this again and again and again.
I have tried to get rid of the sd file. I have tried changing my password. I have tried changing my ID. I have never changed my account. It's always been the same one since I joined Itunes in 2004 or 2005. I have purchased 280 songs since then, so I'm really upset that I can't access those purchased songs. Everything that is not purchased works fine.
I should say that my new computer stutters sound and video a little bit. I've done some things to minimize that but it still happens. I don't know if the two are related.If you've done all the steps in this article,

I have tried to re-install iTunes 11.0.3 at least 6 times.
I have also downloaded iTunes 11.0.3 at least 5 times.
I have changed my Apple ID password.
I have downloaded (again, I've done that many times) iTunes 11.0.3, then I switched off the iMac, then restarted the wi-fi modem. Switched on the iMac, loaded iTunes, same problem.
I tried to just switch off the wi-fi, did the same as point above, same problem.
Even tried to change the system date to 2038, this only seemed (although I doubt it) to fix the "not responding" issue which I had this morning.
The Apple ID password issue, where it asks me for the password loads and loads of times (probably 50 times or more), one after the other has been happening for about 3 days now.

iTunes Problem, can't seem to find a solution online.
I am running OS X 10.8.3 on an iMac, have just loaded iTunes 11.0.3 a few days ago.
Firstly, I'd open iTunes and it would immediately say it was not responding, I'd have to force quit, try again, re-boot, try again etc. I tried re-installing iTunes, changing password, everything to no avail, then changed my date to 2038, and voila it started responding (no, don't ask me, I just read in online and was desperate enough to try it). Of course, I don't believe that this actually helped, I would like to know what did help or if there is something specific one needs to do to fix this.
I have not been able to get rid of this problem: Whenever I try to make a purchase it asks for my Apple ID password, dozens of times until I give up and press cancel, cancel, cancel.
Why does it do this? I don't want to purchase anything because I can't keep typing in my password again and again. I'm not exaggerating.
As I mentioned, I have tried to re-install iTunes, about 6 times, and I changed my password. I still get the same problem.
Also, my iTunes still looks like the classical iTunes and doesn't have the new interface.
Has anyone experienced this and was able to fix it, or does anyone know what the problem is? Problem with internet. When i open System preferences, Network, message drops down: 'your network settings have been changed by another application'. I click OK, but it dropps the message again and again, preventing me to do anything about the setting.

In the Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ folder delete the following:
com.apple.airport.preferences.plist
NetworkInterfaces.plist
preferences.plist
com.apple.nat.plist
You will have to re-configure all your network settings since deleting.

I am new to using a mac I have an older version. But I have used firefox on my pc before. I downloaded it and went to open messenger. Not the full downloaded messenger but the one you can access when in your mail on yahoo. It opened fine but now it won't close, even though I hit sign out again and again. I have tried force quite, uninstalling and reinstalling and still every time I sign into yahoo on firefox there is my messenger list open. For privacy issues I really need to be able to open and close it.

I have an iphone 3GS and I have upgraded it to iOS 6. Since then it doesn't work properly.

- Hold down your home button and your lock button and let goes as soon as the screen goes black (Phone will power down) - Then turn on your phone and hey presto!
- Back up your iPhone to your PC, then restore it..
