Agent cannot recieve call

Hi,
I have an agent configured in UCCX on a remote site. All of the CRS config should be correct and the agent can log on to the agent desktop. When a call is routed to the agent the status goes into reserved, then straight back to Not Ready (or Ready). the phone does not even ring which i suspect is the issue.
I think the problem is either;
a. Partition or CSS issue - this is the first agent on a remote site
b. Codec issue - i doubt it as the phone would ring first if there were a codec issue.
I have attached the MIVR but i think this is the issue;
The Resource to which the transfer failed is 3055

Its ok i solved it myself, as suspected the CSS was the issue . the CTI ports did not have access to the remote partition.

    Hi,
    We are facing an issue some times (random) that agent cannot answer the customer call.
    Before the agent answers the call, it is queued again and offered to another agent.
    The new agent also faces the same issue.
    We are using UCCE8, CVP8 in a comprehensive mode.The call is send to CVP(10.70.78.118)
    from CUCM(10.70.78.126,10.128.60.31) through SIP trunk. The CVP application is played successfully
    using the gateway(10.70.78.114). The agent extension label is correctly received in CVP & associated
    SIP static route to CUCM(10.70.78.126) is identified. Upon routing the call to CUCM, the CVP log shows
    "HANGUP with Call History" and "Terminated with Q.850;cause=16".
    This issue is happening rarely & randomly. Will it be any issue with CUCM, network or CVP configuration.
    CVP log is attached for the analysis.
    Appreciate any help or suggestion.

    It seems that my analysis of the log is not correct. Sorry for misguiding, if anybody analysed the log.
    "REJECTED WITH 503 - Service Unavailable Reason: Q.850;cause=47" is the correct error message from the call leg to agent.  I was refering to the incorrect call leg in the previous post.

    I just activated my iPhone and am having problems recieving calls. I call out but when someone calls me of goes straight to voicemail. How do I fix this?

    Once activated,it can take up to 24 hrs for the iPhone to be able to receive calls.
    However it rarely takes that long.

    HI there all, I have a slight problemo. This symbol randomly appeared and now i cannnot recieve or make calls. I have looked for the symbol in the manuals and its unheard of so far. haha.   Its a yellow fone with a symbol 1 and a arrow pointing at the 1, in a almost lightning pattern, It is on my main screne as well as whenim dialing a number it is in the line 1 bar above the dialpad.     Hello All,
    I am seeking a suggession on a issue which seems to be lying with network.
    Agents are located in different location and all remaining Cisco components like ICM, CVP and CCM are in data center.
    Agent succesfully logs in via CTI os Dsktop agent and IP phone, but when call is transferred, its state fluctuates between ready and reserved. CTI OS desktop agent never goes to talking state and call never lands on IP phone.
    Network team claims nacessary routing and firewall ports are already open.
    Seeking suggesion to further isolate and what logs/traces can be collected to identify the source of issue.
    Tried 1 test agent login in data center and observed that in data center call lands to agent succesfully.
    Any directions/pointers?

    Hi Kailash,
    Could you please check the below points:
    1. Check if you associated the Agent phones to CCMPG user.
    2.Symptom: Agent receives calls, but loses them after a few seconds before they can be answered.
    Possible Cause The Ring No Answer feature is probably set on your ICM system. Open the ICM Configuration Manager and increase that value or disable it all together. (Refer to the ICM Administration Guide for Cisco ICM Enterprise Edition for more information on how to configure the Ring No Answer feature.)
    3. Make sure the CSS and partitions are proper.

    Sounds like the phone was hacked or jailbroken before you purchased it. Discussing these kind of unauthorized alterations to a phone is prohibited here by the Terms of Use for this forum. In that case you'll have to get help elsewhere.

    I updated my 3GS iphone to 5.0.1 yesterday.  I can make calls and send messages, but cannot recieve calls or messages. I called telstra as I instantly thought network problems.  My friends and family who are also on telstra have not had network issues.  I thought it was strange that this has only occurred after updating my software??  I have restored my phone, reset network settings and still nothing!! Is anyone else experiencing anything similar?

    i have since inserted my sim card into an old phone and then put it back in my 3gs and just received 40+ messages.. not sure why its working now, but it is so I'm happy

    I have reset the network settings and the phone itself.  I have called the *228 and it said it reprogramed my phone.  walked away from my phone and it found service again for like 2 minutes and then went back to searching.  This is pathetic, I basically have a touch now.  I have hear several people have had this problem and it seems even after the phone is replaced they still have the problem.  I can't belive you can spend this much on a phone to have it not work. Any resolve to this problem coming?

    I have first a question. When it states to activate a phone press 1, did you do it? If not try it.
    The second thing I would recommend is to simply change the phone number either online through my Verizon web portal or call customer service and have them change your number.
    Then wait about 20 minutes and see if the problem has gone away.
    Since the micro Sim is only good for overseas unlocked use;  I believe a *228 send and select option 1 will set up your device on the Verizon network. You may just try doing that without changing your phone . Hey give it a try what can it hurt?

    On wednesday, like most iPhone users, i was waiting for 3.0, finally when it came i downloaded and everything seemed fine.     yes. I've tried to reset and reboot 4 times since updating. Although, i've just posted in another thread a bit more relevant and it mentioned Push causing problems. Although mine was on (and always is) but is set to manual, (so you'd think it was like having it switched off). Anyway, i've switched Push to OFF (Settings> Mail, Contacts Calendar > Fetch New Data) and it seems to have solved it for now. How odd.     Are you checking "Mute" function? It's hide in bottom of screen.
    You can use four fingers slide up from bottom then slide to right side to see mute on/off.
