Agent Dashboard

Hi All,
can you please tell where I can enter the phonenr in the Agent dashboard or does it come directly from the CTI System? lookt at the picture I sent.

Hi All,
I have got the answer of this question.
However not every CMS system might be prepared to process this information – so it is recommended to align with your CMS vendor before starting to use this new feature. Changes in agent to channel / queue assignment that happen on CMS side are transferred to CRM via the (also already existing) userChanged ICI SOAP message.
Thank you & Best Regards,
Yoro

  • Agent Dashboard - system information

    Hi,
In WebIC, when you click on date&time displayed on bottom right corner, an agent dashboard pops up.
In CRM 4.0 or 5.0, SID along with client is visible in WebIC Agent Dashboard. This is very useful to let you know in which system you are working on, especially when you have multiple clients in DEV or QA.
Unfortunately, in CRM 2007 I haven't been able to see this SID & client information.
I came across SAPNOTE 972520, but our system already contains this note.
Is there a configuration required somewhere to define what information should be visible in "system information" part of agent dashboard?
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Regards,
    Kaushal

Seems like SAP has switched methods in class CL_CRM_IC_SYSTEM_INFORMATION
For getting system information they used method SYSTEM_INFORMATION_TO_STRING
Now they are using method DETERMINE_SYSTEM_INFORMATION which doesnt contain the SSID any longer, only the domain.
You can check this in page AgentDashboard.htm of component IC_BASE
line 109 (depending on system status)

  • SQL SERVER AGENT DASHBOARD and Monitoring system

    Hi
we are shopping around for a SQL SERVER management system where users that are not familiar with SQL can monitor Jobs and Job steps. Users will be able to see when a job failed and restart the job (if allowed) or call DBAs if needed based on instructions.
does anybody know of such a tool that would help operations peform their job?
    thanks

Sorry mistakenly marked as proposed answer.
Sql Server 2012 has come with so many nice features which has helped me also to get validated so many stuffs in on place and that is called as Policy Based Management. Here I need to register all required servers and then all applicable policies will be
validated by executing them on daily or whenever you like.
    Also Central Management Server:
An instance of SQL Server that is designated as a Central Management Server maintains server groups that contain the connection information for one or more instances of SQL Server. Transact-SQL statements and Policy-Based Management policies can be executed
at the same time against server groups. You can also view the SQL Server log files on instances that are managed through a Central Management Server. Versions of SQL Server that are earlier than SQL Server 2008 cannot be designated as a Central Management
    Server.
Transact-SQL statements can also be executed against local server groups in Registered Servers.
    More on below link:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-in/library/bb895144.aspx
For question on SSRS, there is option to embed buttons and by which you have option to put some commaned to execute like you can call some batch file to execute some jobs on other servers by using osql and others. This way you can  try and check.

  • Scorecards and Dashboards

    Scorecards and Dashboards
According to Harvard Business Review, Balanced Scorecard concept is the most influential management idea in the past 75 years.
The performance of an organization is tracked against four key perspectives such as Finance, Customers, Internal Processes and finally Learning, Innovation and Growth. These perspectives are divided into multiple sets of Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ) and grouped against these perspectives and further broken from top level to the employee level KPIs. World over companies are moving towards implementing enterprise wide organizational Balanced Scorecard.
Simplicity, personalization and empowerment are the keys while building Agent Dashboards. These goals are achieved through the application of Business Intelligence ( BI ) concepts. A contact center performance is an aggregation of every agent performance.
An Agent should be able to customize and get the unified view of the aggregated metrics and track them on daily basis. How much he has achieved with respect to target? How his performance benchmarked with respect to overall call center performance. Is there performance improvement over a period of time? He can drill down and see which particular KPI is bringing his overall score down and he can see how he has or has not been able to improve his performance over a period of time.
A Supervisor should be able to see how agents under him are performing. His Dashboard should show an aggregated score of all his agents and simultaneously showing tabular information of comparative scores of all agents working under him. He can drill down on agent score who are not performing well. He can see individual KPIs of agents and study whether there are improvements over a period of time under the respective KPI.
Manager would like to see dashboards of aggregated scores of supervisors on weekly basis rather than daily basis. He can drill down till agent’s individual KPI level if he desires. A manager could also drill down against different channels and see the performance of different supervisors under different channels.
Call Center head would like to see the aggregated performance of his senior managers and across channels and will be interested to track performance against KPIs on monthly basis. He can drill down from manager level right up to the agent level and their individual KPIs to see where the actual pains are located.
Quality Managers would like to see how agents are performing against quality related KPIs. He would further like to analyze poor performing KPIs against type of service requests, type of channel and may be against important set of clients so that specific training programs could be designed for specific sets of agents rather than a plane blanket approach where every one is trained for everything.
In all the performance metrics could be analyzed against multiple dimensions such as channels customers, type of services, location etc. Users down the line are empowered to analyze the data and able to get operational and strategic insights. Hundreds of variants of Dashboards and Reports could be created from a simple single user friendly interactive interface
All above could be simply achieved through web browser and single user interactive interface. Every person in the organization can personalize the dashboard or reports from this single user interface. The power of analysis is coupled into the reporting and dashboard. It is this Business Intelligence capability that creates the unique customer experience in getting the insights of business.

  • Agent workmodes greyed out

    Hi Guys
We are working on CRM 4.0. Our SAP CRM is integrated with third party CTI vendor i.e Interactive Intelligence. All the integration is done and we can see the channels and queue information appearing on the agent dashboard from the telephony system. But the agent workmodes Ready/Not Ready appear on the webclient, but they are greyed out. So we can't activate any particular mode, so we can't simulate any calls. What is the reason behind those workmodes being greyed out.
Your help would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Hari

    Hello.
We had the issue with the Agent Workmode options disabled or 'Greyed out'
We have a generic simple install of CRM 6.0 on Netweaver 7.0.1  Oracle 11.
We had a successful installation in  QA, but when we pushed a database restore (Oracle) to create our Production Server, this issue arose. The Agent Status button became grey and we could not make calls inbound/outbound. The BCM however could make calls.
    Fix:
    1. We deleted the CRM configuration and followed the SAP Guide on installation (Rule, RFC, Channels etc)  1 hour.
    2. We noticed in the ICM Trace (/nsmicm) => Trace=> Display Trace that the below memory error appeared
    [Thr 01] DpRqQInit: use protect_queue / slots_per_queue 0 / 2001 from sys_adm
    [Thr 01] **** INFO  SHM 31 in POOL 10     9386 KB estimated      6238 KB real (   -3148 KB    -34 %)*[Thr 01] MPI: dynamic quotas disabled.
    [Thr 01] MPI init: pipes=4000 buffers=1279 reserved=383 quota=10%
[Thr 01] CCMS: initialize CCMS Monitoring for ABAP instance with J2EE addin.
[Thr 01] CCMS uses Shared Memory Key 73 for monitoring.
[Thr 01] CCMS: SemInMgt: Semaphore Management initialized by AlAttachShm_Doublestack.
So we changed this in the RZ10 Instance Profile (search for 'ipc' ) and we adjusted Pool 10 from 1.5gb to 2.0gb.

Also watch your SICF services (Tranaction /nsicf )
The Core one that stops logins first is         /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start
Activate at the 'Indvidual' level, not the Folder Level. Erratic issues arise, don't just activate everything. Be specific.
It took several notes to compile the necessary services for SAP CRM 6.0  Netweaver 7.01 and BCM  6.0.10.26
    (We hotpacked to Hotpack 26)
    The Notes we used were
SAP Note 517484 Inactive services in the Internet Communication Framework
SAP Note 1295006 - Mandatory SICF services for IC WebClient
    SAP Note 1115493
    SAP Note 517484
The BCM and VU's once installed are normally stable. Get your Windows Administrator to give you access to the logs. They provide a wealth of troubleshooting information.
Look specifcally in the "ALL VU" logs, Core Logs (This refers to the Core Switch the network or VLAN is configured)
Good transactions to Trace the CRM interactions are as follows:
    1. /ncrm_bcm_adm   * Maintain Connections
    2. /ncrm_icm_mcm_ccadm  * Maintain System Settings
    3./ncrm_icm_emailx  * Define E-mails
    4. /ncrm_ic_ltx_urls   * Define URL and Parameters

For CS, few setups screens have been converted into OA pages in 11.5.10, these were forms in 11.5.9, for example the req type-resp mapping screen.

  • Shortcuts for Telephony Toolbar Buttons in IC WebClient release 5.2 (2006s)

    Hi.
Has anyone done Assigning hotkeys or shortcuts to Telephony Toolbar Buttons in IC WebClient release 5.2 (2006s)???
This function was possible in the previous release until 5.0 (WinClient) as “Function Key Assignment”.
And in CRM 5.2 we have a possibility to create shortcuts through “Personalize” User Interface, but not for Telephony Toolbar Buttons.
Thanks in advance for any help.
    BR.

    Hello BR,
The ability to use shortcut keys to access multi-channel toolbar buttons is available again with CRM 2007, but is unfortunately not available with CRM 2006s (CRM 5.1 and CRM 5.2). In CRM 2007 the Index page of the Interaction Center contains a linke called "IC Keyboard Shortcuts" that provide the following shortcut keys:
    Press ESC and Key
    All Channels
    + Ready
    - Not Ready
    1 Accept
    2 Reject
    9 End
    0 Dial Pad
    Phone
    3 Hold
    4 Retrieve
    5 Hang Up
    6 Transfer
    7 Consult

  • ERES process is giving error in Case Management

    Hi All,
I am trying to implement ERES in Case Management -> Agent Dashboard -> Case Summary (click on 'E-Record' button).
I have done the setups as mentioned in the Doc ID 1067744.1.
I am facing the below issues
    1. As per the step 9 (Expected results), 'E-Record Details' is not enabled in 'Tools1' menu. It's still disabled.
    2. As per the step 11, I am able to test the AME setups - No Issues.
    3. As per the step 6 (ERES Administrator), when I validate the event 'oracle.apps.cs.sr.ServiceRequestApproval', I am getting the below error under XML Payload.
An unexpected error has occurred while generating the XML payload. ORA-20001: The DB to XML transformation has failed with the following error: ECX_MAP_NOT_FOUND. The log file details are: ecx.plsql.out.61034.1609.log ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72 ORA-06512: at "APPS.EDR_UTILITIES", line 1488 ORA-06512: at line 2
Could anyone help me to resolve this error for "ECX_MAP_NOT_FOUND"?
I noticed that there is NO data in ECX_MAPPINGS table for the event when I run the below query
    SELECT * FROM ECX_MAPPINGS WHERE MAP_CODE like 'oracle.apps.cs.sr.ServiceRequestApproval';
    Thanks,
    Harish Nunna

    Solution:
Add a new Subscription Parameter called EDR_XML_MAP_CODE for "oracle.apps.cs.sr.ServiceRequestApproval" business event:
    1. Login as SYSADMIN user
    2. (R) Workflow Administrator Web Applications responsibility
    3. (N) Administrator Workflow: Business Events
    4. Search for Name = oracle.apps.cs.sr.ServiceRequestApproval
    5. Click on "Subscription" icon
    6. Click on Update pen icon
    7. Update Event Subscriptions page will load
    8. Click on Next
    9. At the Subscription Parameters section click on Add Another Row button
    10. Add EDR_XML_MAP_CODE with oracle.apps.edr.erectxt.create value and Apply.

  • OA Region as Bullet list which show messages

    hi gurus,
i have a requirement where i have to show OA Search Region as Bullet List(shows messages). the RN is based on a parameter(party name) i.e., showing the Bullet List Search RN based on each party name. here each message is a
    options we have to decide
    query based result
    Pl/sql procedure
    creating view
in future if i want to again add the messages in Region .it should be easy to add .....
my question is which approach to go in the above 3 options here i have to come up with the design
    requirement can be
OA region where we can display information pulled from various tables. This region need to take customer as input parameter and gather information based on that customer and display it in the region. I will give more details on where exactly this information is available. But please think about the design and approach on how you would like to address this. This region will be added to create SR page and update SR page regions.
    1. Need ability to let agent know the call count(no of service requests) compared to the call pack max allowed(no of service tickets purchased).
    2. Display “calls expired” status ( used up all the calls purchased in call packs), and ISR count in Agent dashboard.
    3. Sample ISR messages could be ‘Contract Exceeded, no ISR used’ or ‘Contract Exceeded, ISR used on xyz date’
    4. Special instructions regarding the contract (whether to process regardless of whether the site exists, or always enter manually created sites as ISRs, etc.) will be captured for each contract. This will be displayed to the agent/engineer while entering SRs.
Edited by: Naveenapps on Sep 23, 2009 4:17 AM

    Hi Naveen,
Always VO should be the first choice. You can also use mix of these approaches also.
First be clear about how in future further messages can be added, if it is clear we can decide the approach to be followed.

  • Personalization not working on local mc after clone.

In TEST env I did some personalizations in html service module. There were only 2 tabs on UpdateSRPG shown initially, I enabled the third tab and embedded a custom region. Everything worked well on local as well as on server. Then test was cloned from production and I had to redo the personalizations in test, placed all custom files in javatop and everything works fine on server, but when i run the application from my local machine it gives me error.
I took the following steps to fix it :
    - replaced old dbc file with new dbc file in jdev>project settings
    - deleted the exsiting db connection in jdev
    - reconfigured the connection with new dbc.
    - exported UIX pages - agentdashboardPg and updateSRPG again to local machine.
    - run agent dashboard page - works fine
    - click on any service request - opens updateSRPG (here I can see the 3rd personalized tab that resides on the server)
    - I clicked that 3rd tab I enabled and I get this error :

  • Main differences between R/3 CIC and CRM CIC ?

    Hi all,
does anybody now the main differences between R/3 CIC and the CRM CIC? or what are the main restricitions in the R/3 CIC.
    Thanks and regards,
    Norbert

    Hi Novert
The CRM 4.0 system has two "CIC's", they have a WinClient and WebClient.
Both offer multi-channel and real-time hardphone/softphone sync. The WinClient is more flexible and faster performance. The Webclient is lighter foot print and more the future of what SAP plans to offer.
The CIC in ECC is SAPphone based, which means that real-time hardphone/softphone sync is not possible. It's also telephony only through SAPphone. You have to use SAPconnect for e-mail, and there is NO webchat support. We have a number of customers that embed the Agent Dashboard into their CIC for R/3 to provide that extra functionality, but even without it CIC in R/3 is usable.
Many vendors provide SAPphone Connectors to different CTI's (computer telephony integrations). MCIS WinClient Connectors are only provided by AMC. Many vendors provide Connectors for the WebClient (which is based on ICI). The connectors from AMC support all the different "CIC's".
There are some other functional differences as well; like upport for ERMS and the types of transactions you can access, etc.
R/3 CIC is not getting developed or enhanced since 1999. Most of the new feature is developed in CRM CIC. If you do not care any of the new feature, you can use ECC CIC. You can find the feature list on Service Market Place.
    Regards
